Abstract

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims that has a strategic role in the advancement of Islamic civilization. History has demonstrated the multifunctional roles of mosques. Mosques are not only places for performing prayers but also serve as centers for education, religious study, military training, and various socio-economic functions. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) exemplified the multifunctional nature of mosques. To date, family education programs have been implemented by the government, and society continues to develop models of harmonious family education through various media, including mosques. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of the mosque in educating harmonious families at Jogokariyan Mosque. The focus of this research is the Jogokariyan Mosque in Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta, which, according to the author, has implemented efforts towards harmonious family education. This research is categorized as qualitative research with its inherent characteristics. The data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and document studies. To analyze the collected data, this research employs qualitative data analysis with the following steps: a) data reduction, b) data display, and c) conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this research conclude that Jogokariyan Mosque has demonstrated its role or contribution in efforts towards harmonious family education, not only for the community around the mosque but also for other surrounding communities. The mosque's roles include aspects of worship education, improving the quality of Islamic education, health aspects, economic empowerment, and the relationship patterns between families and the environment. Among these five aspects, worship education receives the most attention from the mosque's management. This highlights that the primary function of the mosque is to foster obedience and devotion to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Learning methods are one of the factors that determine the success of learning delivered to students. Students have different characteristics in terms of learning styles and abilities. So the task of a teacher or lecturer is to understand this, so that the lessons delivered can be understood by students. his research aims to analyze the Kinesthetic-Audiovisual learning method as an application for Arabic language learning for non-Arabs. This research uses a descriptive qualitative type. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and collecting data through documents. From the results of this research it was found that Kinesthetic-Audio-visual learning method in Ma'had Abdurrahman Bin Auf went well and systematically starting from planting concepts, understanding concepts, training participants' skills, evaluation, Apperception to Mandatory Manzili or daily tasks, run well so that students or students who are non-Arabic can follow the KBM well and enthusiasti. This method can be applied in community empowerment programs through Arabic language education, such as in Islamic boarding schools, formal education institutions and mosques, so that Arabic language skills can be useful in religious and social activities.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian lapangan dari skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Ta’mir Masjid Darussalam dalam menerapkan fungsi manajemen dalam melayani musafir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu, observasi ,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu dari beberapa ta’mir masjid dan jama’ah Masjid Darussalam Samarinda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: manajemen masjid dalam melayani musafir Masjid Darussalam Samarinda mulai dari planing, organizing, actuating dan controlling ta’mir masjid telah memberikan pelayanan baik kepada jama’ah dan musafir seperti menyediakan rumah musafir, ruang tamu, sarung hingga minuman dingin di dalam masjid.

Abstract

The stories within the Qashash al-Qur'an are incredibly captivating and leave a profound impression on those who contemplate them. Stories that carry profound wisdom have a remarkable ability to capture attention and stimulate the mind. Children enjoy listening to these stories as they embrace the values of Islamic education without feeling coerced. Examples include the stories of the prophets and narratives of past individuals, from which wisdom and lessons can be extracted from their life journeys. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this article seeks to explore this phenomenon. It argues that in order to instill these important values within the souls of young children, an effective educational method is through the study of hypnoparenting from a neuropsychological perspective. As children prepare for sleep, their brain waves transition from beta to alpha, allowing information and messages conveyed during this time to be stored in their subconscious. The data and information embedded within the subconscious mind will subsequently influence the child's thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in the future.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Islamic educational values into the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises at Masjid Jogokariyan and examines its relevance to mosque prosperity. Recognizing the mosque as a central institution in Islamic civilization—not only spiritually but also socially and economically—this research seeks to understand how values such as honesty, trust, responsibility, independence, and cooperation are internalized within community-based economic development. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and document analysis to uncover the lived experiences of mosque leaders and local entrepreneurs. The findings reveal that Masjid Jogokariyan has effectively cultivated an Islamic ethical business culture by embedding spiritual teachings into practical training, promoting transparent financial management, and encouraging inclusive participation through community-driven leadership models. The mosque utilizes structured initiatives such as value-based mentoring, interest-free loan schemes, and “Business Qur’an Circles” to enhance both personal development and economic resilience among participants. These efforts have not only improved the livelihood of local residents but also strengthened congregational engagement, with a significant rise in mosque attendance and communal trust. The empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has thus become a catalyst for broader mosque prosperity, affirming its role as a dynamic center of learning, service, and transformation. This research underscores the importance of reviving mosque-based Islamic education as a foundation for sustainable community empowerment in contemporary Muslim societies.

