Abstract

Sungai Wai Lawa pada Negeri Tawiri secara geografis terletak yang strategis, karna sungai ini membelah lintasan transportasi darat dari bandara udara Internasional Pattimura menuju pusat kota Ambon dan sebaliknya dari pusat kota ke bandar udara. Ini menjadikannya sebagai sasaran utama kegiatan kota, seiring perkembangnya, negeri ini masih kurang perhatian dari pemerintah terkhusus Pemerintah Kota Ambon mengakibatkan fungsi-fungsi sarana transportasi pada daerah hulu dan bantaran sungai menjadi kawasan berkembang hunian masyarakat pada daerah hulu sungai. Fenomena banjir akibat naiknya muka air sungai yang mengakibatkan putusnya jalur transportasi ke dusun dimana masyarakat sudah membangun permukiman baru. Sehingga pada menuntut kami melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik dan non fisik jalur transportasi pada daerah sekitar hulu sungai wai Lawa di negeri Tawiri menuju pusat kota Ambon atau ke negeri-negeri lain. Sungai Wai Lawa alirannya memiliki potensi daya rusak yang cukup besar. Pada musim penghujan aliran pada sungai Wai Lawa sangat besar dan berpotensi mengganggu aktifitas masyarakat di negeri Tawiri Kota Ambon. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan survey, identifikasi untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya bencana tersebut. Hal demikian yang melatar belakangi adanya kegiatan Survei Investigasi Desain Jembatan Wai Lawa Negeri Tawiri Kota Ambon. Dengan demikian penelitian yang kami lakukan ini kami akan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu : data primer yang kami peroleh langsung dari sungai sungai Wai Lawa Negeri Tawiri Kecamatan Teluk Ambon Kota Ambon dengan melakukan survei atau observasi lapangan, meliputi survei topografi, survei geoteknik sengan melakukan sondir test, data sekunder meliputi data Lalu-linta harian rata-rata. Hasil keseluruhan tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan itu dapat dipakai untuk merumuskan kriteria dan konsep desain model jembatan pada sungai Wai Lawa Negeri Tawiri. Kata kunci: Survei, Investigasi, Desain, Memajukan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Roads are transportation infrsstructure that connects one area with other areas, especially in the transportation sector for the smooth flow of goods and services. Roads experience damage due to the incereasing volume and load of vehicles, especially if they are always passed by heavy vehicles that are overloaded. The Namlea - Marloso road section has a length of 19,026 km with a road width of 4.0 m. This road section has road damage to the road surface layer in the form of cracks, holes, and surface defects. Previously damaged road conditions have been repaired by patching using CPHMA. However, the planned life of the road is in fact not in accordance with what is happening in the field. The road has been damaged ± 4 months after being repaired. The aim of the research was to determine the marshall characteristics of CPHMA-type Buton asphalt mixture using rock ash as filler and to analyze the percentage of rock ash content that met the requirements for Buton CPHMA-type asphalt mixture. This study used rock ash with the addition of 4%, 8% and 12%. This test was carried out using a Marshall test kit with reference to the 2020 Bina Marga Specifications and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The research results show that the average values obtained are density value =2.21 gr/cc, marshall stability value =1416 kg, flow velue =3.02 mm,, VMA value =18.24%, VIM value =7.72%, VFB value =63.18%, MQ value =483.02 kg/mm. marshall CPHMA characteristics with the addition of rock ash resulted in increased stability, flow, VMA and VIM values. While the values of VFB and MQ decreased. Presentation of optimum rock ash addition content =6% and meets the 2018 Bina Marga specification revision 2.

