Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the implementation of the Office Administration Internship Program in the PAP course. Additionally, this research aims to gather information about the obstacles and challenges faced when carrying out the internship, from planning to implementation. It is expected that comprehensive information will be gathered from various related parties, so that the results obtained can be used to design concurrent improvements and receive feedback to improve the quality of the placement organization in the future. The population of this study consists exclusively of sixth-semester students who have completed their internships, 35 partner agencies with staff related to the implementation of the internship, such as agency managers, internship supervisors, on-site lecturers as supervisors, and various policies related to the implementation of internships. Data collection was carried out using open and closed questionnaires, interviews, documentation, observation, and focus group discussions. The data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis, comparative correlation analysis for bivariate analysis, and identification of inhibiting or supporting factors. Through this research, extensive feedback is expected to be gathered so that improvement efforts can be carried out simultaneously in accordance with each role and authority, while building higher quality synergistic collaborations.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to describe the form of land rescue resolution using normative juridical analysis techniques. Settlements and land-related cases are usually settled through the official legal system and the applicable courts. There are some studies on the settlement of land disputes in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely explaining the phenomenon or relationship of a problem in text form. The data source for this research is obtained through primary and secondary data. Primary data from this research uses legal materials consisting of: 1) the 1945 Constitution; 2) the Civil Code; and 3) Law No. 30 of 1999 regarding arbitration and settlement. The results of this research show that the form of land dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation is very appropriate to use, considering that the costs are not expensive and do not cause losses to the parties in the dispute. Mediation is a dispute settlement process involving third parties as intermediaries to help the parties reach an agreement. Mediation has been used in the settlement of land disputes in various areas of Indonesia, such as Kelurahan Mauliru District of East Sumba and Yogyakarta City. Mediation and arbitration are also methods of dispute resolution involving neutral third parties. The application of mediation and arbitration in the settlement of land disputes is expected to bring about justice and legal certainty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables in influencing the development of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2016-2020. This type of research is quantitative based on what is obtained, namely time series data related to macroeconomic variables originating from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia. The data used is secondary data which consists of several variables such as inflation, exchange rate, BI rate, gold, and oil. Multiple Linear Regression data analysis method. The results show that partially the inflation variable does not affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. The exchange rate does not affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. BI Rate does not affect the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Gold affects the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Furthermore, oil affects the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.

Abstract

 The Effect of Digital Literacy and Self Efficacy on the Job Readiness of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Students. Objectives: This study aims to (1) determine the influence of digital literacy on the job readiness of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students, class of 2021, (2) assess the impact of self-efficacy on the readiness to become teachers among FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students, class of 2020, and (3) evaluate the combined effect of digital literacy and self-efficacy on the job readiness of FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students, class of 2021. Methods: This quantitative study involved a saturated sampling technique, including all 84 students from the Office Administration Education Study Program, class of 2021. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression with IBM SPSS software version 25. Findings: The results indicate that (1) digital literacy significantly influences job readiness, as evidenced by a t-value of 2.526, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.996, (2) self-efficacy also significantly impacts job readiness, with a t-value of 11.892, surpassing the t-table value of 1.996, and (3) digital literacy and self-efficacy jointly have a significant effect on job readiness, as demonstrated by an F-value of 148.801, exceeding the F-table value of 3.12.Conclusion: The study concludes that both digital literacy and self-efficacy positively and significantly contribute to the job readiness of students. Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the Enterprise School Readiness Prediction System (ESRPS) to predict children's readiness for elementary school using machine learning algorithms.  This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using Borg and Gall’s model and Instruments include questionnaires, programming tools, performance evaluation metrics, and web/database development tools to ensure the system's validity, reliability, and practical applicability.The research analyzes data from 300 students in various Indonesian cities, focusing on attributes like age, gender, and parental education. The system implements four algorithms: Decision Tree, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and SVM. Data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning were conducted, followed by evaluation using metrics like accuracy and precision. A web-based application was developed for user interaction and deployment. The result showed that the Decision Tree and Naive Bayes algorithms achieved the highest accuracy at 55%, followed by SVM at 50%, and Random Forest at 45%. This suggests that simpler models may be more suitable for the dataset's characteristics. The system also demonstrated the feasibility of practical deployment for educational use. The study concludes that ESRPS effectively uses machine learning to assess school readiness, highlighting the value of data preprocessing and model tuning in enhancing accuracy. Despite moderate accuracy levels, the study confirms the system's potential for aiding educators and parents in supporting children's transition to school.

