Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPT SDN Cilayang Guha. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 61 pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian diambil secara sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisisa data menggunakan korelasi dan teknik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai konstanta koefisien regresi sebesar 39,781. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan program SPSS versi 21 diperoleh bahwa hasil R2 sebesar 0,549 atau 54,9%, hal tersebut berarti bahwa 54,9% variabel pada kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Hasil analisa juga menunjukan bahwa secara statistik, faktor kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi ketiga variabel dalam penelitian ini secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja Pegawai UPT SDN Cilayang Guha.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ternyata faktor kompetensi, kompensasi dan motivasi dapat membentuk kinerja di lingkungan UPT SDN Cilayang Guha yang baik sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan keberhasilan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran-sasaran pokok pembangunan yang menjadi bidang tugas Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Tangerang, tercermin dari tugas pokok dan fungsi Dinas antara lain “Penyusunan rencana dan program serta koordinasi dalam rangka pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan pekerjaan umum di Kota”. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perkiraan-perkiraan atau perencanaan, sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan benar-benar dapat berjalan dengan lancar, lebih produktif dan tujuan dapat tercapai sebagaimana yang direncanakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perencanaan dan Koordinasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Propinsi Banten. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Perencanaan (X1), Koordinasi (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai (Y). Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan melalui pengolahan data dengan metode analisis statistik korelasi, regresi sederhana dan berganda serta analisis ragam uji Chi Square. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara tak terukur (lisan) dan penyebaran angket. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 125 orang pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Propinsi Banten, dengan sampel sebanyak 65 orang, yang diambil dengan teknik Disproportionate stratified random sampling. Kesahihan instrumen dilaksanakan melalui face validity. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan paket program SPSS For Windows Versi 10.01. Tahun 1998. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan dan Koordinasi merupakan dua faktor yang penting dalam meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Propinsi Banten.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi kelompok menuju pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sedangkan Motivasi merupakan usaha sadar untuk mempengaruhi perilaku seseorang agar mengarah pada tercapainya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditentukan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Serang Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meneliti fenomena yang sudah terjadi dan kemudian mencoba mencari keterkaitannya dengan variabel lain. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan angka-angka yang diolah melalui analisis statistic. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Serang , sehingga total populasinya berjumlah 40 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) jika diuji secara Bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (Y) hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS dimana nilai F hitung 50,494 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000<0.05 atau lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar pimpinan dalam membuat keputusan serta bertindak dalam memperlakukan pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of management principals on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari; 2) The effect of instructional media on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari; 3) The effect of management principals and instructional media on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari. This research is quantitative research with observational design. Targets to be studied is the contribution of the management principals and instructional media for Student Achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari. The population in this study are all teachers at SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari add up District 51 people and all of them were taken samples with total sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient ofdetermination. The study concluded that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between management principals on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari (rX1Y = 0.519; t = 4.246; p = 0.000); 2) There is a positive and significant influence between learning media on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari (rX2Y = 0.474; t = 3.769; p = 0.000); 3) There is significant influence simultaneously between management principals and instructional media on student achievement in SMK Al Muawanah Gunungsari (RX1X2Y = 0.595; Fhit = 13.155; p = 0.000).

Abstract

Today, performance management ensures and protects organizational effectiveness and efficiency in many countries. Although performance measurement is expressed as the effectiveness of strategy and efficiency of activities, more is needed to ensure overall organizational performance, and the concept of impact must be integrated with all other elements for organizational performance. Changes in the structure and functioning of organizations in competitive conditions, the increasing importance of decisions made by top management, and their contribution to the organization make it important to manage performance effectively.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most critical elements in the company in achieving company goals. Employee performance is influenced by several factors that leaders need to know. A leader/manager must understand the strengths and weaknesses of each manager to maximize potential and minimize employee deficiencies. Factors that influence an employee's performance are motivation and compensation. Motivation is needed as an encouragement to be able to improve performance. Compensation can affect employee performance, while compensation can be in the form of money or other facilities. Compensation is given as a form of appreciation for the performance and responsibilities of employees at work.

Abstract

The increase in the variety of products is driven by the attractiveness of the market which increasingly wants a variety of products, so the company offers a variety of various development products as well. This product development was carried out by the UPT SMPN 1 Bojonegara Cooperative in an effort to overcome the decline in sales. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of product development carried out by the company and its benefits in increasing sales volume. This research is qualitative research, with a case study approach. The data used are primary and secondary data, using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis process in this research uses Miles and Hubermen's theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. This aims to determine the challenges/constraints and benefits of implementing product development to increase sales volume. The results of the research show that the launch of two reading book products actually played a significant role in increasing sales volume. This can be seen from the strong relationship between product development carried out by the School and the addition of new products to the large number of purchases obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize scientific literature on the relationship between performance management and organizational performance through a systematic literature review approach to four scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024. This study shows that the effectiveness of a performance management system is not universal, but rather highly dependent on the organizational context, system integration, and mediating and moderating factors. The results of the thematic analysis reveal that effective performance management practices not only improve internal process efficiency but also strengthen strategic adaptation and organizational innovation. Key findings include the mediating role of performance management in linking managerial innovation to organizational performance, the synergy between corporate performance management and business process management, and the importance of integrating business intelligence and analytics in the public sector. In addition, this study highlights environmental uncertainty as a critical moderator in the design of an adaptive performance management system. This study provides conceptual contributions by strengthening the theory of resource-based view, resource orchestration, and contingency theory, as well as practical contributions in the form of recommendations for developing a contextual, data-based, and collaborative performance management system. The implications of this study are an important foundation in designing strategic policies for managing organizational performance that are more responsive to VUCA challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between compensation provided by the company and employee performance by considering the mediating role of work motivation. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to employees with a total sample of 97 people. In data processing, this study uses SmartPLS 4 to test measurement models and structural models. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between compensation and employee performance. In addition, the study also found that work motivation plays a role as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between compensation and performance. These findings provide important implications for human resource management, where improving a fair and adequate compensation system can improve work motivation and, ultimately, overall employee performance. Therefore, an effective compensation management strategy should be a priority for companies looking to improve their employees' performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress on turnover intention with psychological well-being as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach is used with PLS-SEM analysis techniques. Data was obtained through a questionnaire that included three main constructs, namely job stress, psychological well-being, and turnover intention with a total sample of 65 employees. The results prove that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, as well as a significant negative effect on psychological well-being. Psychological well-being was also found to have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, the results showed that psychological well-being significantly mediated the influence of job stress on the intention to leave work. These findings confirm the importance of organizational interventions in managing job stress and improving psychological well-being to reduce the risk of turnover intention
