All question items from all variables are said to be valid with a value of more than 0.7 and reliable with a value of more than 0.5. This is quantitative design research where a convenience sampling technique was employed. Statistical analysis was done through SmartPLS, revealing a direct relationship among all study variables, such as Islamic leadership, to helping behaviours and work engagement. Additionally, the study identified a direct relationship between Islamic work ethics and helping behaviours, except for a link with work engagement; similarly, employees’ happiness at the workplace acts as a mediator in this study. The hypothesis is accepted because the significance value is more than 1.97. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the legal cultural background of the community in the distribution of inheritance in the village of Karas Kepoh, Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. All members of the village community can be said to have embraced Islam so that, theoretically, the community should follow Islamic law in the distribution of inheritance. In reality, however, they use the provisions in the Civil Code. This study uses a socio-legal research approach which is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that several things underlie the legal culture of the community in the distribution of inheritance. First, the long history of Dutch colonialism which only knows the Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wet Boek). Second, almost all community members study in general education, only very few residents attend Islamic boarding schools. As a result, there are almost no community leaders or religious leaders who understand Islamic inheritance law (farâids). Thirds, village leaders in the past only justified or legalized the distribution of inheritance based on the Civil Code. Such things encourage the formation of an inheritance tradition that is not based on the provisions of Islamic law, but on the Civil Code instead. The tradition, then, turn out to be a culture that is then passed from a generation to the next generation.

Data were collected via a questionnaire and then evaluated using SmartPLS v.4.1.0.6. Findings/Result: The findings show that perceived convenience does not affect long-term interest in using e-wallets. Meanwhile, perceived benefits, e-service quality, and customer satisfaction favourably and significantly impact sustained e-wallet usage. These findings also demonstrate that customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived convenience, perceived benefits, and e-service quality regarding Jayapura City residents' sustained interest in utilizing e-wallets. Conclusion: This study shows that the e-wallet payment system service provider can improve the services provided, increase the literacy of the people of Jayapura City regarding the operation of e-wallets and the urgency of using technology so that the people of Jayapura City are technology literate. In addition, the e-wallet should also be able to provide various promos that can attract the interest of the people of Jayapura City. Originality/Value (State of The Art): The findings of this research are intended as evaluation material and a basis for decision-making by e-wallet applications regarding interest in adopting e-wallets. Knowledge is a critical factor in improving performance and achieving competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of trust in the relationship of socialisation, knowledge, and religiosity toward employee performance in banking sector. This research is quantitative with an explanatory approach. This study surveyed 200 employees of a sharia bank in Indonesia and collected 112 respondents return the questioner. The data analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). This study confirms that socialisation and knowledge do not affect employee performance directly. Religiosity affects employee performance. Trust mediates the effect of socialisation, knowledge, and religiosity on employee performance. The study provides new evidence on trust in Islamic banking sector related to socialisation, knowledge, religiosity and employee performance. Managers in Islamic banks should strengthen internal socialisation and knowledge-sharing programs that are grounded in religious values to foster greater trust among employees. By prioritising trust-building, managers can enhance employee commitment and overall performance, creating a more cohesive and value-driven organisational culture.

Abstract

Exploring the Validity of a Creative Personality Scale in University Settings: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis Approach. Objective: This study aims to validate a revised 24-item Creative Personality Scale explicitly tailored for university students using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The scale addresses gaps in existing tools initially designed for high school students and offers a more accurate fit for higher education contexts. Methods: A sample of 804 students from various faculties was selected through stratified random sampling to ensure diverse representation. The scale was revised after the initial analysis revealed inconsistencies in certain items within the university context. CFA was then employed to assess the revised scale's construct validity and reliability. Findings: The revised scale demonstrated significant improvements in internal consistency, with Cronbach's Alpha increasing from 0.823 to 0.858. Additionally, model fit indices were favourable, with a Comparative Fit Index (CFI) of 0.92 and a Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) of 0.04, indicating strong model validity. Conclusion: This validated scale provides a reliable and accurate tool for assessing creativity in university students. It enables educational institutions to support better creativity development, which is increasingly essential for academic and professional success. The findings significantly contribute to educational psychology by providing a context-sensitive instrument for higher education. Keywords: confirmatory factor analysis, creative personality scale, internal consistency, validity, and reliability.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i2.202494
