The research was conducted as a potential means to address the issues about low student learning outcomes, especially in cognitive abilities. Facts show that the score was still below the minimum mastery criteria of 75, especially in the field of social science for sixth-grade students. Social studies learning is recorded as it still uses conventional methods and teachers rarely give feedback on student work, coupled with the minimal use of media and not providing motivation to students. The present research aimed to apply the teamsâ€™ games tournament (TGT) approach to enhance the studentsâ€™ cognitive abilities. The researchers employed two improvement cycles in the form of classroom action research procedures. The progress of students' learning outcomes was in each cycle, starting at 34.62% in the pre-cycle, completeness rose to 84.6% after the first cycle and reached 92.3% in the second cycle. The research results suggest that the implementation of the TGT method yielded a significant improvement in cognitive abilities of academic achievement among the research participants.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan ditemukannya beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi di SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi mengenai karakter disiplin peserta didik terkait dengan peraturan tata tertib yaitu masih terdapat peserta didik yang terlambat, yang tidak memakai seragam rapi dan terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak memakai sepatu sesuai dengan peraturan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, kendala, dan upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi pada siswa yang ada di beberapa kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berjenis studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif, untuk mengetahui secara alamiah peran guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam dengan seorang guru, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selain orang tua sebagai orang terdekat peserta didik peran guru di sekolah juga memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Kendala guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik adanya siswa yang tertutup, kurangnya komunikasi dengan orang tua, karakter pribadi siswa, lingkungan keluarga, pengaruh tempat tinggal dan pengaruh teman. Guru di SMA N 11 Muaro Jambi dapat mengupayakan kendala tersebut dengan baik sehingga mampu membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik yang baik.

Introduction/Main Objectives: The Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Platform was developed to support the Merdeka Curriculum by offering flexibility for teachers in designing technology-based learning. It features independent training, diagnostic assessments, and digital resources aimed at improving learning effectiveness. Background Problems: : Despite its benefits, PMM implementation faces challenges such as limited technology access, low teacher proficiency in using the platform, and minimal supporting training. This study evaluates PMM’s effectiveness using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Novelty: This study offers a comprehensive evaluation of PMM using the CIPP model. Research on PMM’s effectiveness in primary education remains limited, making this study a new contribution to understanding teacher use. Research Methods: A qualitative case study was conducted at SD Negeri 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. Data were collected through interviews with the principal and teachers, observations of PMM usage, and analysis of relevant documents. Finding/Results: PMM assists teachers in preparing materials, conducting assessments, and accessing digital resources. However, limited internet and training remain key barriers. Conclusion: PMM has the potential to enhance learning, but its success depends on infrastructure support and ongoing teacher training. The study provides recommendations for improving PMM implementation.

The Innovation and Efficiency Workshop aims to build the competence of teachers and administrative staff of SMK in office management and learning administration by optimizing information technology. This activity was carried out at SMKN 8 Merangin as an effort to support the improvement of the quality of education through the use of effective and efficient technology. This workshop includes training on digital office applications, correspondence management systems, and technology-based learning administration management. The learning methods applied are participatory, with group discussions, case studies, and direct practice. The results of the workshop showed an increase in participants' skills in integrating technology into administrative tasks and learning activities. Participants also responded positively by stating that this training was relevant and supported their daily tasks. This workshop is expected to be the basis for sustainable capacity development in the school environment, strengthening administrative governance, and improving the quality of technology-based learning and school management services. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge management, knowledge sharing, innovative behavior and student’s academic achievement using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. From the result of the analysis, all constructs of the research model have good validity and reliability, and the values of the loading factors, composite stability (CR), and average variance extracted (AVE) are expected to meet the criteria. The data normality test shows that the data distribution is mostly in accordance with normal standards, although there are small deviations that do not significantly affect the results of the analysis. The main result show that knowledge management has a positive effect the results of the analysis. The main results show that knowledge management has a positive effect on students’ innovative behavior and knowledge sharing acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationsip. In addition, innovative behavior has been shown to have a positive impact on students’ academic achievement, with more innovative students tending to have better academic achievement. These results highlight the importance of developing a culture that supports knowledge sharing and innovative behavior in educational institutions to improve academic achievement. Educational institutions are expected to create an environment that supports student collaboration, innovation, and creativity through activities such as group discussions, seminars, and joint projects. This study examines the role of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as a strategy for developing teacher competency in the context of the Independent Curriculum. The study was conducted using a desk study method, reviewing scientific literature, research reports, and relevant education policy documents, particularly those published between 2015 and 2024. The analysis shows that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) serves as a strategic instrument for continuously improving teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) not only helps teachers adapt to curriculum changes, such as differentiated and project-based learning, but also enhances professionalism, motivation, and learning innovation. However, the implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Indonesia faces challenges, including time constraints, inconsistent material quality, varying teacher motivation, and disparities in access across regions. Therefore, optimizing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requires targeted strategies, such as tailoring programs to teachers' real needs, utilizing digital technology, strengthening collaboration through Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pelatihan Google Sites sebagai solusi inovatif untuk komunikasi sekolah, khususnya pada Humas OSIS di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. Pelatihan ini memberikan langkah-langkah praktis bagi anggota OSIS dalam membuat dan mengelola situs web sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan digital yang signifikan pada peserta, dengan lebih dari 85% melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan Google Sites setelah pelatihan. Inisiatif ini juga menghasilkan situs web yang dikelola OSIS, yang menyediakan informasi yang mudah diakses dan memperkuat keterlibatan komunitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi platform digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan strategi komunikasi sekolah, mentransformasikan metode tradisional menjadi lebih interaktif dan efisien. Kegiatan "Workshop Pelatihan Administrasi Sekolah: Menerapkan Teknologi AI dalam Perencanaan Pendidikan" di SMK Negeri 8 Merangin bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi melalui penerapan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI). Masalah yang dihadapi mencakup manajemen data yang tidak terintegrasi, rendahnya keterampilan administrasi digital, dan kesulitan dalam penjadwalan serta komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan intensif dan sesi praktik penggunaan alat AI, yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan staf dalam pengelolaan data, perencanaan pendidikan, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan administrasi staf, pengurangan kesalahan data, dan efisiensi operasional yang lebih baik. Peserta berhasil mengimplementasikan alat-alat AI dalam pengelolaan data dan perencanaan pendidikan, yang sebelumnya menjadi tantangan besar. Selain itu, workshop ini menciptakan kesadaran akan pentingnya teknologi dalam pendidikan, dengan staf dan guru lebih terbuka terhadap inovasi. Sekolah menunjukkan komitmen untuk melanjutkan penggunaan teknologi AI dalam administrasi, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

This study aims to describe: 1) Principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Batanghari. 2) Factors supporting the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Batanghari. 3). The inhibiting factor of the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Batanghari. This type of research is qualitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Testing the validity of the data by triangulation. While data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. From this study it can be concluded that 1) Principal leadership in improving teacher performance refers to a type of transactional leadership, namely the principal supervises, gives awards and also the principal gives sanctions to teachers, 2) Factors supporting the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance, namely: The existence of a good and harmonious relationship between the principal and teachers, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the presence of competent teachers, and the ability and knowledge of the principal in managing schools, 3) Factors The obstacles to the principal's leadership are that there are still some teachers who are not confident, the time management of teachers is not well organized, there is jealousy among teachers, there is a distance between senior teachers and junior teachers, and the principal is still reluctant to direct orders to the principal teacher.
