Abstract

This study aims to summarize and analyze innovative learning management strategies in forming positive character at the stage of early childhood development. The study adopts a literature study approach by exploring key concepts and relevant best practices. The results of literature analysis show that innovative approaches in learning management open up opportunities to integrate character values in the early childhood curriculum. Teachers as educational leaders, have a central role in implementing creative and in-depth learning strategies. The implementation of learning programs involves the use of innovative methods, collaborative projects, and the use of supporting literature that is characteristic. Although the study is literatureary, the synthesis of information from multiple sources proves that character education in early childhood can be effectively integrated through innovative approaches in learning management. The implications of these findings lead to the development of responsive curricula and teacher resources that focus on aspects of character.

Abstract

The success of Early Childhood Education depends not only on the competence of educators, but also on the effectiveness of the educational supervision system implemented. The research investigates the practice of educational supervision in Early Childhood Education through literature study. The objectives of the study include exploration of the purpose of supervision, the application of supervision practices, teachers' perceptions of supervision, and the challenges and impacts of supervision practices. Through literature analysis from various sources, this study summarizes findings related to supervision practices in the context of Early Childhood Education. Although the method focuses on literature study, this research still provides aspects insight into key aspects related to the practice of educational supervision. The implications of these findings are discussed to contribute to the development of more effective supervision practices and have a positive impact on teachers' professional development and improvement of learning quality.

Abstract

Media video adalah seperangkat komponen atau media yang mampu menampilkan gambar sekaligus suara dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Media video bertujuan untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran melalui tayangan gambar gerak yang diproyeksikan membentuk karakter sama dengan obyek aslinya, rangsangan belajar yang baik akan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang efektif. Pemilihan salah satu metode mengajar tertentu akan mempengaruhi jenis media pengajaran yang berdasarkan pada kebutuhan anak begitu juga sebaliknya, untuk menggunakan media tertentu diperlukan metode yang sesuai berdasarkan pada kebutuhan anak didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media video dalam pembelajaran di PAUD, yang di lakukan PAUD Tahfidzul Qur’an Yurefi. Pemilihan lokasi ini dianggap memiliki pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara efektif dengan menggunakan media video dalam memotivasi belajar anak. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media video dalam aktivitas belajar dapat menarik perhatian, menyenangkan, serta menghilangkan kejenuhan bagi anak didik

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at An Nasar Kindergarten, Kendari City, fostering teaching discipline in improving teacher performance, supporting and inhibiting factors for teacher performance. This research used a qualitative approach with research subjects involving 3 people, namely: the school principal and teachers at An Nasar Kindergarten. For research data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques with data analysis techniques, namely reducing data, presenting data, verifying data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show several important findings regarding the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at An Nasar Kindergarten. First, the principal's leadership is effective in fostering teacher discipline through enforcing existing rules, as well as good teacher performance in preparing learning plans. Second, support from the school principal, including the provision of IT-based infrastructure such as: laptops, infocus, and curriculum guidebooks, is a supporting factor in learning. However, this research also identified the main obstacle in the form of inadequate learning media. However, this problem can be overcome with the competence of teachers at An Nasar Kindergarten.