Abstract

Arung Samudra Bahari, Nim 1319174057 “the effect of resin as an addition to Asphalt concrete - binder course (AC-BC) mixture on marshall characteristics”. Thesis, Road and Bridge Construction Engineering Study Program, Department of Civil Engineering, Polteknik Negri Ambon. This thesis is under the guidance of David Daniel Marthin Huwae. S T., MT. and Penina T. Istiah, S Pd., M. Si. In the resin tree there is sap which contains essential oils and there is also resinol acid which has sticky, hard, and also melts easily. The resin will harden and then melt again depending on certain temperature changes. The effect of adding rosin sap to the asphalt mixture proves that the characteristics of asphalt are not much different from proving asphalt in general, but the results obtained on asphalt combined with rosin sap have increased elastic power which still maintains the unity of its shape due to high pressure. The use of resin can make asphalt mixtures more able to withstand road damage due to changes in weather and climate, the purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course (AC-BC) levels in the presence of added resin and analyze the comparison between the addition and without the addition of resin to the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC) mixture on marshall characteristics using 2% and 3% resin levels. As carried out in the Laboratory of the Maluku Ambon Road Implementation Center with reference to the requirements published by the Directorate General of Highways at KAO. The data collection method used in this study is the collection of primary data obtained based on several test objects from various treatment conditions tested in the laboratory such as marshall test results which include density, VIM (void this mix), VMA (void this mineral aggregate), VFA (void filled with asphalt), stability, flow (melting), and MQ (marshall quotient). And secondary data obtained from literature studies. The overall test results that meet the requirements in the 3% resin mixture with 5%, 5.5%, 6% asphalt content meet the specification requirements that have been listed with the 2018 bina marga specifications. So it can be concluded that the greater the presentation of resin content, the higher the quality value.

Abstract

The Piru-Loun road section of West Seram Regency has a road width of 6m and a road length of 9.35km. The road damage that occurred was 4.35km long starting from STA 5+000 - 9+350. The damage that occurs is that the surface experiences deformation, grain release, cracks, and even holes, the potholes in the road have reached the pavement foundation layer and some even have visible subgrade layers. Technically, road damage indicates a condition where the road is structurally and functionally no longer able to provide optimal services for traffic activities. The aim of this research is to determine the damage and condition of the road, compare the thickness of the flexible pavement overlay and plan the budget (RAB). Damage analysis uses the Bina Marga method and in planning the thickness of the added layer (Overlay), the 1993 Aashto method and the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method, which are planning methods for determining the thickness of Indonesian standard pavement layers, the differences between the two flexible pavement methods (Flexible Pavement) will be shows which method is more efficient in application at the damage location. The results of the damage analysis show a priority order value of 5, included in the periodic maintenance program. The result of the added layer thickness using the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method was 2.5 cm and the 1993 Aashto method was 5.4 cm. The results of the analysis of the Cost Budget Plan for an added layer thickness of 5.4 cm amounted to IDR 973,858,542.62

Abstract

Ketersediannya sarana dan prasarana pariwisata merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mempunyai peranan penting dalam menunjang sektor pariwisata. Sehingga permasalahan ini sering muncul dikarenakan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana pariwisata masih belum merata di setiap wilayah, apalagi pada kawasan-kawasan yang baru dikembangkan jika daerah tersebut punya potensi yang baik untuk dikembangkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan sektor pariwisata yang perlu ditunjang dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pariwisata di negeri Rutong Kecamatan Leitimur Selatan Kotra Ambon. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross sectional. Data yang digunakan mencakup hasil observasi lapangan, yaitu sarana dan prasarana pariwisata kawasan objek wisata pantai di negeri Rutong. Hasil evaluasi sarana dan prasarana pariwisata di kawasan pantai negeri Rutong yang mencakup sarana pokok, penunjang, pelengkap, prasarana umum dan prasarana kebutuhan para pengunjung masih jauh dari standar pariwisita dan perlu dikembangkan potensi potens negerinya, sehingga ke depan pariwisata pantai negeri Rutong menjadi salah satu objek wisata yang suka dinikmati oleh wisatawan baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri.

