Abstract

Kesuburan tanah pada lahan budidaya tanaman bawang merah dapat diperoleh dengan upaya menyuplai pupuk organik seperti pupuk guano dan pupuk hayati seperti Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobakteria (PGPR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk guano dan konsentrasi PGPR yang tepat serta interaksi antara kedua faktor terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Gampong Lamtui, Kecamatan Kuta Cot Glie, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan. Terdapat dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu dosis pupuk guano (G) terdiri dari tiga taraf: G1 = 5 ton/ha, G2 = 10 ton/ha, G3 = 15 ton/ha dan kosentrasi PGPR (P) terdiri dari empat taraf: P0 = 0 mL/L, P1 = 5 mL/L, P2 = 10 mL/L, P3 = 15 mL/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk guano berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat umbi kering per rumpun, berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan per rumpun umur 20 dan 40 HST, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun tanaman bawang merah. Kosentrasi PGPR berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman bawang merah umur 20 dan 40 HST, jumlah umbi dan berat umbi per rumpun, berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah anakan per rumpun umur 20 HST, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah anakan per rumpun umur 40 HST. Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara perlakuan pupuk guano dan PGPR terhadap berat umbi kering per rumpun, serta tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan per rumpun umur 20 dan 40 HST, dan jumlah umbi per rumpun.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of rice husk biochar and manure on the growth of shallots and the interaction between the two treatments carried out. This research was conducted in Gampong Pineung, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh, from September to December 2023. The method used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 3x3 factorial design and three replications. The factors tested in this research were the dose of rice husk biochar (0, 10, and 20 tons/ha) and the dose of manure (0, 10, and 20 tons/ha). Several parameters were observed, such as plant height at the age of 15, 30, and 45 dap, the number of tubers per clump at the age of 30 and 45 dap, the weight of wet tubers and dry tubers per clump, and the potential yield per hectare. The results of the research showed that the dose of biochar had a very significant impact on plant height at 30 and 45 dap, the weight of wet tubers, the weight of dry tubers, and the potential yield per hectare. Plant height at 15, 30, and 45 dap, number of tubers per hill at 30 and 45 dap, wet and dry tuber weight per hill, and potential yield per hectare. The study showed that plant height at 30 and 45, wet tuber weight, dry tuber weight, and potential yield per hectare were all significantly affected by biochar dosage. It had no visible impact on the number of tubers per hill at 30 and 45 dap, or on plant height at 15. Plant height at 15 and 30 days was significantly affected by manure application, but plant height at 45 dap, number of tubers per hill at 30 and 45 dap, wet and dry tuber weight, and potential yield per hectare were not affected. Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting yang perlu dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran anak PAUD adalah perkembangan kognitif. Perkembangan kognitif anak merupakan kemampuan otak anak dalam memperoleh informasi. Salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak adalah pembelajaran sains. Pembelajaran sains memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, khususnya di dalam menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkualitas yaitu manusia yang mampu berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan logis. Tujuan pembelajaran sains di PAUD adalah melatih anak melakukan eksplorasi terhadap berbagai benda di sekitarnya. Di dalam eksplorasinya, anak mengggunakan lima inderanya untuk mengenal berbagai gejala alam melalui kegiatan observasi (penginderaan) sehingga kemampuan observasinya meningkat seperti melihat, meraba, merasakan dan mendengar. Anak akan memperoleh pengetahuan baru dari hasil interaksinya dengan berbagai benda yang diobservasinya. Mengatasi permasalahan di atas maka perlu bagi guru memahami pembelajaran sains untuk PAUD serta latihan mewarnai supaya anak ceria kreatif dan berkarakter.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimal doses of coffee grounds and KCl fertilizer, as well as their interaction effects, on the growth and yield of shallot (Allium cepa L.). The experiment was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a 4 × 3 factorial arrangement and three replications. The first factor was the dose of coffee grounds (A0= 0 ton ha⁻¹, A1= 2 ton ha⁻¹, A2= 4 ton ha⁻¹, and A3= 6 ton ha⁻¹), and the second factor was the dose of KCl fertilizer (K1= 100 kg ha⁻¹, K2= 200 kg ha⁻¹, and K3= 300 kg ha⁻¹). The observed parameters included plant height and number of tillers per clump at 15, 30, and 45 days after planting (DAP), as well as fresh tuber weight, number of tubers, and dry tuber weight per clump. The results showed that the application of coffee grounds had a highly significant effect on plant height, number of tillers, fresh tuber weight, and dry tuber weight per clump, and a significant effect on the number of tubers per clump. The application of KCl fertilizer had a highly significant effect on plant height at 15 and 30 DAP and on the number of tillers at 30 DAP, but had no significant effect on plant height at 45 DAP, the number of tillers at 15 and 45 DAP, or tuber-related parameters. A significant interaction between coffee grounds and KCl fertilizer was observed for plant height at 15 DAP and for the number of tillers at 30 and 45 DAP. These findings suggest that the combination of coffee grounds and KCl fertilizer can improve vegetative growth and yield performance of shallots, highlighting the potential of organic–inorganic nutrient integration for sustainable crop production.Keywords: Coffee Grounds, Potassium Chloride (KCl), Shallot (Allium cepa L.), Plant Growth, Yield

Abstract

Pada hakekatnya, semua bagian kelapa bisa digunakan dan produk kelapa sangat diminati. Hal ini juga didukung dengan masalah lain di industri pengolahan adalah perkebunan kelapa rakyat yang mencapai sekitar 98,97% dari total luas perkebunan kelapa di Indonesia, dimanfaatkan secara monokultur, pemanfaatan teknologi yang buruk, dan kepemilikan lahan yang terbatas. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pendapatan tepung kelapa di Desa Cot Suruy Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif eksploratif. Analisis pendapatan usaha tepung kelapa dapat memberikan pendapatan yang lebih besar dan layak untuk diusahakan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp. 301.777,78 selama satu tahun sekali produksi, nilai Benefit Cost Ratio> 1, yaitu : 1,03, Return of Investmen 2,8%, Break Event Point  berdasarkan volume produksi sebesar 910,83 Kg, dan berdasarkan harga produksi sebesar  Rp. 11.677,58

Abstract

This research aims to determine the depth of seed planting and the appropriate composition of planting media as well as the interaction between these two factors on the growth of cocoa seedlings. The research was carried out at the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Iskandar Muda Surien University, Banda Aceh, from October to December 2023. This research used a randomized block design with a 3*3 factorial pattern with three replications to obtain 27 experimental units. There were two factors studied, namely: seed planting depth (2, 4, and 6 cm) and the composition of the manure: soil planting medium (1: 1; 1:2; 1:3). The parameters observed were seedling height and stem base diameter at 45, 60, 75 days after planting, and number of leaves at 75 days after planting. The results showed that the depth of seed planting was very significantly different from the height of seedlings aged 45, 60 and 75 dap, but was not significantly different from the diameter of the stem base aged 45, 60, 75 dap and the number of leaves aged 75 dap. The composition of the planting media was not significantly different for seed height and stem base diameter at 45, 60, 75 days after planting and the number of leaves at 75 days after planting. There was a real interaction between the depth of seed planting and the composition of the planting media on the height of cocoa seedlings at 75 days after planting.
