Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and startup sectors. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from a number of MSMEs and startups to analyze the factors that influence the adoption and success of CRM implementation. The findings show that limited resources, lack of knowledge about the benefits of CRM, and dependence on technological infrastructure are the main challenges in adopting CRM systems. However, CRM has also been found to have great potential in increasing customer retention, developing more suitable products, and expanding into new markets. Practical implications of these findings include recommendations for appropriate resource allocation, employee training, and more effective digital marketing strategies. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of CRM implementation in the context of MSMEs and startups as well as practical guidance for improving business performance through effective CRM strategies.

Abstract

This article investigates the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by individuals with disabilities through digital business transformation, with a specific focus on reviewing content creators on the YouTube platform. This analytical approach aims to understand how disabled MSMEs utilize digital platforms, particularly YouTube, to expand their reach, increase visibility, and gain support from the community. Data were collected through searching and analyzing content produced by creators related to disabilities and MSMEs, using the search method of the top 10 views from 3 hashtags #MSME #disability #digital. The findings from this analysis reveal the low intensity of the number of viewers with the highest views still below 1000, there are already some parties that have supported disabled MSMEs by involving various stakeholders, such as the government, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, academics, business associations, and surrounding communities. These findings not only reveal the strategies and best practices used by disabled MSMEs in utilizing YouTube but also highlight the challenges and opportunities they face in the process. Policy implications and recommendations to support the growth of disabled MSMEs through digital platforms are also discussed. This research is expected to provide a deeper insight into the role of digital business in strengthening economic inclusion for individuals with disabilities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Coffee organizations at the international level report that world coffee consumption continues to increase every years. This growth in world coffee consumption has had a positive impact on coffee MSMEs in Indonesia, including Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya. The problem faced by coffee MSMEs such as Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya is that they are unable to compete with competitors. This research was carried out using a qualitative case study approach. With stages, first, identifying internal factors and external factors for MSMEs in marketing products and then determining alternative strategies. And the research results found that a strategy to increase the Langgano Jombang and Kikopi Surabaya markets that can be done is to use power as a tool to seize opportunities. Or in the Strengths – Opportunities quadrant.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, inovasi menjadi faktor penting bagi keberlanjutan dan daya saing Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mendorong kreativitas karyawan di sektor UKM ayam petelur di Gresik dan Lamongan. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode wawancara mendalam untuk menggali dinamika hubungan antara pemimpin dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas karyawan melalui pemberian kebebasan bereksperimen, penghargaan terhadap ide-ide kreatif, serta komunikasi dua arah yang terbuka. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Dukungan emosional dan insentif terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoretis, dengan menyoroti pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif, produktif, dan adaptif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan strategis bagi pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing di tengah persaingan pasar yang dinamis.

Abstract

The role of stakeholders is becoming increasingly important in creating added value, especially in the context of Islamic principles which provide an in-depth and holistic view of the concept of corporate value. This research aims to reveal in depth the efforts of PT Pesantren Agrobisnis Agroindustri Mukmin Mandiri in Sidoarjo Regency, an SME owned by an Islamic boarding school, in increasing added value so that it can continue to exist and develop. The research method used is a qualitative case study type, with data collection through direct observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that this company has succeeded in increasing added value through product differentiation, further processing, and applying Islamic working principles. These findings contribute to business and management literature, especially for companies that apply Islamic principles, by providing principles for effective and sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Human Resources (HR) resilience strategies in the context of youth organizations, especially the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement (PMII), in the Digital 5.0 era. Using the McKinsey 7S Framework approach, this study focuses on how the seven main elements of the organization strategy, structure, system, staff, skills, management style, and shared values affect organizational and HR resilience in facing challenges and opportunities caused by advances in digital technology. This study adopts a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and SWOT analysis to identify driving and inhibiting factors in building resilient HR. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy, adaptation skills, and strengthening social networks are important components in developing HR resilience. This study provides an important contribution to the development of strategic policies and programs in youth organizations in Indonesia

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the performance of village youth organizations through organizational redesign and restructuring. This activity was motivated by various problems faced by village youth organizations, such as ineffective organizational structures, lack of clear division of tasks, and minimal member participation. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this program involves all members of the organization in the process of assessing needs, planning and implementing change. The first step is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing organizational structure and identify weaknesses and potential improvements. Based on the results of this analysis, a redesign of the organizational structure was carried out with the aim of creating a more efficient and effective work flow. Apart from that, various restructuring strategies were also implemented, such as a more specific division of tasks, increasing leadership capacity, and developing better communication mechanisms. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the performance of village youth organizations, which is reflected in increased member participation, effectiveness of program implementation, and achievement of overall organizational goals. It is hoped that this program can become a model for other youth organizations in efforts to improve performance through organizational redesign and restructuring.

Abstract

This article discusses a Community Service Program (PKM) entitled Human Resource Empowerment through Motivation and Organizational Literacy Assistance in Student Organizations in the Society 5.0 Era. The program is motivated by the low managerial capacity and motivation of student organization members in managing programs, facing digitalization challenges, and developing leadership potential amid the demands of Society 5.0. The implementation method adopts a case study approach through mentoring stages consisting of (1) organizational needs identification, (2) preparation of motivation and organizational literacy modules, (3) interactive training, and (4) sustainability evaluation. The results indicate significant improvements in intrinsic motivation, organizational communication skills, and student organizational literacy. HR empowerment outcomes are reflected in increased active participation, enhanced leadership capacity, and organizational program sustainability. The article concludes with strategic recommendations for student organizations to become more adaptive, innovative, and competitive in the Society 5.0 era.
