Growth of nanocrystalline α-SiC film on Si(100) substrates was carried out using a home-made hot-mesh chemical vapor deposition (hot-mesh CVD) apparatus. Monomethylsilane (MMS) was used as single source gas while hydrogen (H2) as carrier gas. The growth parameter in this experiment are as follow: H2 flow rate 112 sccm, gas feed ratio (H2/MMS) 172 â 345, total gas pressure during growth 120 â 750 Pa, substrate temperature 500 °C, W-mesh wire temperature 1800 °C and distance between substrate and W-mesh wire 30 mm. The structural properties of the films were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD). For the composition element of the film was investigated using energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The surface morphology of the silicon and SiO2/Si wafer was shown similar form i.e. smooth surface without any form of the particle and any defect. Based on the XRD result shows the peak of α-SiC(100) was observed around 2θ = 33°. Furthermore, according to the EDX characterize, the mass percentage of the carbon and silicon element of the films grown on Si(100) and SiO2/Si(100) are 1,65 and 78.54 for films on carbon and 1.85 and 89.56 for silicon, respectively. We can assume the composition value of the Si is not only from the films is formed but also from the Si substrate.

The purpose of this study was to analysis of angklung sound intensity. The research method is using angklung musician 2 octaves. Each consists of two tube tone that sounded from the tone of G to G , length and diameter of the tube every tone becomes independent variable, while intensity of the sound produced becomes dependent variable. Sound intensity is measured using a Sound Level Meter is placed with a constant distance. The result showed that G tone was a low tone which had a frequency of 49.5 Hz, first tube had 21.6 cm length and 4.1 cm diameter, second tube had 10.1 cm length and 3.4 cm diameter produced the sound intensity of 90.7 dB. Gâ tone was a high tone which had a frequency of 99 Hz, first tube had 10 cm length and 3 cm diameter, second tube had 5.5 cm length and 2.1 cm diameter produced the sound intensity of 99.1 dB. It can be concluded that the higher the frequency, the greater the intensity of the sound produced. Waste newspaper by most people still considered as waste that has not been used optimally, and it is the one of processed materials from wood which has lignocellulose. The material has the potential to produce particle board to test the value of thermal conductivity, which it is expected to be used as heat insulator. The process of producing particle board is by mixing 450 grams pureed newspaper with 260 grams PVAC, then print it with size (12x7)cm2 with the thickness of 0.5cm; 1 cm; 1.5 cm; 2 cm; 2.5 cm; 3 cm. The process to make particle board drying is for 5 days and the test of thermal conductivity using a 100 watt heat source, and an infrared thermometer. The result obtained from the value of thermal conductivity from newspaper particle board is when more higher value of particle board thickness then more higher the thermal conductivity value. From these result it can be concluded that the particle board which can be used as heat insulation material is the one that has a thermal conductivity value of 0.066 W/ mï°C; 0.125 W/ mï°C; 0.0167 W/ mï°C with thickness range of 1 cm to 2 cm.©2017 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. Heteroepitaxial growth of silicon carbide (SiC) on graphene/SiO2/Si substrates was carried out using a home-made hot-mesh chemical vapor deposition (HM-CVD) apparatus. Monomethylsilane (MMS) was used as single source gas while hydrogen (H2) as carrier gas. The substrate temperature, tungsten mesh temperature, H2 flow rate and distance between mesh and substrate were fixed at 750 °C, 1700 °C, 100 sccm and 30 mm, respectively. The growth pressures were set to 1.2, 1.8 and 2.4 Torr. The growth of 3C-SiC (111) on graphene/SiO2/Si were confirmed by the observation of θ-2θ diffraction peak at 35.68°. The diffraction peak of thin film on graphene/SiO2/Si substrate at pressure growth is 1.8 Torr is relatively more intense and sharper than thin film grown at pressure growth 1.2 and 2.4 Torr, thus indicates that the quality of grown film at 1.8 Torr is better. The sharp and strong peak at 33° was observed on the all film grown, that peak was attributed Si(200) nanocrystal. The reason why Si (200) nanocrystal layer is formed is not understood. In principle, it canât be denied that the low quality of the grown thin film is influenced by the capability of our home-made apparatus. However, we believe that the quality can be further increased by the improvement of apparatus design. As a conclusion, the growth pressures around 1.8 Torr seems to be the best pressures for the growth of heteroepitaxial 3C-SiC thin film.

