Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin maju, pendidikan tidak lagi bisa bertahan dengan metode tradisional. Teknologi digital telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari dan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap cara kita belajar dan mengajar, penelitian ini penting karena membantu mengidentifikasi strategi yang efektif untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis perubahan paradigma pendidikan di era digital. Adapun fokus utama penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana teknologi digital mengubah cara pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan penelitian, dan artikel. Dengan menggunakan metode ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang topik yang diteliti dan mengidentifikasi tren serta pola yang signifikan dalam perubahan paradigma pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa paradigma pendidikan telah mengalami perubahan yang signifikan akibat teknologi sekaligus menekankan bahwa pentingnya menyesuaikan pendidikan dengan pesatnya perubahan teknologi digital agar terciptanya mutu pendidikan yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Education is a crucial topic to discuss because typically, human intelligence is judged by how much education one has attained. Policy analysis is an applied social research systematically arranged to understand the substance of policies to clearly grasp information regarding the issues addressed by the policy and the potential issues that may arise as a result of policy implementation. Understanding policy models is essential to ensure that the resulting policies can lead to the success of educational objectives. This research method employs a qualitative approach. The research model utilizes library research, with inductive-deductive analysis derived from several literature analyses (O'Dwyer & Bernauer, 2013; Moser & Korstjens, 2018). The aim of educational policy analysis is to analyze educational data and information and to maintain aspects within the process of designing and making a policy. It has 6 characteristics of education and there are 3 types of Education Policy Formulation Models.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as a strategy for developing teacher competency in the context of the Independent Curriculum. The study was conducted using a desk study method, reviewing scientific literature, research reports, and relevant education policy documents, particularly those published between 2015 and 2024. The analysis shows that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) serves as a strategic instrument for continuously improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) not only helps teachers adapt to curriculum changes, such as differentiated and project-based learning, but also enhances professionalism, motivation, and learning innovation. However, the implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Indonesia faces challenges, including time constraints, inconsistent material quality, varying teacher motivation, and disparities in access across regions. Therefore, optimizing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requires targeted strategies, such as tailoring programs to teachers' real needs, utilizing digital technology, strengthening collaboration through Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

The relationship between public relations and educational administration as two key elements in improving the quality of education and relations between schools and society. The research method used is library research which involves topic identification, literature search, literature selection, and in-depth analysis of the selected literature. The research results show that public relations has an important role in mediating communication between schools and the community, ensuring good understanding of school goals and programs, and winning community support and involvement in improving educational standards.

Abstract

Di tengah peran penting pajak sebagai sumber utama pendapatan negara dan tantangan dalam penerapan sistem self-assessment serta kesulitan yang dihadapi WP OP dalam menggunakan e-Filling DJP Online, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) meluncurkan program Relawan Pajak untuk Negeri sebagai solusi edukasi dan pendampingan guna meningkatkan pemahaman serta kepatuhan wajib pajak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Relawan Pajak dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi untuk meningkatkan kepatuahan lapor SPT Tahunan di KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran program Relawan Pajak dalam mengasistensi WP OP melaporkan SPT Tahunan melalui e-Filling, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Relawan Pajak KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara berdampak positif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman serta kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan yang terbukti dari peningkatan hasil survei kepuasan pelayanan dan efektifitas penyuluhan, realisasi pelaporan SPT Tahunan yang mendapatkan capaian tertinggi di Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur II, serta pertumbuhan konsisten di semua jenis SPT. Amidst the important role of taxes as the main source of state revenue and challenges in implementing the self-assessment system, as well as difficulties faced by individual taxpayers in using the DGT Online e-Filing system, the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) launched the Tax Volunteers for the Country program as an educational and assistance solution to improve taxpayer understanding and compliance. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Tax Volunteers in improving the understanding of Individual Taxpayers to increase compliance in reporting Annual Tax Returns at the North Sidoarjo Tax Office. This research uses a qualitative method that aims to describe the role of the Tax Volunteer program in assisting individual taxpayers in reporting their annual tax returns through e-Filling, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Tax Volunteers at the North Sidoarjo Tax Office has a positive impact on increasing taxpayer understanding and compliance in filing annual tax returns, as evidenced by an increase in service satisfaction and counseling effectiveness survey results, the highest achievement in annual tax return filing at the East Java II Regional Tax Office, and consistent growth in all types of tax returns.
