In this context, baby spa and infant massage training for cadres plays an important role in providing a strong foundation for children's growth and development. The knowledge and skills acquired by cadres in this regard can have a significant positive impact in ensuring optimal well-being and development for children in the community. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of baby spa and infant massage training for cadres in improving their knowledge of infant care and its impact on the well-being of the children they serve. By understanding the benefits and practical techniques associated with both activities, it is expected that cadres will be able to provide more holistic and outcome-oriented care. Abstract

Abstract: The socialization of the Three Mandatory Questions is being conducted to help address the persistently high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia, which is partly due to the low level of health literacy of pregnant women, resulting in low interaction between mothers and health workers during antenatal care visits. The socialization of these three mandatory questions aims to improve maternal health literacy, thereby reducing the risk of complications during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, and encouraging active interaction between mothers and health workers. The methods used include lectures and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). Evaluation used a questionnaire to measure changes in participants' knowledge and attitudes. Before the counseling, only 32% of participants were aware of the concept of the "Three Mandatory Questions." After the education, the majority of participants were able to name three questions related to their pregnancy, with 94% of participants stating they felt more confident asking health workers. The discussion and simulation successfully increased active participant participation, which they will implement during communications with health workers.

Abstract

The quality of infant rest can be defined as a specific physiological state occurring when the child is at rest. Infants who receive adequate rest without frequent waking tend to be healthier and less irritable the next day. The quality of infant rest can be assessed by the duration of rest and any discomfort experienced during or after rest. According to WHO data from 2012, approximately 33% of infants experience sleep problems. This study aimed to investigate the effect of baby massage and spa frequency on sleep quality in infants aged 3-6 months. Using a quantitative approach, the study sampled 40 mothers and their infants at the City Health Center. The results showed a correlation between baby spa frequency and sleep quality. The study recommends conducting baby spa training and suggests future research explore the combination of massage with other interventions like music or aromatherapy to enhance sleep quality. This research aims to provide insights into the benefits of baby spa and massage for infant sleep quality and to recommend these interventions as part of routine care programs in health facilities

Adolescents face a variety of sexual and reproductive health challenges, such as unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV infection. This condition can be prevented with access to adequate sexual and reproductive services (including counseling and preventive treatment), adolescents often lack access and lack education in this regard, so their reproductive health challenges are not handled properly and often lead to reproductive health problems. Based on the results of the SDKI survey in 2017, it shows that there are 55% of male adolescents and 1% of women smoke, 15% of male adolescents and 1% of adolescent girls use illegal drugs, 5% of male adolescents drink alcoholic beverages, and 8% of men and 1% of women who have had sexual intercourse during courtship. The method used in this service is to provide counseling on Reproductive Health. Counseling was given to 153 students of SMAK Santa Familia Waenakeng offline at the SMAK Santa Familia Waenakeng Hall. After being given counseling on Reproductive Health, there was an increase in knowledge from the participants who took part in this activity.