Abstract

Beton merupakan material konstruksi yang paling banyak digunakan karena sifatnya yang kuat, mudah dibentuk, dan relatif ekonomis. Salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan mutu beton adalah jenis semen yang digunakan. Di Kota Ambon, Semen Tonasa dan Semen Dynamix merupakan dua merek semen yang banyak digunakan masyarakat, dengan karakteristik harga dan kualitas yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kuat tekan beton K-300 yang dibuat dengan menggunakan kedua merek semen tersebut berdasarkan metode SNI 03-2834-2000. Metode penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Ambon dengan menggunakan agregat halus berupa pasir cuci Waiheru, agregat kasar berupa batu pecah dari Quarry Wai Sakula, serta semen tipe Portland Composite Cement (PCC) merek Tonasa dan Dynamix. Benda uji berupa silinder beton berukuran 15 × 30 cm dibuat sesuai dengan rancangan campuran dan diuji kuat tekannya pada umur 3 dan 7 hari. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk membandingkan perbedaan hasil kuat tekan kedua jenis semen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan rata-rata beton dengan Semen Tonasa mencapai 16,89 MPa pada umur 3 hari dan 18,68 MPa pada umur 7 hari, sedangkan beton dengan Semen Dynamix mencapai 16,23 MPa pada umur 3 hari dan 17,64 MPa pada umur 7 hari. Selisih kuat tekan antara keduanya relatif kecil, yaitu 0,66 MPa pada umur 3 hari dan 1,04 MPa pada umur 7 hari. Meskipun Semen Tonasa menghasilkan kuat tekan sedikit lebih tinggi, Semen Dynamix tetap layak digunakan sebagai alternatif karena harganya lebih terjangkau. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan semen dapat mempertimbangkan keseimbangan antara mutu teknis dan efisiensi biaya, khususnya pada pembangunan infrastruktur di wilayah Maluku.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangnya, negeri ini masih kurang perhatian dari pemerintah terkhusus Pemerintah Kota Ambon mengakibatkan fungsi-fungsi sarana transportasi pada daerah hulu  sampai ke bantaran sungai menjadi kawasan berkembang hunian masyarakat. Luapan air yang mengakibatkan naiknya permukaan sunagai, merupakan salah satu fenomena yang mengakibatkan putusnya jalur transportasi ke dusun Sawah yang menjadi salah satu pemukiman baru di negeri Tawiri merupakan salah satu faktor dan menuntut kami melakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik dan non fisik jalur transportasi pada daerah sekitar hulu sungai wai Lawa di negeri Tawiri menuju pusat kota Ambon atau ke negeri-negeri lain. Hal demikian yang melatar belakangi adanya kegiatan Survei Topografi Perencanan Jembatan Wai Lawa Negeri Tawiri Kota Ambon ini. Hasil keseluruhan tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan itu dapat dipakai untuk merumuskan kriteria dan konsep desain model jembatan yang tepat untuk dijadikan perencanaan jembatan dimaksud.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the comparison of compressive strength of concrete using Tonasa cement and Conch cement. Remembering that cement is the most important material in making concrete. So many people use Portland cement in making concrete. The aim of this research is to determine the compressive strength of concrete that is good for use in construction work. In this research, Tonasa cement and Conch cement were used to determine the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 3 days and 7 days in the Ambon State Polytechnic laboratory, civil engineering department. With 12 cylindrical test objects with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The method used in this research is an experimental method, to investigate the relationship between the compressive strength of compression testing machine concrete and the hammer test number test. the result showed that the  average compressive strength is : Tonasa cement was 41.52 Mpa for cylindrical concrete, 500.23  for cube concrete at 3 days old and 28.16 MPa for cylindrical concrete, 339.32  for cube concrete at 7 days and Conch cement of 38.92 Mpa for cylindrical concrete, 468.97  for cube concrete at 3 years of age. days, and 26.86 MPa for cylindrical concrete, 323.58  for cube concrete at the age of 7 days.

Abstract

This condition causes the asphalt mixture to be unable to be overlaid on the road work site because the temperature of the mixture is below the overlay and compaction temperature. According to the provisions of the asphalt mixture that has experienced a decrease in temperature can no loger be used. But the reality that happens a lot in the field is that sanding is still done and followed by the next stage, namely compaction. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the effect of heating on the concrete asphalt layer mixture, namely hot rolled sheet-Base (HRS-Base). The method used, the effect of AC-WC asphalt mixture temperature on the specific gravity of road work is . From yhe results of the marshall analysis, the value of marshall parameters that meet the requirements is in the range of asphalt content 4.50-5.80 so that the optimum asphalt content is obtained at the middle value of the limit range above is 5.12%. Comparison of asphalt temperature to field temperature and lab asphalt temperature. The asphalt temperature in the lab is 5.5% asphalt content and the asphalt temperature used in the lab is 160°C, 150°C, 140°C, 130°C, while the asphalt content used in the field is 5.0% asphalt content and the asphalt temperature used in the field is 125°C, 135°C, 140°C, 145°C. Further research needs to be carried out in the form of marshall soaking tests with the intention of measuring the durability of the binding/adhesion of asphalt mixtures to the influence of temperature.
