Abstract

Reading is a crucial skill that any student must incorporate into their daily routine. By engaging in reading, you can get new knowledge, and you can increase your level of concern for your social well-being through reading. But at State Islamic University of Nort Sumatera, particularly among the Student, the reading program is rather erratic. Compared to reading a book, student more frequently uses the internet to search for educational information and materials. This suggests that at UINSU, bias is not yet a way of life, and bias among UINSU women is more persistently expressed in their viewing of television programs and dramatic readings on gaming console. Because of this, Literasi room had to reappear in order to provide the student with renewed inspiration to read. It is anticipated that this Literal Component will be an effective solution to address the issue of Minat Baca in the student community.

Abstract

Community service is a manifestation of the duties of lecturers and students in carrying out the third Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service. Through community service activities carried out in Lingga Cultural Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, there is a synergy between universities and the community as a form of mutual tolerance and socialization. The purpose of this service is to embrace the community in socializing and also uphold religious meaning in the life of Muslim minority communities. Community service is carried out through socialization activities with the village community, carrying out various kinds of competitions, mutual cooperation and teaching activities. The results of the service provide an illustration of increasing enthusiasm and increasing understanding of the community, especially teachers and parents about religious tolerance and also socializing with each other without distinguishing race, ethnicity, religion from one anither. Abstract

The tourist icon is one of the signs that characterizes a particular area. Each region must have its own tourist icon. One of them is the city of Medan, which has a tourit icon, the Maimoon Palace or what is commonly called the Deli Sultanate Palace. Is one of the icons of the country. To find out the strathey of Pemko Medan in mainting the Maimun palace, researchers used qualitative methodes with a socio-cultural approach. The method used is in- depth interviews and documentation. From the results of the interview the strstegy adopted by Pemko Medan is to continue to promote the Maimoon Palace on various social media, or major events helid im the city of Medan. From the Maimoon palace self, ot major events held ini the city of Medan. From the Maimoon Palace itserlf , it is to. Maintain comfot and cleanliess at the Maimun Palace itself. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komunikasi remaja dalam memakmurkan masjid muslimin dilingkungan VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi yang dilakukan . Hasil penelitian komunikasi remaja dalam memakmurkan masjid melalukan cara komunikasi yang digunakan remaja masjid dan masyarakat adalah komunikasi formal yang mana komunikasi formal adalah komunikasi yang disetujui oleh organisasi dan sifatnya berorientasi pada kepentingan organisasi. Seperti yang dilakukan pada remaja masjid muslimin mereka berkomunikasi mengenai masjid dengan cara musyawarah. Remaja masjid muslimin memiliki peran penting dalam memakmurkan masjid. Mereka adalah generasi penerus yang akan meneruskan estafet kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan masjid di masa depan. Remaja masjid memberikan contoh kepada masyarakat dengan sering beribadah dimasjid, melakukan kegiatan keislaman, dan memperkuat ukhuwah islamiyah. dan hambatan yang terjadi di remaja masjid muslimin kurangnya aktif keanggotan yang mengakibatkan kegiatan terhambat, kurangnya fasilitas masjid, kurangnya dana remaja masjid untuk melakukan kegiatan lainnya, dan Kurangnya kegiatan yang menarik bagi remaja karena kegiatannya seringkali monoton dan tidak adanya kreatifitas sehingga tidak sesuai dengan minat remaja lingkugan VIII.
