Abstract

Lahirnya seorang pemimpin memiliki dua kemungkinan, yaitu terbentuk secara alami dan karena dibentuk oleh kelompok tertentu dan dibesarkan oleh situasi politik yang memberi peluang untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin. Pendidikan multikultural disekolah membutuhkan peran kepemimpinan transformasional yang yang memusatkan model kepemimpinannya pada penciptaan iklim positif budaya organisasi melalui tiga aspek yaitu artikulasi visi, kepemimpinan bersama, dan pengembangan motivasi dan komitmen bersama. Dengan perannya sebagai role model, kepala sekolah menginspirasi para guru, tenaga kependidikan dan siswa untuk menerapkan sikap mengahargai perbedaaan.

Abstract

The background of this paper is the prevalence of bullying behavior in society. Bullying behavior almost colors all aspects of life, especially in the political year. So that the success of our education is questioned. History has proven that the jahiliyyah tradition can turn into a prophetic tradition. The Prophet Muhammad was successful in instilling anti-bullying values. The approach used is qualitative, using the Library Study method (library research), and research relies on library data. This study found that there were 3 main methods of anti-bullying education carried out by the Prophet Muhammad, namely: first, the Prophet became a model, uswah hasanah, a role model in educating friends. Second, the Prophet Muhammad told the companions to carry out the teachings of Islam. Third, the Prophet Muhammad prohibited or condemned bullying.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contextualization strategy of religious content by STKIP Abdi Pendidikan Payakumbuh students through social media in order to strengthen understanding and internalization of moderate and contextual Islamic values. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that students not only act as passive consumers, but also as active, adaptive, and reflective producers of religious content. Contextualization strategies are carried out through the use of communicative and dialogical language, the selection of visual formats that are attractive and in accordance with the characteristics of digital platforms, and the delivery of Islamic values that are reflective, moderate, and relevant to contemporary issues. However, this process is not free from various challenges, such as limited digital and religious literacy, time constraints, algorithmic pressure, and social resistance in the form of negative comments. This research recommends the importance of strengthening digital Islamic literacy, creative media training, and the integration of digital da'wah in student character development programs in higher education.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru berinovasi, termasuk guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Namun, banyak guru PAI SD di Kecamatan Palupuh, Kabupaten Agam, masih kesulitan mengadopsi media canva. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kreativitas dan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan canva dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), mencakup pemetaan awal, membangun hubungan kemanusiaan, penentuan agenda riset untuk perubahan sosial, pemetaan partisipatif, merumuskan masalah kemanusiaan, menyusun strategi gerakan, pengorganisasian masyarakat, melancarkan aksi perubahan, membangun pusat belajar masyarakat, refleksi, dan meluaskan skala gerakan dan dukungan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru, terbukti dari skor post-test yang naik dari 55% menjadi 87%. Guru lebih percaya diri merancang pembelajaran, yang meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Selain itu, pelatihan mendorong kreativitas guru dalam menyusun materi ajar serta membentuk komunitas berbagi media ajar sebagai bentuk kolaborasi. Meski demikian, kendala seperti akses internet, perangkat terbatas, dan waktu menjadi tantangan. Diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan, dukungan infrastruktur, dan penguatan komunitas agar inovasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Madrasah di Indonesia telah berevolusi signifikan dari Orde Lama (1945–1965), Orde Baru (1966–1998), hingga Era Reformasi (1998–2025), mencerminkan adaptasi terhadap dinamika sosial-politik dan kebutuhan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan kelembagaan, kurikulum, pendanaan, dan profesionalisasi guru menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif historis-komparatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, dengan data dari dokumen resmi (UU No. 4/1950, UU No. 2/1989, UU No. 20/2003), literatur akademik, dan laporan kebijakan periode 1945–2025, dianalisis melalui triangulasi sumber dan analisis konten kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengakuan formal madrasah melalui kebijakan tersebut, dengan kemajuan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dan keterampilan serta digitalisasi melalui Program ekstrakurikuler seperti kegiatan keagamaan, seni Islami, dan lain-lain. Meskipun demikian tantangan disparitas infrastruktur dan pendanaan masih ada, terutama di daerah terpencil. Madrasah telah menjadi institusi adaptif dan kompetitif, namun memerlukan kebijakan inklusif untuk mengatasi ketimpangan regional dan meningkatkan daya saing global sesuai Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs)

Abstract

The quality of worship in prayer is essential for every Muslim to achieve perfection. However, many STKIP Abdi Pendidikan Payakumbuh students experience difficulty maintaining focus and understanding during prayer. This study aimed to improve the seriousness of students' prayers through intensive training that applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The methods used included problem identification, joint planning, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability. The training focused on the meaning of prayer, techniques to improve concentration, and prayer practice with direct guidance. The training results showed a significant improvement in the students' prayer devotion, characterised by a deeper understanding of the meaning of prayer, improved quality of recitation and movements, and more meaningful spiritual experiences. These findings suggest that strengthening the religious assets of individuals and communities can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of prayer.
