Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction. The research population is 134 employees of the Grobogan Regency Regional Secretariat. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Using SPSS 26, a wide variety of tests are performed, including validity and reliability tests, hypothesis tests, multiple regression analysis tests, and Sobel tests. Management effectiveness and employee happiness have a positive and statistically significant influence on workplace output. This means that along with the increase in the level of performance management and job satisfaction, employee performance also increases. In the sobel test, it produces a positive and significant influence on performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction. Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country that has very high growth in productive forces. The aim of this research is to discuss the concept of the presence of job providers as a hope for productive people. Gojek is one of the providers providing employment opportunities with various conveniences. Productive people can earn wages/income by working as application-based Gojek drivers. By managing income effectively and efficiently, needs will met as a concept for the welfare of the family. Using quantitative correlational research methods with questionnaire-based data collection techniques with primary data results. Using a linkage scale of 1-5 distributed to 33 respondents. Nonprobability sampling technique incidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, anyone who accidentally met by the researcher is declared to representative as a respondent. The conclusion of the data processing results is that all statements declared valid and reliable. The data declared normal and does not occur heteroscedasticity, has a strong positive relationship with the influence of two significant variables on the decision to accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the initial hypothesis. It recommended that Gojek drivers must work hard in order to provide for the welfare of their families

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of productivity efficiency in the department of Welding Body Production Plant 1 PT TMMIN Karawang in 2023 which decreased to 98.79 (from the target of 99.6%). If calculated by annual production, an average of 65 units of cars per month must be outlined, from a total production of 5723 units (period of 2023). The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence technology and HR competencies on work productivity. This type of research quantitative, with data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 20. The data collection technique is conducting field observations, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study is the department of Welding Body Production Plant 1 PT TMMIN which was sampled using multistage cluster sampling technique, totaling 95 respondents. Research results the correlation coefficient of the technology variable (X1) has an R value of 0.434 which means a positive relationship with a moderate interpretation of work productivity. And the coefficient correlation of the HR competency variable (X2) has an R value of 0.306 which means positive relationship with low interpretation of work productivity. And simultaneously, the R2 value is 0.191 which means that technology and HR competencies have a significant effect on work productivity by 19,1%. It can be concluded, the better between technology and competence of human resources, the more work productivity will increase.
