Abstract

His study aims to analyze the impact of bullying behavior on students' academic performance at SDN 1 Cireungit. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and a literature review of five relevant journals. The findings reveal that bullying, both verbal and non-verbal, significantly negatively impacts students. Verbal bullying, such as mockery and insults, is the most prevalent form. Its effects include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, decreased learning motivation, and difficulty concentrating in class, which collectively contribute to declining academic performance and long-term mental and social development challenges. The school’s response includes forming a Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK) involving all teachers and providing individualized support to victims and perpetrators. However, the program’s effectiveness depends on consistent implementation and the active participation of teachers, students, and parents. This study highlights the importance of holistic bullying prevention strategies, such as creating inclusive learning environments, providing moral education to students, involving parents in recovery processes, and ensuring professional support for victims. The research significantly contributes to the development of collaborative strategies to foster a safe educational environment that supports students' holistic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning in strengthening students' character values in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile at the elementary school level in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is qualitative with a combination of in-depth interviews with PJOK teachers and class teachers, namely grade 2 and direct observation to the school. The results showed that PJOK lessons have a significant contribution in instilling character values such as cooperation, independence, responsibility, sportsmanship, and respect for others through various physical activities and games. PJOK teachers use persuasive approach strategies and initial assessments to recognize individual student characters so that this learning approach can be adjusted. This is done so that the learning process becomes more effective and relevant to the character needs of students. The main challenges faced in integrating character education are the influence of the environment and the lack of parental participation in shaping student character. Evaluation of student character is done through formative and summative assessments as well as direct observation in students' daily lives in class and during PJOK practice. Collaboration between class teachers and physical education teachers is considered important in harmonizing the character education approach. In general, PJOK learning is considered very effective in shaping student character, especially when supported by extracurricular activities and strengthening the role of families at home.

Abstract

Islam has significantly influenced the history and growth of civilization in Indonesia. The arrival of Islam in the archipelago was a key event in the nation's history. This is because Islam transformed not only religion but also politics, society, the economy, culture, and education. Islam came to Indonesia peacefully, slowly, and without coercion. This distinguishes it from the spread of other religions in other parts of the world. This qualitative research uses literature review methods to examine the history and how Islam arrived in Indonesia. Based on the researchers' findings, we can conclude that Islam entered Indonesia slowly, peacefully, and gradually. Traders, religious teachers, and local leaders spread the religion through social and cultural interactions.

Abstract

The global issue of sustainability in business and corporate social practices has grown in importance and relevance. Sustainability reports serve as a primary communication tool for companies to inform stakeholders such as investors, consumers, government entities, and the general public about their sustainability practices. However, trust in the believability of sustainability reports is often contested, and many stakeholders doubt the information disclosed in these reports. Thus, the value of assurance in sustainable reporting has been acknowledged in order to check credibility of the data. This research used content analysis technique to review the quality of assurance statement of the assurance providers on sustainability reports of mining sector companies listed at BEI, taking into consideration the types of assurors and various standards used The findings showed that non-accounting assurors offered the highest quality of assurance when compared to its accounting counterparts. Although ISAE 3000 is more dominant as an assurance standard, it still has many limitations compared to AA1000 and GRI, as it does not focus on stakeholder inclusivity, materiality, and responsiveness, which affects the quality of assurance statements.
