Abstract

Currently, the benefits of using information technology have an impact on the human environment, one of which is the management of badminton sports halls. Badminton sports hall management is needed by badminton sports hall managers to make it easier to manage finances and make it easier to order badminton sports halls. Badminton sports hall management is still done manually, such as financial management which requires detailing income and expenditure data, resulting in less efficiency in badminton sports hall management. Apart from that, the public does not know about the existence of badminton sports halls due to lack of information. In the schedule ordering process, sports hall users must come directly to the venue, but sports hall users may not necessarily get the desired schedule availability, resulting in less time effectiveness and cost savings. This research aims to build a web management system for badminton sports halls to make it easier for badminton sports users in the scheduling process and make it easier for sports hall owners to manage their finances. The Web Engineering method was used in developing this application with the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction and deployment, with system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the research are a web-based badminton sports hall management system, which can help badminton sports hall managers in building management and ordering schedules which can be done online.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association is a Muhammadiyah student organization which has the aim of da'wah and prepares a generation of students and teenagers who are ready to preach in the way of Islam in accordance with Muhammadiyah's goals. After conducting observations and interviews with the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association organization, there were problems with data management which was still classified as manual because it used Microsoft Excel so there was no information system for managing cadre data and there was no geospatial system to see the development of the distribution of the Garut Regency IPM da'wah map. Apart from that, there is no disclosure of information on the IPM da'wah map to cadres, so it is difficult for cadres to know the distribution of the da'wah map. The aim of this study is to develop a geographic information system that can be accessed via a web platform, designed for Muhammadiyah Student Association cadres in Garut Regency. The development of this information system follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition, as well as system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and classes diagram. The final result of this study is the existence of a Geographic Information System which is equipped with a map function to access data from various coordinate points. Each coordinate allows the display of information that includes cadre name, coordinates, address and other elements. This system also has the ability to filter data according to the Muhammadiyah Student Association cadre mapping area in Garut Regency, by displaying accurate location information. This aims to support the Regional Leadership of the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association in analyzing and managing the distribution of cadres based on their zones.

Abstract

The eye is one of the senses that has great importance, because it functions in connection with the surrounding environment. If there are eye problems that are ignored, it will be an early sign of a potentially dangerous eye disorder. As the quality of life decreases and the level of stress received, complaints related to eye disease also increase. Human knowledge and skills are not eternal, they can be lost due to various reasons such as death, retirement, or job changes. When making conclusions, experts may be influenced by certain factors that have the potential to influence the final outcome of that conclusion. So that society can prevent and treat eye diseases, an expert system application is needed to assist eye polyclinic officers and the public in diagnosing eye diseases using the Bayes Theorem inference method. Bayes' theorem is a mathematical equation used to estimate the possibility of future events or their probabilities. This probability refers to the chance of an outcome occurring based on previous information. Its function is to update existing predictions or hypotheses. The results of this research are conclusions about the type of eye disease suffered based on the symptoms chosen by the patient and have been calculated using Bayes calculations. Based on testing 50 patient sample data, the percentage of conformity between the system and experts was 86% of the test data.

Abstract

Listrik adalah kebutuhan esensial yang sangat penting bagi semua orang serta memiliki peran krusial dalam berbagai aktivitas dan pembangunan ekonomi. Konsumsi energi listrik per kapita di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, mencapai 1.109 kWh pada kuartal III tahun 2021, oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem monitoring penggunaan energi listrik yang efektif. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memonitor jumlah penggunaan listrik yang diukur oleh kWh meter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk memantau konsumsi energi listrik, yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan energi, dan membantu mengurangi biaya listrik. Berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, sistem monitoring yang ada seringkali tidak menyediakan informasi secara real-time, kurang dalam hal antarmuka pengguna yang mudah diakses, dan tidak terintegrasi dengan baik dengan perangkat mobile. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Extreme Programming (XP) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian memberikan solusi atas masalah monitoring listrik di perusahaan, memungkinkan monitoring penggunaan listrik secara online dengan fitur-fitur yang lebih responsif, terintegrasi, dan real-time.

Abstract

Cucumber is a horticultural crop that plays an important role in Indonesia but often suffers from diseases that hinder harvest yields. There is a lack of information regarding cucumber diseases, their symptoms, care methods, and appropriate actions for treatment. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system for diagnosing cucumber diseases using the Forward Chaining method. The system is designed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, which includes four phases: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. Application testing was conducted using Blackbox Testing across seven test stages, all of which yielded results as expected. Meanwhile, Beta Testing with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 30 users resulted in a satisfaction rate of 83.8%, and testing by 2 administrators produced a score of 90.00%. Based on the Likert scale assessment, these results fall into the "strongly agree" category.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has led to the emergence of various types of technology that can be found around us. One of the technological advancements that can be experienced is the presence of entertainment media in the form of online games. Online games are a type of game connected through the internet and can be played on devices such as computers (PCs), laptops, smartphones, and other platforms.Online games have had a significant impact on Indonesian society, especially among teenagers. The number of online game players in Indonesia has reached 64.5%, making it one of the countries with the highest number of players worldwide. Games such as Mobile Legends, Arena of Valor, Clash of Clans, and Player Unknown’s Battleground dominate recreational activities across different social groups, regardless of culture, age, or gender.Besides providing an engaging gaming experience, online games also offer positive impacts, such as training discipline, communication, and teamwork through their collaborative features. However, increasing interest in online games can lead to addiction problems, particularly among teenagers. This phenomenon may result in changes in social behavior and psychological well-being.This study proposes a solution by designing and developing an Expert System application for diagnosing online game addiction. The method used in this research is forward chaining. The methodology applied in this study follows ESDLC, as it serves as a fundamental concept for the design and development of expert systems.

Abstract

Hydrocephalus disease is a rare condition that generally occurs in children under 5 years old, although adults can also be affected. It is important to develop an expert system that can help diagnose, prevent and provide treatment solutions for this disease. This research uses the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) methodology and forward chaining inference method, and conducts testing with Blackbox Testing. The result is an expert system that can diagnose early symptoms of hydrocephalus, offer prevention recommendations, and treatment solutions, thus helping patients detect this condition early and reducing costs and consultation time.
