Abstract

Abstract — Home tutoring assistance is needed during the Covid-19 pandemic, where all schools implement Distance Learning (PJJ) activities. The Ministry of Education and Culture issues regulations so that all learning activities at school are carried out at each student's home. The enactment of the PJJ policy makes parents have the responsibility to assist children while learning from home. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on TPA / TPQ activities at Dukuh Kejambon Kidul. For this reason, through tutoring assistance carried out by UAA 2021 Thematic KKN students as a form of community service, it can help children a total of 21 students, who have difficulty in the learning process at home and re-organize TPA / TPQ activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kejambon Kidul hamlet in particular. RT 04 and 05. The learning methods applied during the morning class activities are lectures, fairy tales, question and answer, and practice. In conclusion can be drawn is that the activities of assisting academic, religious and educational guidance for Covid-19 for children can take place smoothly. Keywords — Tutoring Assistance, TPA / TPQ, Covid-19 Pandemic.  Abstrak — Pendampingan bimbingan belajar dari rumah sangat diperlukan di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, dimana semua sekolah menerapkan kegiatan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Kemendikbud menerbitkan peraturan agar semua kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dilakukan di rumah masing-masing siswa. Berlakunya kebijakan PJJ membuat orang tua mempunyai tanggung jawab mendampingi anak selama belajar dari rumah. Selain itu, pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada kegiatan TPA/TPQ di Dukuh Kejambon Kidul. Melalui pendampingan bimbingan belajar yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Tematik UAA 2021 ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat dapat membantu anak-anak sejumlah 21 siswa yang kesulitan dalam proses belajar di rumah  dan mengadakan kembali kegiatan TPA/TPQ pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini di dukuh Kejambon Kidul khsusunya RT 04 dan 05. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan kelas pagi ialah ceramah, dongeng, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah kegiatan pendampingan bimbingan belajar akademik, religius dan edukasi Covid-19 bagi anak- anak dapat berlangsung dengan lancar. Kata Kunci — Pendampingan Bimbingan Belajar, TPA/TPQ, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Micro,  Small  and  Medium  Enterprises  (MSMEs)  are  one of  the state revenues from the tax sector, which has potential for Indonesia's economic growth. The current development of MSMEs can also be a potential and opportunity for tax revenue.  However, it  also  has challenges  if  it  is  not balanced  with taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations. This study aims to determine the factors that affect taxpayer compliance in paying MSME taxes in Bantul City. Taxpayer compliance factors include knowledge and understanding of taxation, taxpayer awareness, modernization of the tax administration system, and tax sank . This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample selection method, Purposive Sampling using  the solving formula, obtained 95 samples of MSME actors per the established criteria. The data analysis technique used is Multiple regression linear analysis using Version 28 software. The results showed that knowledge and understanding of taxation, taxpayer awareness, modernization of the tax administration system and tax sank si had a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying  MSME taxes. Meanwhile, partial knowledge and understanding of taxation, taxpayer awareness, and  modernization  of  the tax administration  system  positively affect taxpayer compliance. Still, tax sanctions hurt taxpayer compliance in paying MSME taxes in Bantul Regency.

Abstract

The main focus of this study is to examine the influence of several factors, namely brand image, product quality, fashion lifestyle, and product price, on thrift shopping purchasing decisions. This research aims to assess the impact of brand image, product quality, fashion lifestyle, and product price on thrift shopping purchasing decisions, with a case study of the people in Ponorogo Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had made thrift shopping purchases. The results of the study show that brand image does not affect thrift shopping purchasing decisions, while product quality, fashion lifestyle, and product price have a significant impact on thrift shopping purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Food Security and Agriculture Office of Bantul Regency explains that during 2023 the rice harvest area in Bantul will reach 28,500 hectares. In the harvest period from February to April in 2024, the Head of the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Bantul Regency believes that the rice harvest area in Bantul will reach 4,000 hectares with a production of 8.8 tons of milled dry grain per hectare. Based on this data, Bantul is a potential area to support alternative energy contributions by utilizing rice husk waste into safe fuel. The rice husk saver briquette aims to provide a solution to this problem while utilizing the abundant biomass energy opportunities, especially in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Husk saver briquette is an environmentally friendly biomass charcoal that can be used as a natural fuel and aromatherapy for the community. This activity is in the form of team empowerment between students and supervisors. Products produced through innovations made by the team include original rice husk briquettes, aromatherapy briquettes and mixed briquettes packaged with attractive boxes so as to maintain the quality of briquettes to consumers. Marketing is carried out both offline and online and this product has a license in the form of an NIB (Business License Number). Through this empowerment activity, students can hone their business skills and measure their sensitivity.

Abstract

Financial management is still an obstacle in developing MSME business capacity. This is due to the low level of financial literacy possessed by MSME actors as well as an attitude of awareness and responsibility that has not been carried out properly regarding financial management of business income. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes and income on the financial management behavior of MSME players. This type of research is quantitative research. The research respondents were MSME actors in the culinary sector in Bantul Regency. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 102 respondents obtained in the study. The data used in this research is primary data, namely data from the results of the respondent's questionnaire answers. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) financial literacy has a significant effect on the financial management behavior of MSME actors; (2) financial attitudes do not have a significant effect on the financial management behavior of MSME actors; (3) income has a significant effect on the financial management behavior of MSME actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that influence student fraud at the academic level in the Accounting Study Program, where in the main scope of education students are expected to become anti-fraud generations, so it needs to be instilled since they were in college, considering that based on previous research not a few students who have committed acts of academic fraud. Factors of academic fraud behavior include pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capability called fraud diamond which needs to be explored more deeply to test the effectiveness of the fraud concept, as well as two moderating factors, namely gender and religiosity. This research is a type of quantitative research and literacy studies. The results of the study can be concluded that the opportunity and capability factors have a significant influence while the factors of pressure, rationalization, gender and religiosity have an insignificant effect on student academic fraud behavior.
