is an obligation for all Muslims. One way to preach is through written works such as books or scriptures. One of them is the Book of Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh al-Zarnuji. Where we can understand knowledge about human nature in this book. Based on the background above, this research will answer the problem: What is the message of da'wah in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? What is the material contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with content analysis techniques which are widely used to study da'wah messages. This research analyzes the da'wah message in each paragraph in certain selected chapters using observation techniques. The results of this research show that from the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" there are many da'wah messages, namely those related to the aqidah message, sharia messages, and moral messages related to current life. Furthermore, the most dominant da'wah message in the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" is the aqidah message, followed by the moral message and finally the sharia message

This research explores the da'wah strategy implemented by theNgaji Ngopi Darby Taklim Council in Srono Hamlet, Banyuwangi,to increase understanding of religious knowledge in thecommunity. Founded in 2011 by KH. Abdul Basyhir, this assemblyaims to strengthen faith and religious knowledge through regularweekly recitations. Using a qualitative approach with descriptivemethods, this research collects data through observation,interviews and documentation. The research results show that thisassembly uses sentimental and rational preaching strategies, as wellas lecture and question and answer methods using Sufism material.This strategy is designed to change people's attitudes, increase thespirit of worship, and strengthen ties between Muslims. Thisresearch makes an important contribution to the development ofunderstanding of religion in society and highlights the role of the57taklim assembly as a non-formal educational institution that isadaptive and effective in conveying Islamic teachings.

This study aims to understand the role of interpersonal communication in establishing a cooperative relationship between Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) and tour agents in Banyuwangi. The main focus is to explore how effective personal interactions can strengthen cooperation, build trust, and overcome challenges in the transportation and tourism sectors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze effective communication between Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) and tour agents in Banyuwangi. Data were obtained through structured, semi-structured interviews, and observations, as well as triangulation of sources, time, and methods to ensure data validity. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The location of the study was in Banyuwangi with a duration from December 2024 to February 2025. The conclusion of this study shows that interpersonal communication has a very important role in creating a harmonious cooperative relationship between Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) and tour agents in Banyuwangi. Effective communication can increase trust between parties and strengthen the company's reputation. Open and respectful interactions have been shown to support the creation of productive relationships, which not only facilitate operations but also strengthen long-term mutually beneficial relationships in the transportation and tourism sectors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam menjalin hubungan kerja sama antara Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) dengan Agen-Agen tour wisata di Banyuwangi. Fokus utama adalah menggali bagaimana interaksi pribadi yang efektif dapat memperkuat kerja sama, membangun kepercayaan, serta mengatasi tantangan dalam sektor transportasi dan pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis komunikasi efektif antara Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) dan agen tour wisata di Banyuwangi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur, semi-terstruktur, dan observasi, serta triangulasi sumber, waktu, dan metode untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Banyuwangi dengan durasi dari Desember 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan hubungan kerja sama yang harmonis antara Darussalam Transport (Dasstro) dan Agen-Agen tour wisata di Banyuwangi. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan antar pihak dan memperkuat reputasi perusahaan. Interaksi yang terbuka dan saling menghargai terbukti mendukung terciptanya hubungan yang produktif, yang tidak hanya memperlancar operasional tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang di sektor transportasi dan pariwisata.

This study examines the communication patterns of students at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School in requesting permission to go home for health reasons. The main focus of this study is to understand the interaction between students, room administrators, security officers (Kamtib), and medical personnel at the As Syifa Clinic in the context of permission to go home and to identify the factors behind the use of health reasons. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the permit application process involves vertical, persuasive, and formal and non-formal communication patterns. Vertical communication patterns are seen in the hierarchical relationship between students, room administrators, security officers, and medical personnel. Persuasive communication patterns are used by students to convince related parties about their health conditions, while formal communication comes in the form of official procedures such as referral letters and parental permission. Non-formal communication occurs in conversations between students and room administrators. The main factor in students choosing health reasons is because it is easier to accept than other reasons, and is influenced by psychological factors such as longing for family and not being able to adapt. Therefore, this study recommends that Islamic boarding schools tighten their permit verification system to ensure that permits are only given to students who truly need care. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji pola komunikasi santri Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung dalam mengajukan izin pulang dengan alasan kesehatan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami interaksi antara santri, pengurus kamar, pihak keamanan pondok (Kamtib), dan tenaga medis di Klinik As Syifa dalam konteks izin pulang serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi penggunaan alasan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengajuan izin melibatkan pola komunikasi vertikal, persuasif, serta formal dan nonformal. Pola komunikasi vertikal terlihat dalam hubungan hierarkis antara santri, pengurus kamar, pihak keamanan, dan tenaga medis. Pola komunikasi persuasif digunakan santri untuk meyakinkan pihak terkait mengenai kondisi kesehatannya, sementara komunikasi formal hadir dalam bentuk prosedur resmi seperti surat rujukan dan izin orang tua. Adapun komunikasi nonformal terjadi dalam percakapan antara santri dan pengurus kamar. Faktor utama santri memilih alasan kesehatan adalah karena lebih mudah diterima dibandingkan alasan lain, serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis seperti rasa rindu terhadap keluarga dan belum mampunya beradaptasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pondok pesantren memperketat sistem verifikasi izin guna memastikan bahwa izin hanya diberikan kepada santri yang benar-benar membutuhkan perawatan.

