Abstract

Based on research conducted at SMA Negeri 15 Bone, it shows that the mathematical reasoning abilities of students at this school are in the low category because the mathematics learning process is still dominated by teachers, which results in most students tending to accept whatever is said by the teacher, being silent and unwilling to express it. questions or opinions. This research is an experimental research with a Quasy Experimental Design research design in the form of Non-Equivalent Control Group Design which aims to find out the comparison between the GO CAR (Guided, Orientation, Challenge, Analysis, and Review) learning model and the GOLD (Guided, Organizing, Leafted) learning model. , Discovery) towards increasing students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The population of this study were all students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 15 Bone. Samples were taken using a Non Random Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling type. Samples were taken from two classes, namely XI MIPA 6 as experimental class 1 and class and the GOLD (Guided, Organizing, Leafted, Discovery) learning model for improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This can be seen from the data resulting from the hypothesis using the Mann-Whitney test, with a significance value of 0.419 > 0.05, so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that in this research there is no comparison between the GO CAR (Guided, Orientation, Challenge, Analysis, and Review) learning model and the GOLD (Guided, Organizing, Leafted, Discovery) learning model in improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities at SMA Negeri 15 Bone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Scramble dalam meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi matematika siswa. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Scramble.(3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana respons siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Scramble.(4) Untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan numerasi matematika siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Scramble. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X MA Nurul Akbar Pongka. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri dari satu kelas yaitu kelas X sebanyak 31 Siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Tes Hasil Belajar Siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil tes belajar siswa pada Siklus I yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 65,86% dengan nilai ketuntasan belajar klasikal 54,83%, dilanjutkan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 82,2% dengan nilai ketuntasan belajar klasikal 83,87%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Scramble dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Numerasi Matematika Siswa kelas X MA Nurul Akbar Pongka.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan kearifan lokal berupa miniatur rumah adat Bugis sebagai media pembelajaran matematika di Desa Tampo. Menginterpretasikan unsur budaya lokal dalam pendidikan memungkinkan anak-anak lebih memahami konsep-konsep matematika dengan cara yang lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Rumah adat Bugis memiliki struktur geometri yang unik dan kaya akan nilai-nilai budaya, yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk megajarkan konsep matematika dasar seperti geometri pada materi bidang datar dan bidang ruang. Selain itu, kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa terhadap matematika yang lebih interaktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, implementasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan pemahaman siswa serta kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya melestarikan budaya lokal. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan mendorong perpustakaan desa menjadi pusat pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Pada saat ini banyak siswa yang tidak bersemangat atau bahkan tidak suka belajar matematika. Maka, di pandang penting metode belajar yang dapat menarik antusias siswa supaya menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam belajar. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang tepat, salah satu hal yang perlu dilakukan yaitu mengajak siswa belajar sembari memberi permainan yang disesuaikan dengan mata pelajaran tersebut. Dalam proses pembelajaran, guru berperan penting untuk memfasilitasi pemahaman dan mengarahkan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tantangan matematika. Artikel ini memperkenalkan pembelajaran matematika berbasis permainan tradisional Maddanda sebagai pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa dalam konsep matematika dan mengintegrasikan budaya lokal dengan metode pendidikan yang menyenangkan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatnya minat belajar siswa serta pemahaman matematika dasar di sekolah SDN 65 Tampo

Abstract

Mathematics is often seen as a difficult subject by elementary school students, especially because it is abstract and less interesting. In this article, we will discuss the implementation innovative learning media in the from of a pop-up book entitled “Magic Paper to Become a Teacher” in class IV at SD 38 Janna-Jannaya. The is to improve students’ understanding of mathematical concepts. This activy was carried out in two stages: first, the pop-up book was  introduced, and second, it increased students’ direct internation with the visual and mechanical elements of the book. The results obtained show an increase in students’ understanding and interest, create a more interactive learning atmosphere, and show more satisfactory evaluation results compared to conventional methods. Even though there are several obstacles, such as limited time and the number of books available, the use on this media has proven to be effective in creating a fun and meaningfull learning experience. Thus, pop-up books have great innovative solution that can be widely applited increasing the effectiveness of mathematics learning for elementary school students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana GeoGebra efektif dalam mendukung pemahaman siswa SMP terhadap konsep bangun ruang. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan metode pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 5 Anggeraja, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui tes pemahaman konsep dan angket persepsi siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan GeoGebra secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap bangun ruang. Selain itu, siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap GeoGebra karena fitur visualisasinya yang interaktif dan kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan GeoGebra sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah penyampaian konsep-konsep abstrak secara konkret dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

English has become a very popular language today and has become an important need in the current era of globalization, including among elementary school students. However, students' interest in learning English is often very low and there is no motivation to learn English, including in rural areas. However, over time, English learning has spread to various remote areas or areas in elementary schools, including in rural areas. This community service article aims to increase interest in learning English in elementary school students, precisely at MIM Sawahan, Karakan Village, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency through the vocabulary guessing method. The method used to increase interest in learning English is by using the tutoring method, which is a way or form of educational and teaching activities in the form of material about basic English that is in accordance with students' abilities and things related to their surroundings. Therefore, with this method, it is hoped that students can be more active and encourage their motivation and interest in the process of learning English. This vocabulary guessing method is a method or way of learning used in the teaching and learning process for students at school as well as an approach to students so that they can be active and motivated to learn English. In addition, this vocabulary guessing method is a method applied to students because it is easy to understand. The results of this activity show that there is an increase and development and interest of students in learning English. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran Connecting, Extending, Review (CER) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment desain nonequivalent control group desaign dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA MA As’adiyah Mattirowalie Kabupaten Bone dan sampel terdiri dari kelas XI MIPA 1 dan kelas  XI MIPA 2 ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes soal kemampuan berpikir kritis, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktifitas siswa dan angket respons siswa. Tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dilakukan dengan tahap pre-test dan post-test, baik pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk hasil pre-test dan post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 40,68 dan 82,95. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata untuk hasil pre-test dan post-test kelas kontrol adalah 40,91 dan 72,50. Pengolahan data dianalisis menggunakan alat bantu SPSS dengan uji Mann-Whitney pada α (0,05) diperoleh nilai Asymp.sig (2-tailed) post-test < 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Connecting, Extending. Review (CER) efektif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil uji effect size sebesar 1,12 yang artinya termasuk dalam kategori besar, rata-rata hasil analisis keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 95,98% (Kategori Sangat Baik) dan rata-rata hasil analisis aktivitas siswa sebesar 96,02% (Kategori Sangat Baik), serta persentase respons siswa terhadap model pembelajaran CER diperoleh hasil sebesar 82,09% (Kategori Sangat Efektif). Berdasakan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Connecting, Extending. Review (CER) efektif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa kelas XI MIPA MA As’adiyah Mattirowalie Kabupaten Bone.
