Abstract

Education at school is a structured educational environment that aims to provide knowledge, skills and values ??so that students can develop their potential. Examples of bullying at SMP Hangtuah 1 Belawan include threats, verbal or physical conveyance, name-calling, or spreading false rumors. Bullying can have serious impacts on its victims, including decreased mental well-being, low self-esteem, and psychological problems, and can even end. to acts of despair such as suicide. The role of teachers in anticipating bullying at SMP Hangtuah 1 Belawan is very important. They can do things like create a safe and inclusive environment, provide training to students and staff on bullying awareness, supervise interactions between students, and handle bullying incidents quickly and appropriately. Apart from that, they can also involve parents and the community in efforts to prevent bullying. The research was carried out using qualitative methods, this research was carried out at Hangtuah 1 Belawan School. We conducted interviews with two participants who represented the parties concerned. Data was collected through in-depth interviews lasting between 60-90 minutes. The questions asked include problems that occur at school.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas secara mendalam proses persidangan perkara pidana narkotika dengan terdakwa Dedi Pardiyan di Pengadilan Negeri Sei Rampah, nomor perkara 352/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Srh. Kasus ini menggambarkan penerapan hukum acara pidana dalam perkara narkotika di tingkat lokal serta menyoroti peran masing-masing aktor hukum, mulai dari jaksa penuntut umum, penasihat hukum, hingga majelis hakim. Berdasarkan fakta persidangan, terdakwa terbukti memiliki sabu seberat 0,81 gram yang telah dibagi ke dalam beberapa paket kecil, disertai barang bukti berupa uang tunai Rp420.000,- dan telepon genggam yang digunakan untuk transaksi. Jaksa mendakwa terdakwa dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) UU No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika (peredaran narkotika), serta Pasal 112 ayat (1) sebagai dakwaan subsider (kepemilikan). Dalam prosesnya, muncul perdebatan antara pendekatan represif melalui hukuman penjara dan pendekatan rehabilitatif bagi pecandu. Selain meninjau aspek yuridis, laporan ini juga mengkaji dampak sosial dari kasus tersebut terhadap masyarakat pedesaan, serta efektivitas hakim dalam menjaga asas keadilan, kepastian hukum, dan kemanusiaan. Secara keseluruhan, kasus ini menjadi cerminan nyata bagaimana hukum pidana bekerja dalam menghadapi kejahatan narkotika di tingkat akar rumput