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe the role of Islamic Religious Counselors in realizing a sakinah family in Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency. In this research, the type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of the research conducted through observation, interviews and documentation show that 1. Islamic Religious Counselor in Gambiran District has performed its role in carrying out guidance and counseling. As well as the task of the Islamic Religious Counselor, namely as a Da'i / da'wah mentor to convey messages of religious knowledge. Islamic Religious Counselors carry out debriefing efforts in the form of guidance and counseling to prospective brides who will carry out marriages and also to family members who are married with the guidance and counseling of the Gambiran District community for a better and harmonious family. 2. Islamic Religious Counselor at KUA Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency in conducting counseling using methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the method of friendship. Keywords : Islamic religious instructor, sakinah family Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam Mewujudkan keluarga sakinah di Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan melalui obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa 1.Penyuluh Agama Islam Kecamatan Gambiran telah melakukan perannya dalam melaksanakan bimbingan dan penyuluhan. Sebagaimana juga tugas Penyuluh Agama Islam yaitu sebagai seorang Da’i/mentor dakwah untuk menyampaikan pesan ilmu Agama. Penyuluh Agama Islam melakukan upaya pembekalan berupa bimbingan dan penyuluhan kepada calon pengantin yang akan melaksanakan pernikahan dan juga kepada anggota keluarga yang sudah menikah dengan adanya bimbingan dan penyuluhan masyarakat Kecamatan Gambiran menjadi lebih baik dan harmonis keluarganya. 2.Penyuluh Agama Islam di KUA Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam melakukan penyuluhan dengan menggunakan metode seperti ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan metode silaturahmi.

The objectives set in this study are: (1) To find out how the principal's strategy in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year; (2) to find out how the efforts made by school principals in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung TegalsariBanyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year; (3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2018/2019 academic year; This study uses descriptive qualitative, data analysis using SWOT analysis and data validity techniques using triangulation. The results of his research are that The principal's strategy in realizing religious culture in SMK Darussalam Blokagung includes: (1) Educators and education personnel prioritize pesantren graduates. (2) assisting in the reading of the names of students by educators and education staff. (3) diniyah activities for students who are not at the boarding school and are held once every 3 days with a duration of 60 minutes. Promotion is something that must be done by an institution, promotional activities are usually carried out to introduce and inform the advantages of the institution so as to form a good image to the public, one of the promotions that is relatively used is print media in the form of brochures. Brochures contain quite a lot of messages so that readers can understand the intent to be conveyed by the promoter. Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School is one of the institutions that annually publishes brochures in the form of books and are published with different designs. Brochures play a major role as dissemination of information for guardians of students who will enroll their children in Islamic boarding schools which contain several Islamic boarding schools and school units. Messages and information on brochures will be easier to understand if they are visually appealing. The problem that will be studied in this research is to analyze the application of the graphic design aspects contained in the brochure published by Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung in 2022. The aim is to find out to what extent the brochure fulfills the graphic design aspects. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method approach, namely by describing each subject to be studied and adjusted to a predetermined theoretical framework. After collecting data through observational research instruments, interviews and documentation, the results of the study show that PP. Darussalam Blokagung does not meet the graphic design aspects, according to Willam Lidwell et al in his book entitled Universal Principles of Design. Meanwhile, according to Ellen Lupton in her book entitled Thinking With Type, brochures have fulfilled the aspects of graphic design, because they have fulfilled the aspects of legibility, balance, unity and effective color, according to what Ellen Lupton explained.
