Abstract

Effectiveness and implementation in curriculum development is very dependent on the competence of teachers and the facilities available in schools. It is considered capable of articulating the topics contained in the curriculum. In addition, the success of curriculum development also depends on the management of each teacher. Each of the existing components must be appropriate and well realized. With the suitability and accuracy of each component in the curriculum, it is hoped that the goals and objectives of education will be achieved optimally. Curriculum management is very important, because without management education will not run well. A curriculum that is developed will be meaningless if it is not implemented, in the sense that it is actually used in schools. The success of curriculum management is primarily determined by the aspects of planning and implementing strategies. Curriculum implementation as an integral part of curriculum development requires concepts, principles and procedures as well as management approaches. This study emphasizes the policy of the school leadership at SD Negeri 173423 Lumban Naungkup in implementing curriculum management. The curriculum used at SD Negeri 173423 Lumban Naungkup for grades I to VI uses the 2013 curriculum. Curriculum planning at SD Negeri 173423 Lumban Naungkup uses lesson plans and syllabus as a reference for teachers to teach in class.Keywords: Implementation, Curriculum, Management;

Abstract

Pernikahan, pekerjaaan, Negara memiliki mandat yang sering dikatakan perjanjian dalam pelaksanaannya dimana dalam pernikahan Kristen ada perjanjian saat diberkati di Altar akan menerima pasangan dan diikat dalam nama Bapa,Putra dan Roh Kudus. Dalam pekerjaan juga terikat perjanjian kerja misalnya setiap PNS diikat dengan Sumpah PNS. Keempat mandat saling ketergantungan dan tidak dapat dilepaskan. Tak satu pun dari empat mandat berada di bawah kekuasaan yang lain, dan tidak ada mandat yang dapat eksis secara independen dari yang lain. Efektivitas dalam kepemimpinan tergambarkan dalam upayanya menyelaraskan setiap tujuan yang ada dalam organisasi. Setiap orang dapat dan harus membedakan antara tugas dan wewenangnya dalam empat kategori, tetapi ia masih tetap satu orang. Sebagai kepala sekolah dia harus membedakan apa yang bisa dilakukan dan tidak jika dia pimpinan yang memahami mandat. Seorang pimpinan harus menyadari mandatnya sebagai pimpinan dalam hal ini kepala sekolah yang merupakan pimpinan dalam pendidikan di sekolah.Orang tua harus melaksanakan mandatnya sebagai orang tua dan berperan dalam mendidik anaknya .Setiap pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan harus memahami tugasnya sebagai guru dan melaksanakannya karena pekerjaannya merupakan mandat dari TUHAN baginya. Jangan bekerja karena pengaruh pimpinan saja. Jika semua yang terlibat pada pendidikan melakukan tindakan sesuai mandat yang ada padanya maka pendidikan akan maju dan begitu juga sebaliknya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of the study was all junior high school teachers in Parlilitan District, totaling 104 people with a sample of 104 people. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 teachers outside the research sample, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study showed: 1). There is an effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance of 48.9%, with rx1y of 0.671 in a positive direction, in a strong interpretation. 2). There is a positive effect of interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors simultaneously on teacher performance of 56.6%, the multiple correlation coefficient of R = 0.752 is in a strong interpretation, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a positive effect between interpersonal communication and academic supervision of school supervisors on the performance of junior high school teachers in Parlilitan District partially and simultaneously because it has been tested empirically. The results of this study recommend to related elements that in order to improve teacher performance, interpersonal communication between school principals and academic supervision .
