Abstract

Politics is an integral part of human life and plays a strategic role in shaping civilization. Currently, the political reality in Indonesia is often considered contrary to the ethics and morals that have long been upheld, as seen in the phenomenon of political dynasties, the spread of post-election hoaxes, and the high incidence of corruption. This research aims to explore political ethics from the Islamic perspective exemplified by Prophet Muhammad SAW through a literature study method. This method is used to delve into and understand the fundamental principles of Islamic political ethics, such as justice, honesty, social responsibility, and community welfare, which are deemed relevant as guidelines for the current political dynamics in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute as a reference in the application of Islamic political ethics that can be adapted to the modern political context of Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of integrity, accountability, and public transparency as the foundation for creating morally and ethically grounded leadership. Thus, this research offers ethical solutions to improve the quality of leadership and political practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Knowledge is a critical factor in improving performance and achieving competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of trust in the relationship of socialisation, knowledge, and religiosity toward employee performance in banking sector. This research is quantitative with an explanatory approach. This study surveyed 200 employees of a sharia bank in Indonesia and collected 112 respondents return the questioner. The data analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). This study confirms that socialisation and knowledge do not affect employee performance directly. Religiosity affects employee performance. Trust mediates the effect of socialisation, knowledge, and religiosity on employee performance. The study provides new evidence on trust in Islamic banking sector related to socialisation, knowledge, religiosity and employee performance. Managers in Islamic banks should strengthen internal socialisation and knowledge-sharing programs that are grounded in religious values to foster greater trust among employees. By prioritising trust-building, managers can enhance employee commitment and overall performance, creating a more cohesive and value-driven organisational culture.

Abstract

Selain itu, untuk pelatihan tidak hanya sekadar pengenalan teknologi, tetapi harus menekankan pada implementasi praktis yang berdampak pada pendapatan.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived ease, perceived benefits on micro-enterprise income in Malang City and to examine whether training can mediate the influence of perceived ease and benefits on micro-enterprise income in Malang City. A sample of 200 micro-enterprises and a sample of 108 consumers were selected using probability sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that perceived ease has no effect on micro-enterprise income; perceived benefits have an effect on micro-enterprise income; and training can mediate the influence of perceived ease and benefits on micro-enterprise income. This shows that although the aspect of ease of use of technology/digital does not affect income, the government or micro-enterprise assistants are still more active in conveying real evidence of the benefits of adopting technology/digital, such as cost efficiency or market expansion. In addition, training is not just an introduction to technology, but must emphasize practical implementation that has an impact on income.
