Abstract

Optimization of the payment system can be achieved with the satisfaction of more and more users, which will affect the level of application of various payment systems as well as have an impact on related parties. If it is related to this research, then in the payment system to achieve goals and realization, It is necessary to prepare a more effective system for payment. The research method is descriptive qualitative, phenomenalogical approach, this type of research is Field research. The data sources used are primary data in the form of direct interviews with santri guardians of My Al-Badar application users and secondary data in the form of books, journals and articles related to the topic discussed. The results of this study are (1) payment system through My Al-Badar application, (2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in optimizing the payment system through My Al-Badar application. The use of the My Al-Badar application can be said to have run optimally, this can be seen from the payment transactions using the application by delaying the santri guardians in making payments. The Al-Badar boarding school is currently trying to conduct socialization to use the My Al-Badar application for transactions at the boarding school.

Abstract

Character education in Junior High Schools (SMP) is an essential element in shaping students' strong personalities and noble character. However, in its implementation, there are various challenges faced by teachers, particularly related to understanding, skills, and support for the program. This study aims to analyze how SMP teachers perceive the implementation of character education in their schools and the challenges that arise in its development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with 30 SMP teachers as the subjects of the study. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and frequency distributions. The results of the study show that the majority of teachers, 93.31%, have a positive perspective on the implementation of character education in SMP. However, although the implementation is already good, there is still room for improvement in achieving more optimal outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that character education has been well implemented, but further socialization and training for teachers regarding mastery of technology and information are necessary to optimally support the character education program.

Abstract

Guru-guru sekolah dasar kesulitan untuk naik dari golongan IVa ke golongan IVb, disebabkan guru mengalami hambatan dalam melaksanakan aturan kenaikan golongan, diantaranya menulis karya ilmiah dan laporan hasil penelitian. Serta bagaimana meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru-guru Sekolah Dasar dalam menyusun laporan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang sesuai dengan standar akademik dan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan berhasil dengan baik, yakni jumlah kehadiran peserta dari yang direncanakan 20 yang hadir 26 orang atau 130%; Jumlah peserta yang menyerahkan judul penelitian sesuai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran di kelasnya dan Daftar Isi Proposal PTK sebanyak 21 orang atau 80,77%; dan Jumlah peserta yang menyerahkan draf proposal PTK 22 atau 84,62%. Dengan adanya kesiapan materi yang akan disampaikan, termasuk kejelasan tujuan pembelajaran dan relevansi konten dengan kebutuhan peserta. Model pelatihan menerapkan metode ceramah-tanyajawab dan simulasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan. Dengan demikian, peserta dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan mereka, sehingga lebih mudah diterima oleh pihak yang berwenang dalam penilaian kenaikan pangkat.

Abstract

Pengembangan keprofesian guru masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan akses terhadap pelatihan yang berkualitas dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai teknik penulisan artikel yang baik serta penggunaan sitasi yang benar. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menyediakan pelatihan yang komprehensif bagi guru-guru di daerah ini guna meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menulis artikel untuk jurnal ilmiah serta menguasai teknik sitasi yang diperlukan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah dan teknik sitasi, sehingga mereka dapat berkontribusi secara aktif dalam publikasi ilmiah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini mencakup penyampaian materi teoritis, pendampingan praktis, dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa yaitu pemahaman peserta terhadap penulisan artikel untuk jurnal ilmiah terbilang sudah cukup baik, peserta juga sudah memiliki gambaran terkait bagaimana cara terbaru membuat artikel dan teknik sitasi untuk jurnal ilmiah baik secara konsep mapupun praktek. Melalui kegiatan ini guru dapat mengetahui cara terbaru penulisan artikel untuk jurnal ilmiah yang akan membantu guru dalam pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions have made one of the most important aspects for companies, because they are considered a valuable asset. Important aspects related to purchasing decisions include service quality, price, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at Abadi Store, Gadung District, Buol Regency. The sample in this study were 150 respondents as customers who often make purchases at Toko Abadi, Gadung District, Buol Regency. Data analysis in this study used the path analysis method through PLS-SEM with Algorithm and Bootstrapping calculations with the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of the research on the first hypothesis that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by a p-value of 0.020, a t-statistic of 2.069, and an influence coefficient of around 0.137. The second hypothesis is that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of proving this hypothesis show a coefficient value of 0.574, a t-statistic of 9.415, and a p-value of 0.000. The third hypothesis is that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This result is evidenced by a coefficient value of around 0.283, a t-statistic of 3.825, and a p-value of around 0.000. The fourth hypothesis that price has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.122, a t-statistic of 1.461, and a p-value of 0.072. The fifth hypothesis that customer satisfaction has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the negative coefficient value (-0.228) with a t-statistic of 3.192 and a p-value of 0.001. The sixth hypothesis is that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This is because the coefficient value is -0.065, with a t-statistic of 2.526 and a p-value of 0.006. the seventh hypothesis that customer satisfaction cannot provide a mediating role in the effect of price on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination of -0.028, t-statistic of 1.199, and p-value of 0.115

