<![CDATA[Mass media is one form of technological progress in the field of information and communication. The influence of mass media varies from each individual It also happens to students at boarding school Darussalam. The mass media is able to bring the students into new cultural patterns and begin to determine the mindset and behavior of santri. Therefore the role of mass media in positive influence is needed. This study focuses on whether the propagation content of the bulletin phenomenon affects the cognition of santri who read it. This research uses qualitative research methods. The population of this study is all the bulletin readers Phenomenon consisting of santri boarding school Darussalam. The data has been collected, tested its validity using triangulation technique method, source, and situation, then the data is analyzed. From the process of data analysis, it was found that the article Rubric contained propaganda in the bulletin Phenomenon affects the cognition of students who read it. Thus it can be concluded that the bulletin Phenomenon as one of the media information in Darussalam boarding school, affecting the cognition of the reader]]>

<![CDATA[This research is directed to two main things namely, (1) Factors Cause Early Marriage. (2) The Impact of Early Marriage. Methods of data collection: Interview, Participant Observation and Documentation with a qualitative approach. Data analysis using interactive model, which consists of three components, namely: data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (Data Display) withdrawal and testing (Drawing and Verifying Conclusion). The conclusion of research in Barurejo Village found that there are several factors of early marriage which include education factor, economic factor, and free association factor. Researchers also found some impacts that occur due to early marriage that includes positive impacts that comprise the economic and religious aspects. While the negative impact is seen in terms of mental, educational and health aspects.]]>

<![CDATA[Public relation is an overall effort done in a planned and sustainable in order to create and maintain goodwill (goodwill) and mutual understanding between an organization with all its audience. The problem studied in this research is Marketing that uses public relations at PT. Radio Suara Mandala 96.4 Fm Banyuwangi. Using qualitative research methods. In collecting data using interview method, participant observation, and documentation, then the data collected in if and analyzed by using interactive model Miles and Huberman. To test the validity of data is Triangulation Method, Trianggulasi Sumber, Triangulasi Theory. From the results of this study in the know that in PT. <![CDATA[The objectives of this research are (1) to examine the implementation of the recruitment system for educators and education personnel, (2) to examine the quality of education that has been achieved by the Education and Social Foundation of the Al-Fadl Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School (3) to determine the effect of the recruitment system for educators and education personnel on education quality of the Education and Social Foundation of the Al-Fadl Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School (4) to determine how much influence the recruitment system for educators and education personnel has on the quality of education. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all educators and educational staff at the Al-Fadl Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi Education and Social Foundation, with a sample of 35 employees. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires and documentation. To measure the research variables used the product moment correlation formula. After analyzing the data, it is known that the results of r count = 0.697 if one consults the 5% significance level price for the number of respondents (N) 35-2 = 33 indicates 0.344. So it can be said that rcount is greater than rtable or 0.697> 0.344. The magnitude of the influence of the teacher recruitment system on the quality of education at the Al-Fadl Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi Education and Social Foundation is based on the calculation of the determinant coefficient of 49%. This means that the teacher recruitment system and education variables contribute to an increase in the education quality variable by 49% which is between 41% -60%, which is in the Enough category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses how the effectiveness of using YouTube as a medium of da'wah for Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung also discusses how da'wah content is in great demand by the audience and what obstacles are experienced during the process of preaching using YouTube media. The results of this study indicate that the use of YouTube as a Da'wah medium for PondokPesantren Darussalam Blokagung is considered effective because mad'u is able to receive da'wah material delivered through YouTube media, mad'u also causes changes in attitudes and actions after watching da'wah content on the channel. YouTube Darussalam Blokagung. In addition to the effectiveness felt by mad'u, da'wah content which is considered effective according to mad'u is da'wah in the form of live streaming recitations or light lectures. The obstacles in doing da'wah through YouTube are the lack of stable internet network connection, the lack of consistency of the editorial team in uploading content and the long distance between the editorial office and the domicile of the editorial team.]]>

<![CDATA[Program Jum’at Berkah adalah program sosial radio Bintang Tenggara yang berupa berbagi nasi bungkus untuk kaum duafa. Sehubungan dengan program tersebut, radio Bintang Tenggara mempunyai sasaran untuk di terpa program Jum’at Berkah. Dalam proses program Jum’at Berkah terjadi proses komunikasi di mana audien dipengaruhi dan melakukan tindakan yang diinginkan komunikator, hingga program tersebut menerpa sasaran. Hal tersebut dapat diukur denganp sikologi pesan. Masalah yang diteliti dalam di sini adalah apakah psikologi pesan pada program Jum’at Berkah menerpa sasaran program program Jum’at Berkah. Dalam menjawab persoalan tersebut digunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Dan dianalisa dengan analisis domain. Dengan demikian, dapat di ambil kesimpulanba hwasanya Psikologi pesan program Jum’at Berkah di Radio Bintang Tenggara menerpa sasaran program Jum’at Berkah.]]>

