Abstract

Organizations are often faced with problems with their employees, employee performance is one of them. Employees are the key to the success of an organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the mediating role of affective commitment on perceived organizational support will ultimately have an impact on improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a PLS-SEM approach, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study, all proposed hypotheses are entirely accepted, where the perception of organizational support has an effect on increasing employee performance and affective commitment, then affective commitment has a significant impact on increasing employee performance. On the other hand, affective commitment can have a partial mediating effect on the perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Survey research is intended to explain causal relationships and test hypotheses using the SEM-PLS model. SmartPls 4 v.4.0.9.4 is a multivariate statistical technique that compares exogenous with endogenous variables. The population of the study are members of Asttatindo, namely 24,000 construction workers who have had education and training and/or are members of Asttatindo. Sampling uses incidental sampling and purposive or judgment sampling, namely sampling based on the number of respondents who fill out the instrument and must match the proportion of the sample required in the SEM-SmartPls model. A minimum sample of 130 employee respondents is required. Incidental sampling can be achieved with 130 (between 130 -1000) respondents.Findings: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS it shows that: the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted because the t-count value is 8.483 < t table = 1.97 and the

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Product Quality and Perceived Price on Purchase Decision, with Customer Trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method involving 200 EIGER Adventure customers in Bandung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of AMOS 24 software. The sample size was set at 250 respondents, meeting the minimum requirement of 5–10 times the number of indicators used in SEM analysis. The results indicate that both Product Quality and Perceived Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust and Purchase Decision. Furthermore, Customer Trust also has a positive influence on Purchase Decision and mediates the effect of Product Quality and Perceived Price on Purchase Decision. These findings emphasize the crucial role of Customer Trust in transforming product value into actual purchasing decisions. Although Product Quality may not directly drive purchase decisions, it plays a vital role in building trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Employee Performance (EP), with Normative Commitment (NC) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on civil servants (ASN) of the Serang City Government, Banten. The target population consisted of ASN with a minimum tenure of five years (N = 1,500). The sample size was determined using the Slovin/Taro Yamane formula with a margin of error of approximately 8.76 percent, resulting in 120 respondents. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling with a simple random sampling (SRS) approach, ensuring that every employee in the population had an equal chance of being selected. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS software. The results show that POS positively influences employee performance, while NC also plays a significant role in improving performance. Furthermore, NC mediates the influence of POS on employee performance, indicating that employees’ sense of obligation strengthens the effect of organizational support. These findings suggest that organizational practices such as fair treatment, adequate rewards, and concern for employee welfare are crucial in fostering responsibility, loyalty, and improved performance in public organizations.

A quantitative approach was employed, with data gathered through questionnaires administered to members of the MKGR Mass Organization in Banten Province. Using proportional random sampling, responses were obtained from 65 participants. The collected data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS version 30. The findings indicate that transformational leadership significantly influences innovative work behavior, as does the physical work environment. Knowledge sharing also plays a crucial role in fostering innovative behavior. In addition, both transformational leadership and the physical work environment significantly affect knowledge-sharing activities. Abstract

This study examines the effects of motivation, education and training, and compensation on employee performance at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in Banten Province. It is grounded in the view that effective human resource management is crucial for sustaining organizational performance in a strategic state financial institution responsible for maintaining economic stability. Employee performance is treated as a key organizational asset influenced by internal factors such as work motivation, competency development through education and training, and the applied compensation system. Using a quantitative explanatory approach with a causal-comparative design, data were collected through questionnaires from employees who met specific criteria, including participation in training programs and receipt of formal compensation. Multiple linear regression analysis, supported by classical assumption testing, was employed to ensure model validity. Motivation, education and training, and compensation were analyzed as independent variables, while employee performance was measured through individual performance indicators, work competence, and adherence to Bank Indonesia’s strategic values. The results show that all three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both individually and collectively. The study highlights the importance of integrated motivation enhancement, continuous competency development, and fair compensation systems, contributing to public-sector human resource management literature and offering practical guidance for performance-oriented policy formulation

A quantitative research design was applied, employing various statistical procedures, including validity and reliability tests, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination (R²), as well as partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing. The research population comprised all employees of the Al Irsyad Islamic Education Foundation in Banten, with a total of 62 respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and supported by interviews to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of employee perceptions and working conditions. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that compensation, competence, and the work environment each have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results indicate that these three variables collectively contribute significantly to improving employee performance.
