Abstract

Children are a gift from Allah SWT, the Almighty God; therefore, their protection must be ensured to be given a high place so that in the future, the priority for the protection of children must be even better so that no more children become victims of the bad treatment that occurs, especially in the education world. Providing education to children is the responsibility of all parties so that child protection continues to improve daily, both in the social environment and especially in the educational environment. Child protection education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri School (MAN) 1 Langkat represents a genuine concern for fulfilling children's rights in education. The Battuta University Law Study Program community service team collaborates with MAN 1 Langkat to carry out legal education activities regarding child protection in education. The methods used in this service are socialization and mentoring. The results of the service activities show that the students at MAN 1 Langkat school are thrilled; this can be seen from how seriously they listen to what is said and actively ask questions about children, children's rights, and how to implement protection in the school environment so that in the future they will understand their rights. Children in the world of education must be educated.

Abstract

Conservation Biology lectures are a subject in education that provides students with the experience to understand the concepts of biodiversity, issues and efforts in biological heritage conservation, mitigation, solutions, and promotion of conservation efforts, as well as collaboration with stakeholder involvement in conservation efforts. This course requires students to develop an environmental and conservation awareness attitude as well as problem-solving skills related to environmental damage and biodiversity loss. This study aims to analyze environmental awareness and problem-solving skills arising from environmental damage and biodiversity loss. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and data is collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and essay questions. The results of this study show that environmental awareness and problem-solving skills related to environmental issues are at a high level. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a foundation for the development of conservation biology lectures to foster environmental awareness and problem-solving skills related to environmental damage and biodiversity loss issues, thereby supporting the benefits of conservation biology education.

Abstract

This study seeks to enhance students' digital scientific literacy by utilizing science e-modules grounded in Qur’an-based Integration-Interconnection and Spiritual Intelligence (QISI). The participants consisted of 45 students from Luqmanul Hakim IT Junior High School, and the research employed a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design and purposive sampling technique. The validity results show that the e-module is very valid (87.40%) and very practical (83.83%). N-gain analysis recorded a score of 0.71 (high category), which indicates a significant increase in students' scientific literacy. This e-module is not only effective in integrating spiritual values with science, but also supports higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and increases scientific literacy in the digital era. This study contributes not only to enhancing digital science literacy, but also to preparing Indonesian students to become intellectually competent, spiritually grounded, and well-equipped to face the global challenges of the 21st century. By integrating science and technology with Qur’anic values, the QISI-based e-module offers a relevant, contextual, and transformative learning model for the future of education in Indonesia.