<![CDATA[Pasca Nabi Muhammad SAW wafat status sebagai Rasulullah tidak dapat diganti oleh siapapun, akan tetapi kedudukan Rasulullah SAW. Sebagai pemimpin kaum muslimin harus tergantikan. Peradaban Islam Periode Al-Khulafa’ Al-Rasyidin. Nabi Muhammad SAW wafat pada tanggal 12 Rabiulawal tahun 11 H atau tanggal 8 Juni 632 M. Sesaat setelah beliau wafat, situasi di kalangan umat Islam sempat kacau. Hal ini disebabkan Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak menunjuk calon penggantinya secara pasti. Dua kelompok yang merasa paling berhak untuk dicalonkan sebagai pengganti Nabi Muhammad SAW adalah kaum Muhajirin dan Anshar. Terdapat perbedaan pendapat antara kaum Muhajirin dan Anshar karena kaum Muhajirin mengusulkan Abu Bakar as Shiddiq, sedangkan kaum Anshar mengusulkan Sa’ad bin Ubadah sebagai pengganti nabi Muhammad SAW. Perbedaan pendapat antara dua kelompok tersebut akhirnya dapat diselesaikan secara damai setelah Umar bin Khatab mengemukakan pendapatnya. Selanjutnya, Umar menegaskan bahwa yang paling berhak memegang pimpinan sepeninggal Rasulullah adalah orang-orang Quraisy. Alasan tersebut dapat diterima oleh kedua belah pihak.]]>

<![CDATA[Darussalam Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools located in Banyuwangi, East Java. It was founded in 1951 with the Salaf learning method which is still maintained until now Darussalam Pondok continues to develop with the times. Apart from religious learning taught to students, Islamic boarding schools also focus on developing Islamic da'wah in society. Therefore, the students are given a platform for self-development in the form of a da'wah extracurricular called KODASA Santri Da'wah Corps (KODASA) and digital literacy called Multimedia Darussalam (MMD). It is through this second institution that the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School actualizes conventional preaching and digital Da'wah activities. It is against this background that researchers focus their research on da'wah activities carried out by Islamic Boarding Schools to optimize Islamic preaching students in the digital era by looking at the da'wah strategies that have been used in optimizing da'wah activities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher tries to understand the meaning of the events that occurred based on the information of the people who experienced them. The results of this research show that the Kodasa and MMD Institutions make students at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School have da'wah skills, both conventional and digital, and the media owned by the Islamic boarding school can be used as a means of da'wah for Darussalam Blokagung students.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizing is also one way to train students to develop soft skills and apply their knowledge and in organizational activities students will be accustomed to communicating with others, building cooperation and learning to lead. In the organization in which there are people who have the task of each individual and interconnected with each other as a system that requires good communication to support organizational performance can be achieved. Every member who is in an organization that has a vision, mission or a goal that will be achieved together will run smoothly if communication in the organization goes well. Good communication is that the communicant is able to understand the message to be conveyed by the communicator. Communication has an important role in human life. This role can be seen from the daily activities carried out by each individual. Communication becomes an important condition in establishing relationships with other people. This is because the interaction between individuals can not be separated from the communication itself. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. Derived from the condition of students at the University of KH. Mukhtar intercession that follows the organization. Statement from students who follow the organization shows that there is a positive impact in terms of organizational communication, felt after active organization, the researcher is interested in conducting research related to the influence of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. Organizational communication is the sending and receiving of information in a complex organization. Teamwork is a positive synergy through coordinated efforts. The research method used is quantitative research method. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Sample of 40 respondents. When the study was conducted in May 2024, the research Data were obtained from questionnaires calculated using the help of IBM SPSS 22 for Windows. The results showed that organizational communication has an effect on teamwork with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning the influence of Organizational Communication on student organization Teamwork. The value of the coefficient of determination test showed that the value of R square as much as 49.1% of the influence of Organizational Communication variables on student organization Teamwork 50.9% influenced by other factors that were not studied. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the influence of organizational communication on organizational teamwork of the University of KH. Mukhtar Syafaat.]]>
