Abstract

The digital marketing implemented optimally will improve the positive perception of the consumer candidates so that it develops a strong brand image impacting at an interest in buying.  How the institution maximizes the digital marketing function and how the institution's brand in the mind of the candidates might influence the interest of the students to become the students of the institution have become the phenomenon interesting to research.  This research aims to assess the influence of digital marketing and brand image on buying in the students of tutoring institutions in Bandung.  The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression.  The analysis units used in this research are the students of tutoring institutions in Bandung.  The sample-taking way is done using simple random sampling.  The value of the coefficient 1 = 0.466 and 2 = 0.457 and the value of F value is 710.596. The result shows that digital marketing and brand image influence interest in buying both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a lack of product education, especially updates on the livin by Mandiri application which results in customers being stalled in transactions, not being proactive in exploring the needs of convenience in communication, officers at the branch are considered less communicative, customer service who receive complaints are unable to provide satisfactory answers plus the handling process is so long, it is interesting to know the factors that cause the above problems, This study uses quantitative research methods, the data will be analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Verification Analysis. The sampling method is the Probability Sampling method using the Slovin proportional formula. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the average value of 3.57 is included in the good category and the condition of Customer Satisfaction obtained an average value of 3.83 is included in the Good category. The condition of Customer Loyalty obtained an average value of 3.73 is included in the Good category. Partially Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. partially Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable. simultaneously (F test) Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This is supported This is supported by the results of several tests that have been carried out.

Abstract

The study also found that literacy education in schools and families plays an important role in shaping individuals' critical thinking skills. Learning that involves relevant digital media and content tailored to individual needs, as well as approaches that encourage critical reflection and dialogue, can improve literacy in the digital age and critical thinking skills.  Theoretical foundations that support the relationship between literacy in the digital age and critical thinking skills are explored to provide a deeper understanding of the role of literacy in the digital age.  The research method used is a qualitative approach involving two groups of research subjects, namely high school students and university students. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and surveys to obtain their views and perceptions related to literacy and critical thinking in the digital era. The results showed that increasing literacy in the digital era significantly contributed to the development of critical thinking potential in individuals. Research subjects who have higher literacy levels tend to be better able to critically analyze information, identify fake news, and critically evaluate information sources. They also have a higher awareness of the dangers of misleading information and are better able to sort out relevant information.

Abstract

Program Harum Madu (Halaman Rumah Terpadu) yang digagas oleh Bupati Kabupaten Garut sebagai upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan halaman rumah pada pertengahan Juli 2023 tidak terlaksana merata diseluruh desa. Khusus Kecamatan Wanaraja hanya ada tiga desa saja yang masih aktif. Program Harum Madu yang ada di Desa Wanaraja sampai saat ini masih berjalan, namun tidak merata untuk masyarakatnya. Hasil survei awal memperlihatkan program di masing-masing rumah kurang berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini agar anggota mitra dalam memanfaatkan halaman rumah dapat menghasilkan secara ekonomi. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sarinah sebagai mitra dalam program pengabdian dengan memberikan wawasan dan keahlian dalam budidaya anggur import. Melalui pembinaan KWT Sarinah diharapkan dapat merintis desa wisata Anggur di Desa Wanaraja Kabupaten Garut. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah studi banding dan pelatihan budidaya anggur oleh petani milenial yang menggarap Garut Grape Garden. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan sejak bulan Juli 2024, 30% anggota berhasil membuahkan anggur import di bulan Desember 2024. Anggota mitra lainnya masih tahap pembentukan tajuk anggur. Keberhasilan ini membuat warga masyarakat lebih tertarik untuk budidaya anggur. Kegiatan studi banding dan pelatihan budidaya anggur sangat penting dilakukan dalam rangka merintis desa wisata agrikultur anggur.

Abstract

Purpose – This article explores and analyzes the impact of product quality influenced by sustainability and brand understanding on consumer purchasing decisions. Methodology/approach–The research methodology involved designing and testing a questionnaire measuring three main variables: sustainability-influenced product quality, brand understanding, and purchase decision. Data was collected through an online survey processed using descriptive analysis, correlation coefficient, F-test, and t-test hypothesis testing. The population in this study is the population of Bandung City in 2023 as many as 2,506,600 (BPS Bandung City 2024 data), using the Slovin formula sampling technique, a margin of error of 10% was obtained from a sample of 97 respondentsFindings – The results showed that sustainability-driven product quality had a strong relationship with consumer purchasing decisions, while brand understanding had a stronger relationship. Simultaneous analysis indicated that both variables significantly influenced purchase decisions, with brand understanding having a greater impact than product quality Novelty/value – Previous research has extensively explored the individual impacts of product quality and brand awareness on consumer behavior, yet the combined effect of these factors within the context of sustainability remains underexamined.