The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the studentsâmisconceptions ofrigid body equilibrium concept. This research was included inertia moment, torque, andcentre of gravity concept. This reseacrh used qualitative method. There were 35 students assample chosen by purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained bydiagnostic test used three-tier test. Based on the qualitative analysis result to the studentsâanswers could be conclude that there were misconceptions. The high misconceptions werehappenned in moment inertia concept and cognitive domain ârememberâ.

Hancurnya penegakan hukum khususnya dalam lembaga peradilan akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap tegaknya keadilan sehingga setiap Seorang hakim harus mampu menggali dan memahami nilai-nilai hukum yang hidup dalam masyarakat, menjaga kemandiriannya, menerapkan norma hukum dengan moralitas yang tinggi, mematuhi etikadan kode etik profesi, memperhatikan doktrin dan pandangan-pandangan para Ahli hukum dalam pengambilan sebuah putusan.

An understanding of the photoelectric effect is the key to understanding the basics of quantum physics. The photoelectric effect can explain the quantization of energy that cannot be explained using classical physics theory. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of the concept of sixth semester physics education students of Semarang State University about the photoelectric effect. The data collection method used is a test method that contains a number of questions to reveal the students conception of the photoelectric effect. Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that as many as 61% -64% of students still had difficulty in distinguishing the effect of the frequency and intensity of light on the photoelectric effect. In addition, more than 83% of students have not been able to understand the function of the potential difference given between the cathode and anode plate in the photoelectric effect experiment. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the concept of students is still low, which is characterized by the existence of several types of misconceptions about the photoelectric effect.

This study aims to determine the profile of achievement of students science process skills and students cognitive abilities improvement in physics learning with the help of LKS Inquiry Activity based on CNP learning model. The study design used was a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subject of this research is students of class X SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta amounting to 32 students. The data were collected by using test instruments in the form of pretest-posttest, LKS Inquiry Activity based on CNP learning model, and student response questionnaire. The profile of students science skill achievement can be determined from the scores criteria scores 5. The results obtained after using LKS Inquiry Activity based on CNP learning model that is the achievement profile of students science process skill in Finding Out Question, Discussion, And Determination And Study Related Theory is included in the good category with a score of 4.00, 4.11 and 3.53, respectively. For the Inquiry Activity skill, it is categorized as excellent with a score of 4.50. Meanwhile, students cognitive abilities increased with an average score of 4.32 with a good category. Students responses to LKS Inquiry Activity based on the CNP learning model earned a grade of 3.57 in either category. It indicates that LKS Inquiry Activity based on CNP learning model can know the profile of the achievement of science process skill.

The population used in this study is all customers of Bank BRI Branch Pemalang who do complaints. While this sample was 150 customers were considered to have been adequately represent the population studied. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method that is the customers who never make a complaint at Bank BRI. Analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The study found that 1) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable procedural fairness to the satisfaction of the recovery, 2) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable distributive fairness to the satisfaction of recovery 3) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable fairness interaction to the satisfaction of the recovery and 4) There is a positive and significant effect on the variable satisfaction on customer loyalty BRI Bank Branch Pemalang. The implication of this research is recommended to Bank BRI Branch Pemalang to pay attention to fairness in service recovery both procedural fairness, distributive fairness and interactional fairness to increase the satisfaction of the recovery so expect customer loyalty will increase, especially in providing the right solution in the handling of a complaint.

The aim of this research is to increasing the students’ motivation and study result IPS in material kenampkan alam dan kenampakan alam negara-negara tetangga fourth grade of elementary school. This research used classroom action research method. The action was doing 2 times on two cycles. Every cycle consist at 3 meeting in class. This cycle consist at 4 steps such as planning, action, monitoring and reflection. The data were collecting in four months, starting from September until December 2016. The subject of this research is seventeen students at fourth grade of SDN 2 Tutup Blora. This class consist at 4 male and 13 female students. The conclusion of this research reported that Group Investigation teaching model could increased the students’ motivation and study result in fourth grade of SDN 2 Tutup Blora.Â
