4-methyl acid octanoat and ethyl-4-methyl Oktanoat aggregation of kumbang badak (Oryctes rhinoceros Linn) using Mannich's reaction and Claisen rearrangement has been synthesized. The synthesis of compounds includes five phases: synthesis, separation, purification and structure determination. The pure compounds produced from each stage of further synthesis are characterised using mass spectroscopy and infra-red spectroscopy. 4-Methiloctanoic acid synthesis products and ethyl-4-methyloktanoat pheromone aggregation kumbang badak (Oryctes rhinoceros Linn) use Mannich reaction and Claisen rearrangement 50.53% and 63.69% respectively.

Dengan pendidikan jasmani melalui olahraga yang bersifat menyenangkan banyak nilai karakter yang di dapat kembangkan.Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai maksud untuk menggabungkan permainan tradisional dalam olahraga rekreasi pendidikan yang mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter peserta didik. dari Pengembangan karakter melalui permainan tradisional bentengan, dengan menggunakan metode observasi. dari indicator karakter keberanian, karakter kejujuran, Karakter tanggungjawab, Dari karakter tersebut dapat dideskripsikan dengan hasil pengamatan. hasil yang di temukan obsever 1 dan obsever 2 jumlah keseluruhan 418,68%.

Various species of Kalanchoe plants have been widely used as raw materials in traditional medicines. This study was the continuation of the researches on secondary metabolites from Indonesia Kalanchoe plants, focused on Kalanchoe blossfeldiana. Fresh K. blossfeldiana leaf was extracted with methanol at room temperature to obtain the concentrated extract. The concentrated methanol extract was dissolved in water and then partitioned successively with n-hexane and ethyl acetate. The methanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate extracts were tested using antiplasmodial assay against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7. The IC50 of methanol, n-hexane, and ethyl acetate extract were 13.002; 2.807, and 11 nM, respectively. Ethyl acetate extract was separated by the combination of chromatography on silica and ODS. This process produced the yellow solid. The chemical structure of the compound was determined based on UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR analyses and the comparison of data obtained from the literature and identified as phenolic compound, namely 3,3',4',5,7-pentahydroxyflavone or quercetin (1), and displayed antiplasmodial activity with IC50 3.97x10-2 nM.

The poriferasta-5.22E.25-trien-3β-ol compound of leaves of this plant Clerodendrum paniculatum has activity as an inducer agent of plant systemic resistance of red plant toward Cucumber Mosaic Viruses (CMV), the inhibition activity compound shows 82% inhibition activity at 300 ppm. A common graft copolymerization method usually results in a low degree of grafting due to its poor inter-component interactions. A monomer microencapsulation method should be useful to enhance the current graft copolymerization technique. The maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted with linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) was successfully synthesized by monomer microencapsulation without using a direct method in order to find a high degree of grafting. The results showed that the degree of grafting of the LLDPE synthesized by microencapsulation (5.9%) was higher than that achieved with the direct method (5.0%).

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) to know the simultaneous effect of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 2) to know the partial influence of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 3) To know the variables that have dominant influence to the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang. The results showed: 1) simultaneously functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline had a significant influence on the development of career careers of Malang District Police Sector, 2) Partially functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline have a significant influence on the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang, 3) Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competence of human resources have a dominant influence on the development of career careers Police Sector of Malang Regency. Assistance to womenpreneurs in utilizing social capital and personal branding in the Sidoarjo Park area is one of the efforts that can be made to care more about social issues, especially taking sides with women to develop their potential so that the strengthening of the family economy can be more advanced. This assistance also aims to make all levels of society able to rise from any calamity, including the pandemic. In addition, this assistance is expected to raise awareness about the importance of providing mutual support and paying attention to the potential of family members. Conditioning conducive mentally and spiritually is the first step before strengthening with research, so that the mindset as a mowenpreuner is formed from the start. The approach in this service uses the participatory action research (PAR) method. At the implementation stage of the service program, it is carried out using a community organizer (CO) approach, with a personal approach strategy, a community approach, and capacity building. The result of this assistance is an increase in women's belief in Taman Sidoarjo that every individual is capable of becoming an entrepreneur. In addition, beliefs are concrete, real and can be quantified. Measurably, that trust affects the speed and cost of doing business. Nothing is faster than trust because trust is a function of character that includes both integrity and competence. Forming trust with one person will form trust with many people.