Abstract

Memorizing the holy book Al-Quran is something difficult and difficult, not only is there a lot of verses but the Al-Quran is completely Arabic so it is difficult. This assumption is actually not entirely true. Because, there are several activities to make memorizing easier, such as murojaah or repeating memorization well and consistently. The Tahfidz learning method at SMPIT LHI refers to the UMMI method. The Ummi method is a systematic system in learning the Koran which consists of three main components, namely, practical books on the Ummi method, quality management of the Ummi method and professional and certified teachers. Therefore, this research seeks to explore and analyze the application of the ummi method in learning Tahfidzul Quran at SMPIT LHI, The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Researchers are the main instrument that plays a role. In conclusion, the implementation of the tahfidz curriculum at SMPIT Banguntapan includes good planning, can be implemented, continuous assessment and supervision, The novelty in this research is that it explains Ummi's method systematically and responsibly. is expected to be an asset and good implementation of tahfidz activities at SMPIT LHI Banguntapan.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of da’wah (Islamic preaching) directed toward adolescents in the era of the gadget society, which is characterized by a high dependence on digital technology and social media. Adolescents represent an age group that is highly vulnerable to external influences, both positive and negative, making the right approach to da’wah particularly important. This research employs a literature review method to identify relevant da’wah strategies within the digital context. The findings indicate that social media plays a strategic role in disseminating Islamic values to adolescents through various forms of content such as writings, videos, podcasts, and direct interaction. Digital da’wah enables two-way communication, facilitates the clarification of teachings, and fosters emotional closeness between da’i (preacher) and mad’u (audience). Furthermore, this study emphasizes the need for collaborative da’wah, responsive monitoring of audiences, and the strengthening of religious education through creative and educational digital media. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of multimodal approaches, case studies of youth communities, the application of social theory, and the direct involvement of adolescents in determining the effectiveness of da’wah. Thus, da’wah in the digital era is not only a medium for delivering information but also an essential instrument in shaping the morals, identity, and spiritual awareness of adolescents. [Penelitian ini membahas konsep dakwah kepada remaja di era gadget society yang ditandai dengan ketergantungan tinggi pada teknologi digital dan media sosial. Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap pengaruh eksternal, baik positif maupun negatif, sehingga pendekatan dakwah yang tepat menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengidentifikasi strategi dakwah yang relevan dalam konteks digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki peran strategis dalam penyebaran nilai-nilai islam kepada remaja melalui berbagai bentuk konten, seperti tulisan, video, podcast, dan interaksi langsung. Dakwah digital memungkinkan komunikasi dua arah, memfasilitasi klarifikasi ajaran, serta membangun kedekatan emosional antara da’i dan mad’u. Selain itu, penelitian menekankan perlunya dakwah kolaboratif, pemantauan responsif terhadap audiens, serta penguatan pendidikan agama berbasis media digital yang kreatif dan edukatif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pendekatan multimodal, studi kasus komunitas remaja, penerapan teori sosial, serta keterlibatan langsung remaja dalam menentukan efektivitas dakwah. Dengan demikian, dakwah di era digital bukan hanya sarana penyampaian informasi, tetapi juga instrumen penting dalam pembentukan akhlak, identitas, dan kesadaran spiritual remaja.]

Abstract

Untuk dapat menciptakan program dan pelayanan yang efektif dan cerdas perlu ditunjang oleh kepengurusan atau pengelola masjid yang berkualitas. Sehingga melalaui ide, gagasan dan program yang di jalankan dapat terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien dan tentu saja menyentuh hati jamaah. Oleh karenanya di butuhkan informasi yang lengkap dan mengarah kepada pengetahuan (knowledge) yang menjadi sumber atau aset untuk mengelola (management) program dan kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien. Ta’mir masjid Jogokariyan menjelaskankan tiga konsep dasar manajemen masjid strategis dan praktis yang dimiliki masjid berupa: pemetaan, pelayanan, dan pemberdayaan. Pemetaan meliputi peta dakwah masjid, pembagian wilayah dakwah serta database jamaah masjid. Dalam proses pendataan seluruh kekuatan, tantangan, kelemahan, peluang serta kebutuhan jamaah disimpan dan diolah sesuai dengan potensi masing-masing jamaah. Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peta Dakwah di Masjid Jogokariyan adalah implementasi dari knowledge manajemen pada organisasi, Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya pengumpulan informasi, Pengolahan data menjadi program, dan Nilai dan feedback knowledge managemen peta dakwah.
