Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi administrasi sebagai media penyimpanan surat pada bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Luwu, dan menghasilkan sistem informasi pengelolaan surat pada bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Luwu yang dapat mempermudah pengguna/agendaris untuk melakukan proses pengarsipan surat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development) dan metode penelitian menggunakan metode Waterfall. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Luwu. Proses pengarsipan pada bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Luwu masih dilakukan secara konvensional berupa buku catatan arsip atau buku agenda surat masuk dan surat keluar, serta hard copy atau lembaran-lembaran kertas surat yang mengalami penumpukan arsip sehingga menyulitkan dalam hal pencarian jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan. Adapun proses pengujian ahli untuk menguji kelayakan penggunaan aplikasi ada dua, yakni pengujian ahli dan pengujian sistem untuk sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan BlackBox Testing. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi E-Arsip Persuratan Pada bagian Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Luwu. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Aplikasi pengarsipan surat ini nantinya akan dioperasikan oleh agendaris dan harus memiliki Personal Computer (PC) dan memiliki akses jaringan internet untuk menjalankan aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian BlackBox yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi E-Arsip Persuratan layak digunakan dan berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Transformer architectures have dominated natural language processing (NLP) advancements in recent years, yet their growing computational demands and challenges in robustness motivate exploration of alternative models. This study qualitatively evaluates State-Space Models (SSMs) as a promising next-generation architecture for NLP tasks. By conducting a comprehensive literature analysis and comparative examination of current research, this paper investigates SSMs' theoretical foundations, robustness to input perturbations, efficiency in handling long sequences, and applicability to diverse linguistic contexts. The results show that SSMs offer compelling advantages over Transformers in memory efficiency and sequence modeling capacity, while demonstrating competitive or superior robustness in several NLP benchmarks, highlighting their potential as efficient, scalable, and robust alternatives for future NLP applications.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a home access security system with a combination of Arduino-based sensors and buzzer methods and to address the problem of home downtime. This research has 3 methods, namely observation, laboratory research, and library study. This study was created to develop a tool for detecting a car using a PIR sensor that can be controlled using a smartphone and notifications directly go to the Telegram application that can be monitored anywhere and anytime, so that when homeowners live for a long period of time they are not too worried while the tool we created uses sensors located on 4 sides of the house. In the design of this tool, the author hopes that it can be developed to be more sophisticated and have even more useful benefits.