Abstract

Bentuk bisnis homecare pada masa kini merupakan bisnis yang mulai banyak dilirik oleh pada bidang kesehatan dikarena faktor pandemi yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Banyaknya peluang dari bisnis homecare maka dibuat sedemikian rupa agar dapat bersaing dengan pesaing di bidangnya. Dahulu setiap pasien atau costumer bila memerlukan jasa diharuskan pergi langsung ke tempat Klinik kesehatan ataupun rumah sakit. Tetapi kini dapat dilakukan melalui Home Care (HC). Selain dapat memudahkan para konsumen HC pun penjadi alternative untuk Klinik atau Rumah Sakit yang memiliki keterbatasan fasilitas dan ruangan dalam menangani dan melayani pasien. Semakin meluasnya target pasar HC maka terlihat semakin berpeluangnya bisnis tersebut pada masa yang akan dating. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dengan menggunakan data berdasarkan Interview langsung dari informan klinik serta menggunakan 150 responden yang merupakan random sampling costumer yang pernah menggunakan layanan HC pada klinik tersebut.

Abstract

The Sarinah Farming Women's Group was established following outreach from the Garut Regency Government, which launched the Harum Madu (Integrated Useful Home Page) program. This initiative, introduced by the Garut Regency Agriculture Service, aims to optimize home gardens by planting productive crops. The formation of the Sarinah Women Farmers Group supports this program’s activities. However, over time, a decline in members' motivation has become evident, as seen in decreasing attendance at program activities. To address this issue, a community service initiative led by the PKM team at Sangga Buana University will implement comparative study methods and training. Participants from the Sarinah Women Farmers Group (KWT) will visit a vineyard in Karangsari Village, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. Additionally, motivational training will be provided to group members in Cinunuk, Wanaraja, Garut Regency. The success of this initiative will be evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. Following the comparative study and training sessions, farmer group members demonstrated renewed enthusiasm for planting grapes as an extension of the Harum Madu program. Kelompok Wanita Tani Sarinah terbentuk setelah adanya sosialisasi dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut yang meluncurkan program Harum Madu (Halaman Rumah Bermanfaat Terpadu). Program ini digagas oleh Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Garut yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah agar ditanami hal yang produktif. Pembentukan kelompok Wanita Tani Sarinah menunjang kegiatan program tersebut, namun seiring berjalannya waktu kurangnya motivasi dari anggota tani menjalankan program ini, terlihat dari berkurangnya kehadiran di tempat pelaksanaan program. Permasalahan motivasi tersebut akan diselesaikan dengan metode studi banding dan pelatihan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim PkM Universitas Sangga Buana. Peserta Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Sarinah akan diajak untuk mengunjungi perkebunan anggur yang ada di Desa Karangsari Kecamatan Karangpawitan Kabupaten Garut. Pelatihan motivasi diberikan kepada pelaku Kelompok Wanita Tani Sarinah di Cinunuk Wanaraja Kabupaten Garut. Keberhasilan pengabdian ini akan diperlihatkan dari hasil pre test dan post test yang dilakukan. Setelah kegiatan studi banding dan pelatihan, para anggota kelompok tani bersemangat untuk menanam anggur sebagai tambahan dalam program Harum Madu.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of promotion and service quality that affect customer satisfaction at Yamaha Deta Group Dealers, independent branch. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. This study used 98 respondents as research samples using SPSS 26. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire with 17 questions consisting of two questions each variable. analysis results obtained from the simple linear regression equation hypothesis testing results showed that the results showed that the variables promotion and the quality of service

Abstract

Family food security can be improved through the cultivation of Fruit Plants in Pots (Tabulampot) in home gardens. However, watering plants often becomes a challenge due to limitations in time, labor, and water usage efficiency. This study aims to develop an automatic drip irrigation system based on a microcontroller that can simplify plant care and optimize water usage. The system uses the NodeMCU8266 microcontroller, a Real-Time Clock (RTC) module, a relay, and a 12V water pump to control automatic watering based on a preset schedule. System testing shows that the relay operates effectively, controlling the pump to turn on for 2 minutes and off for 2 minutes according to the schedule programmed via the RTC. All components function stably without issues, and the system is effective in supporting water usage efficiency, especially in areas with limited water resources. The results of this study demonstrate that this automatic irrigation system provides a practical solution for time-based irrigation, which can be applied to Tabulampot cultivation. The system also opens opportunities for further development to improve its effectiveness and flexibility in home-based agricultural applications.