Abstract

Manufacturing industries sector is one of the sectors with the largest contribution to the economy of West Java Province. However, this condition is inversely proportional to the absorption of labor in the manufacturing industries sector which tends to be low. This study aims to the analyze influence of the district/city minimum wage, amount of unit industry, and output on the demand for labor in the manufacturing industries sector in West Java Province. The data used in this study is a combination of cross section data consist of 27 district/cities in West Java Province and 2017-2019 on time series data. The analytical method used in this study to estimate the panel data is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results show that variables of the district/city minimum wage, amount of unit industry, and output simultaneously affect on the demand for labor in the manufacturing sector in West Java Province. Partially, the district/city minimum wage and variable amount of unit industry have no influence on the demand for labor in the manufacturing industries sector in West Java Province, while the variable output has a positive and significant influence on the demand for labor in the manufacturing industries sector in West Java Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X OTKP di SMKN 1 Wonogiri; 2) pengaruh metode pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X OTKP di SMKN 1 Wonogiri; dan 3) pengaruh disiplin belajar dan metode pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X OTKP di SMKN 1 Wonogiri. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa X OTKP yang berjumlah 72 siswa. Kuesioner dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Analisis regresi linier berganda dengan prosedur prasyarat digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (thitung 2,652 > ttabel 1,667); 2) Terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar (thitung 2,003 > ttabel 1,667); dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar dan metode pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar (thitung 8,416 > ttabel 3,13).Kata Kunci: covid-19; prestasi belajar; disiplin belajar; kuantitatifAbstract: The purpose of this research was to determine: 1) the effect of discipline on the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri; 2) the effect of online learning methods on the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri; and 3) the influence of learning discipline and online learning methods toward the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. This research used a sampling technique called saturated sampling. The population of this research is all students of X OTKP, consisting of 72 students. Questionnaires and document analysis were used to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition procedures is used to analyze the data. The results showed that: 1) There is an effect of learning discipline toward learning achievement (tstatistic 2.652 > ttable 1.667); 2) There is an effect of online learning methods toward learning achievement (tstatistic 2.003 > ttable 1.667); and 3) There is an effect of disciplined learning and online learning methods toward learning achievement (tstatistic 8.416 > ttable 3.13). Keywords: covid-19; learning achievement; learning discipline; quantitative

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis serta mengevaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di kelurahan Pucangsawit, kecamatan Jebres, kota Surakarta, (2) mengetahui kendala dalam Penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di kelurahan Pucangsawit, kecamatan Jebres, kota Surakarta serta  upaya pengembangan sistem yang telah ada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data library research. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kepustakaan, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan penyajian data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta tahap akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) di Kelurahan Pucangsawit Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta telah  memenuhi dua aspek dalam teori Technology Acceptance Model, yakni persepsi kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) serta persepsi kemudahan pengguna (perceived ease of use). Sementara itu, fasilitasi pelatihan serta sosialisasi dinilai penting sebagai kunci dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kompetensi pegawai atau petugas dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) serta upaya pelaksanaan koordinasi lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan sistem yang telah ada.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Peran Guru dalam Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar (2) Hambatan Guru dalam Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar (3) Solusi Guru dalam Mengatasi Hambatan Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di SMKN 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari Guru OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, Siswa OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, Ketua Program Keahlian OTKP SMKN 1 Surakarta, dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa yaitu: a) Membimbing dan melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa, b) Memberikan hadiah, c) Memberikan pujian. (2) Kendala guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa adalah: a) Keterbatasan kuota dan jangkauan internet, b) Kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru, c) Siswa yang kurang responsif. (3) Solusi guru dalam mengatasi kendala adalah: a) Sharing session antar guru, b) Memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa melalui pendekatan yang humanis, c) Membuat pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif.Kata Kunci: guru sebagai motivator; kuantitatif; studi kasusAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) The Role of Teachers in Motivating The Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (2) Teacher Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (3) Teacher Solutions to overcome Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The data sources of this study consist of OTKP Teachers of SMKN 1 Surakarta, OTKP Students of SMKN 1 Surakarta, Head of the OTKP Expertise Program of SMKN 1 Surakarta, and documents related to the role of teachers in motivating student learning. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The validity tests used are engineering triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that (1) The role of the teacher in motivating student learning is: a) Guiding and approaching students, b) Giving gifts, c) Giving praise. (2) Teacher constraints in motivating student learning are: a) Limited quotas and internet coverage, b) a lack of variation in the learning methods used by teachers, c) Students who are less responsive. (3) Teacher solutions to overcome obstacles are: a) Sharing sessions between teachers, b) Providing guidance to students through a humanist approach, c) Making learning creative and innovative.Keywords: case studie; quantitative; teachers as motivators

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh metode pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar; (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap hasil belajar (3) pengaruh metode pembelajaran online dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX OTKP di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 107. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX OTKP di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 84 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan metode pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar sebesar (thitung 2,981 > ttabel 1,990) dengan signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar, sebesar (thitung 3,311 > ttabel 1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan hasil belajar siswa terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, sebesar (thitung 3,311 > ttabel 1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05); (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sebesar (thitung 3,311 001<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara metode pembelajaran online dan motivasi belajar siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar (Fhitung 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci : hasil belajar; kuantitatif; metode pembelajaran onlineAbstract: This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. This research applied quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study is all students of OTKP class IX at SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, especially for the 2021/2022 school year, which amounts to 107. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample count of 84 students. The data collection method is a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of online learning methods on the learning outcomes amounting to (tcount 2,981> table 1,990) with significance (0.004 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student learning motivation on the learning outcomes, amounting to (tcount 3, 311> table 1,990) with significance values (0.001<0.05); (3) there can be a positive and significant influence between online learning methods and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes (Fcount 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).Keywords: learning outcomes; online learning method; quantitative
