Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengevaluasi pentingnya Kesenian yang dapat menjadi kekayaan milik daerah khususnya di Cirebon, seperti Tari Topeng, Sintren, Sandiwara Cirebonan dan wayang Cirebon. Melalui penggunaan metode penelitian yuridis normatif serta perkembangan teori desentralisasi, Temuan penelitian menunjukkan Administrasi daerah diketahui belum mengeluarkan kebijakan urgensi terhadap pendaftaran hak cipta atas kesenian lokal, Peran pemerintah daerah dibutuhkan sebagai aparatur dan media yang memfasilitasi bukan hanya untuk pengembangan namun mengatur kebijakan normatif agar banyak masyarakat yang mengetahui pentingnya pengakuan hukum terhadap kesenian sebagai warisan dan kekayaan daerah yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. AbstractThis research evaluates the importance of arts in Cirebon City, such as Mask Dance, Sintren, Cirebonan Theater and Cirebon puppetry. Through the use of normative juridical research methods as well as thedevelopment of the theory of decentralization, the research findings show that the local administration has not issued an urgency policy towards the regional administration is known to have not issued a policy of urgency to the registration of copyrights on local arts. The role of local government is needed as an apparatus and a facilitating medium not only for the development of local art, but also for the development of local culture. and media that facilitates not only for development but regulates normative policies so that many people know about copyright registration of local arts. normative policies so that many people know the importance of legal recognition of the arts as a heritage and legal recognition of the arts as heritage and regional wealth that has high economic value.

Abstract

AbstrakPenerapan pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi COVID19 salah satu solusi tepat pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggantikan pembelajaran tatap muka diberbagai ranah pendidikan. Penelitian memiliki tujuan guna melihat bagaimana proses pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID 19, bagaimana hasil belajar mahasiswa selama pandemi COVID 19, dan pengaruh pembelajaran daring masa pandemi COVID19 terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Agama Islam Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencangkup mahasiswa semester 8 program studi Agama Islam dengan sampel sejumlah 62 mahasiswa, teknik sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pembelajaran daring masa pandemi COVID19 termasuk dalam kekategori sedang dengan prosentase 48%, nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa terdapat pada kategori sedang dengan prosentase 79%. hasil dari nilai r value 0,735>0,250 dengan taraf kepercayaan 5% menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran daring masa pandemi COVID19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Covid19, pembelajaran Daring, Hasil BelajarAbstractThe application of online learning in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic is one of the right solutions for implementing learning to replace face-to-face learning in various educational fields. The purpose of this research is to see how the online learning process is during the COVID-19 pandemic, how the student learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the effect of online learning during the COVID19 pandemic on the student learning outcomes of the Islamic Studies Program, Raden Rahmat Islamic University. This study uses a correlational quantitative research design. The population in this study included 8th semester students of the Islamic study program with a sample of 62 students, the sample technique used cluster random sampling. The results of the study show that online learning during the COVID19 pandemic is in the medium category with a percentage of 48%, the value of student learning outcomes is in the medium category with a percentage of 79%. the results of the r value of 0.735> 0.250 with a 5% confidence level indicate that online learning during the COVID19 pandemic has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Abstract

The increasing number of freelancers in Indonesia, particularly among Millennials and Generation Z, reflects a shift in employment trends toward more flexible work arrangements. However, these workers, mostly part of the informal labor sector, often do not receive adequate legal protection, especially regarding social security and labor rights. Despite their significant contributions to the digital economy and various industries, freelancers still face legal uncertainty due to the absence of specific regulations that obligate employers to fulfill their responsibilities. This study examines the legal framework governing freelancers' rights in Indonesia, focusing on Law No. 24 of 2011 concerning the Social Security Administrative Body (BPJS) and Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021. Methods, Using a normative juridical research method, this study analyzes laws, legal principles, and the effectiveness of sanctions imposed on employers who neglect their obligations.  The results reveal that existing laws do not explicitly include freelancers in the category of workers entitled to social security, and the administrative sanctions are insufficient to ensure compliance. The study recommends revising the legal framework to regulate freelancers' rights explicitly and impose stricter penalties on non-compliant employers. Implementation. Such changes are essential to ensure legal certainty, justice, and social protection in Indonesia's evolving labor market.

Abstract

Bercerita adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang mempunyai daya tarik yang mampu menyentuh emosi atau perasaan anak, yang mempu mendidik anak dengan bertumpu pada bahasa, baik lisan maupun tulisan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode bercerita untuk meningkatkan percaya diri anak usia dini, dengan menggunakan studi literatur. kajian data dari berbagai buku referensi dan hasil penelitian-penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penelitian sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan landasan teori suatu permasalahan yang akan dianalisis. Dengan begitu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita memberi pengaruh atau dampak terhadap percaya diri anak usia dini. Rasa percaya diri seorang anak tidak dapat dikembangkan dengan cepat dan bukan meruapakan sesuatu yang diturunkan kepada anak sejak lahir ataupun diwariskan, maka metode bercerita menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningaktkan percaya diri anak usia dini.