Abstract

The Katoba tradition is an Islamic initiation rite that functions as a medium for value education within the Muna community. This study aims to analyze the ritual structure, symbolic meanings, and Islamic educational values transmitted through the Katoba tradition, while also examining challenges to its sustainability amid social change. The research employs a qualitative ethnographic approach, with data collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and ritual documentation. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, supported by Van Gennep’s rites of passage theory, Turner’s concept of liminality, and Geertz’s symbolic anthropology. The findings show that Katoba conveys core Islamic values, including tawhid, the shahada, honesty, responsibility, birrul walidain, and moral discipline, which are instilled through symbolic practices and community-based learning. This tradition plays an important role in shaping children’s religious identity and strengthening social cohesion. However, modernization and the influence of digital media pose challenges to the continuity of Katoba, highlighting the need for adaptive efforts to preserve its fundamental values

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pembinaan awal kepada mahasiswa baru Universitas Halu Oleo dalam memahami strategi percepatan masa studi. Mahasiswa baru kerap menghadapi berbagai tantangan adaptasi akademik, seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap penyusunan rencana studi, pengelolaan waktu, serta pemanfaatan layanan akademik kampus. PkM ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi penyusunan rencana studi delapan semester. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 25 September 2025 dengan melibatkan 35 peserta mahasiswa baru. Pelaksanaan berjalan lancar dan mendapat respon positif dari peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai strategi akademik dan non-akademik yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu, termasuk pentingnya IPK awal, manajemen waktu, dan distribusi beban SKS yang sesuai. Selain itu, seluruh peserta berhasil menyusun rencana studi awal sebagai pedoman akademik pribadi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis interaktif dan praktik langsung efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan akademik mahasiswa baru. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan diperluas cakupannya ke program studi lain guna mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan penyelesaian studi tepat waktu di lingkungan Universitas Halu Oleo. Kata kunci: Percepatan Studi; Mahasiswa; Akademik Abstract This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted to provide initial academic guidance for first-year students at Halu Oleo University, focusing on strategies to accelerate study completion. New students often face various academic adaptation challenges, such as limited understanding of study planning, time management, and the effective use of campus academic services. This program was designed to address these needs through a series of socialization activities, interactive discussions, and simulations of an eight-semester study plan. The activity was held on September 25, 2025, involving 35 first-year students, and it was implemented smoothly with positive responses from participants. The results indicate an increased understanding of essential academic and non-academic strategies required for timely study completion, including the importance of early GPA management, effective time allocation, and appropriate distribution of course loads. Furthermore, all participants successfully developed an initial study plan that can serve as their personal academic roadmap. This program demonstrates that interactive and practice-based training effectively enhances the academic readiness of new students. It is recommended that similar programs be conducted regularly and expanded to other study programs to support improved learning quality and timely graduation across Halu Oleo University. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis dan memahami kendala, dampak, serta peran keterlibatan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kinerja petugas pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) di Kecamatan Una-Una, dengan harapan untuk merumuskan strategi yang efektif dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan publik. Fenomena pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) di Kecamatan Una-Una, Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una, menunjukkan kinerja petugas yang cukup baik dalam prosedur dan disiplin, tetapi terhambat oleh keterlambatan pengesahan dokumen dari kabupaten serta fasilitas yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan orientasi strategi pengembangan, menggabungkan elemen fenomenologi untuk menangkap lived experience petugas dan masyarakat terhadap kinerja PATEN, serta grounded theory elements untuk merumuskan strategi baru dari data empiris. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dirancang bersifat 100% kualitatif melalui triangulasi sumber-metode memastikan validitas dan kedalaman analisis fenomena pelayanan administrasi terpadu (PATEN) di Kecamatan Una-Una. Teknik ini melibatkan 32 informan kunci yang dipilih secara purposive dengan kriteria pengalaman minimal 2 tahun, mencakup Camat, 4 kepala bidang, 8 petugas PATEN, dan 20 tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian tentang Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) di Kecamatan Una-Una mengidentifikasi kendala sistemik, strategi perbaikan NPM, dan peran masyarakat sebagai co-producer layanan publik. mengidentifikasi strategi NPM inklusif untuk meningkatkan kualitas petugas PATEN di Kecamatan Una-Una, dengan fokus pada optimalisasi SDM, digitalisasi, dan sinergi lintas pihak.
