Abstract

Park lighting in the Gangga Murmas Tree House Tourism Area, which is more precisely Gangga Hamlet, Genggelang Village, Gangga District, North Lombok Regency, is not sufficient. Without park lighting, tourist locations will resemble a dead zone at night and experience a decline in visitors. Therefore, the Community Service Team of the Madura State Islamic Institute through the 3T area community empowerment service provides a solution to illuminating the Gangga Murmas Tree House Tourism Area by utilizing new renewable energy Photovoltaic monocrystalline type to provide lighting at night. The installation of landscape lighting using polycrystalline technology is determined by the outcomes of location surveys and observations. The implementation carried out in the Gangga Murmas Tree House Tourism Area was carried out in several stages, namely: observation, preparation of garden light design, training and maintenance, performance testing, and tool evaluation. After the project was finished in two months, a solar power plant with a 2800Wh capacity that can power 40 lamps with a combined 120Watt capacity was created. The placement of garden lights to improve the tourism sector also received a positive response from the community and the manager of the Gangga Murmas Tree House Tourism Area. Abstract

The latest law on marriage No. 16 of 2019 confirms that marriage can be legalized if the man and woman have reached the age of 19. However, this new regulation is still not widely known by the public, especially teenagers. This article is the result of community service activity in the form of outreach. The purpose of this community service is to provide understanding to students regarding the age limit for marriage and mental preparation in facing marriage, as well as preventing early marriage for teenagers at Daarul Lughoh Islamic Boarding School, Akkor Village, Palengaan Sub-District. This event has great benefits in increasing students' understanding of the importance of physical and mental preparation before going into a marriage, because a marriage is not only based on the principle of liking each other and consensual. Instead, a married life will definitely deal with many challenges and problems. Therefore, then it takes a mature personality and mentality to manage household life within the framework of sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze hypersexuality as the basis for granting polygamy permits in the decision of the Jember Regency Religious Court No. 1775/Pdt.G/2023/PA Jr. and understand the legal and social implications of the decision in the context of Islamic law in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies, collecting data through analysis of verdict documents, interviews with related parties, and literature reviews on polygamy law in Islam and the medical condition of hypersexuality. The results of the study showed that the court recognized hypersexuality as a legitimate medical condition for granting a polygamy permit, taking into account medical evidence and expert testimony and ensuring the conditions of justice for all wives. This decision shows the flexibility of Islamic law in responding to sexual health issues while still paying attention to the principle of justice. The implications of this decision are significant in the practice of Islamic law in Indonesia, could set a precedent for similar cases in the future, and demand strict scrutiny to avoid abuse. Socially, this decision sparked a discussion about the balance between individual needs and justice for all parties in polygamous marriages.

Abstract

Ahmad bin Hanbal is one of the founders of four schools of jurisprudence which are at the corner of the Madrasah Hadith Expert and is a reference for his followers who call themselves Ahlussunnah. This article examines how Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal interacted with Sufi figures who lived in his time. because of the existence of a shallow paradigm of strong contact between hadith experts and Sufis. This study uses a qualitative descriptive historical approach. The results of this study conclude that there is a good relationship and a careful attitude from Imam Ahmad bin Aanbal towards the practices of the Sufis. and the early Sufis always looked to the Prophet as their ideal model. the description of Ahmad bin Hanbal's interactions with Sufi figures can be called a dialogical interaction between the two. this historically occurred in the second hijri century, especially at the time of Bisyr bin Haristh (227H), Ma'ruf Al-karkhi (200H), Hatim Al-Ashom (237H), Sari As-Saqti (253), Al-Maghazili (282H) ), Zakariya Al-Hawari (255 H).

Abstract

Muslim families in coastal areas face complex ecological challenges stemming from marine resource exploitation, pollution, and limited environmental awareness. This study employs a qualitative empirical approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of Muslim households in coastal communities. Data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical method and interpreted within the framework of fiqh al-bi’ah (Islamic environmental jurisprudence). The findings reveal that while positive practices—such as the provision of household waste bins—are already in place, unsustainable behaviors persist, including open burning and sea dumping once bins are full. The availability of household waste bins serves as the primary supporting factor for pro-environmental behavior, whereas the absence of village-level Temporary Disposal Sites (TPS) and limited ecological awareness among coastal families act as major constraints. From the perspective of fiqh al-bi’ah, practices such as burning and sea dumping constitute ḍarar (harm), as they generate social problems, degrade marine ecosystems, and threaten both biodiversity and human health. This study highlights the urgent need to strengthen environmental awareness among coastal Muslim families through religious-ethical frameworks to ensure ecological sustainability.
