Abstract

There is a considerable danger of mental exhaustion or burnout for nurses who are on the front lines of treating COVID-19, which could have a long-term negative impact on the standard of medical care. The research objective was to determine nurse burnout and prove the correlation between excessive working hours and nurse burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a quantitative descriptive study method with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was all nurses at Palangka Raya Regional Public Hospital, with a total sampling of 43 nurses. The research instrument was adopted from the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). The correlation test used was Cramer's V, with the significance level of the variable test stated at p <0,05. The results of the study of 43 nurses showed no significant correlation between emotional burnout and working hours (p = 0.163), a significant correlation between depersonalization burnout and working hours (p = 0.019), and a significant correlation between burnout and a decrease in self-achievement (p = 0.033).

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi merupakan proses menyesuaikan sistem yang memiliki tujuan merubah sistem yang telah ada sebelumnya baik secara menyeluruh maupun sekedar menambah beberapa item yang telah tersedia. Keterkaitan penggunaan teknologi dengan sistem informasi dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan aktivitas maupun bekerja. penggunaan teknologi informasi pada layanan akademik dan kemahasiswaan juga digunakan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Kalimantan Timur yang mampu mengembangkan sistem terpadu antar jurusan sehingga menunjang mutu bagi Poltekkes Kemenkes Kalimantan Timur. Adapun aplikasi sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah SIP (Sitem Informasi Pendidikan). Sebelum menggunakan SIP Poltekkes menggunakan Siakad dalam proses pengimputan nilai dan KRS mahasiswa. Menu siakad sangat terbatas sehingga diperlukan pengembangan sistem informasi yang lebih komplek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling dengan melibatkan seluruh jurusan yang ada di Poltekkes kemenkes Kalimantan Timur, baik Program Studi D-III maupun D-IV dengan beberapa variabel yang diamati. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi SIP yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen selaku pengguna sistem sudah memuskan dan dilihat dari persentasi penggunaan rata- rata 97% implementasi SIP berjalan lancar dan efektif. Selain itu juga mampu meningkatkan kualitas kerja kampus, mutu pendidikan serta mampu membantu kinerja semua pihak yang bersinggungan langsung dengan kegiatan akademik kampus

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology urges educational institutions to innovate in promotional strategies, particularly through the utilization of social media. Social media offers broad, flexible, and easily accessible channels for reaching potential students and improving institutional image. This mix method explores the implementation of digital promotion strategies using social media, supported by both primary data (observations and student questionnaires) and secondary sources. The findings reveal that optimized use of digital platforms significantly enhances public awareness and interest in educational institutions. Instagram emerged as the most influential platform, with 91.6% of users obtaining information through it, followed by the official website at 61.4%. The engagement rate is substantial, with 25.3% of users accessing content daily and 30.1% weekly. This digital engagement correlates with a noticeable increase in prospective student applications—from 3,328 to 3,788. The study contributes to the understanding of effective digital branding strategies in the education sector, particularly in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children (7KAIH)program in madrasahs across East Kalimantan by examining four key dimensions: political, economic, social, and cultural. The program is designed to cultivate students’ superior character, independence, and social awareness, aligning with Indonesia’s human resource development agenda to enhance global competitiveness. The research employed a quantitative-descriptive evaluative approach using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected from teachers, principals, and parents in five madrasahs: MIN 1 Samarinda, MIN 2 Balikpapan, MTsN 1 Tenggarong, MAN 2 Bontang, and MAN IC Paser. The findings indicate that the overall implementation level of the program falls under the “good” category, with an average score of 83.6%. The social and cultural dimensions achieved the highest score (86.4%), followed by the economic (82.7%) and political (81.8%) dimensions. Policy implications emphasize strengthening the role of madrasahs as agents of national character formation, integrating character education into regional policies, and providing sustained economic and social support to ensure long-term program implementation.

Abstract

The digital transformation era presents both challenges and opportunities for art and cultural education institutions in Indonesia. Leadership in this context requires not only administrative and managerial capabilities but also the ability to integrate digital innovation with local cultural values. This study aims to analyze the model of digital leadership in cultural education institutions and to identify effective strategies for maintaining the balance between technological innovation and cultural preservation. This research employed a qualitative approach using a multiple case study design across three Indonesian art and cultural institutions: the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta, the Jakarta Institute of the Arts (IKJ), and the Nusantara Academy of Arts and Culture (AKSBN). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and institutional document analysis. Thematic analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña framework. The findings reveal five key dimensions of culturally rooted digital leadership: (1) digital vision grounded in local cultural values; (2) pedagogical innovation in art education through technology; (3) intercultural collaboration and global networking; (4) strengthening institutional digital identity; and (5) ethical and spiritual awareness in digital transformation processes. The proposed Cultural–Digital Leadership Model emphasizes that the success of digital transformation in art institutions is not measured by the level of technology adoption, but by how effectively technology reinforces cultural identity, ethics, and national character. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a culturally grounded educational leadership model and practically provides guidance for policymakers and institutional leaders in designing sustainable and culturally conscious digital transformation strategies for art and cultural education.
