Abstract

Farmers in developed and some developing countries have good financial stability. The size of the cultivated area is the key to the level of welfare of farmers, the more land that is managed, the greater income that will be obtained. In the end, it can provide Economic stability for the farmers themselves. On the other hand, 41% of farmers in developing countries can be categorized as small farmers who do not have enough income. Smallholder farmers here can be categorized as farmers with a cultivated area of approximately 1 hectare of land. In fact, FAO as a high-ranking organization that concentrates on agriculture and plantations states "small farmers need other side jobs to make ends meet". The above facts show the need for intervention from various parties in helping small farmers, especially in dealing with these problems. One of the community empowerment programs carried out by PT Pertagas OSSA is to keep small farmers alive with agricultural and plantation fields and businesses through social safety nets by creating other business units. Some of the business units that are used as social safety nets are:  1) utilization of empty bunch waste into mushroom growing media and organic fertilizer, 2) empowerment of women in productive Economic fields, 3) encouraging the creation of Eco edu tourism, 4) utilization and management of resources to meet basic water needs, and 5) utilization and management of infrastructure resources such as fishing ponds, swimming pools, selfie locations as tourist destinations in the middle of the plantation.

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the impact of bullying behavior on students' academic performance at SDN 1 Cireungit. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and a literature review of five relevant journals. The findings reveal that bullying, both verbal and non-verbal, significantly negatively impacts students. Verbal bullying, such as mockery and insults, is the most prevalent form. Its effects include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, decreased learning motivation, and difficulty concentrating in class, which collectively contribute to declining academic performance and long-term mental and social development challenges. The school’s response includes forming a Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK) involving all teachers and providing individualized support to victims and perpetrators. However, the program’s effectiveness depends on consistent implementation and the active participation of teachers, students, and parents. This study highlights the importance of holistic bullying prevention strategies, such as creating inclusive learning environments, providing moral education to students, involving parents in recovery processes, and ensuring professional support for victims. The research significantly contributes to the development of collaborative strategies to foster a safe educational environment that supports students' holistic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the perceptions of physical education teachers and class teachers towards the role of physical education in improving the emotional well-being of elementary school students. The main focus of the discussion is how PJOK lessons not only have an impact on physical development, but also support students' emotional growth, self-confidence, discipline, and social interaction. The methods used in this paper are observation and descriptive qualitative interviews with three resource persons, namely two physical education teachers, one class teacher at SDN 5 Imbanagara Raya. Data was collected through direct question and answer sessions that explore their experiences and views in observing changes in student behavior through PJOK activities. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that PJOK has an important role as a medium for student expression, especially for those who tend to be quiet or lack confidence. Physical activities and team games help students in forming self-confidence, discipline, and cooperation skills. In addition, collaboration between class teachers and physical education teachers is also an important key in adjusting teaching approaches that are responsive to students' emotional conditions. Thus, physical education contributes significantly to creating a learning environment that supports students' mental and emotional health.
