Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the impact of the Family Hope Program (PKH) on improving the quality of life of the community in Tegal Sari Mandala II Village, Medan Denai District. This program is expected to strengthen the welfare of poor families by improving access to health services and education, as well as the economic resilience of recipient households. The study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to in-depth describe the experiences and changes experienced by beneficiary families. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and field observations. The findings indicate that PKH contributed to increased utilization of maternal and child health services, increased school participation of beneficiary children, and improved family economic capacity, although not yet optimal. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening mentoring, improving the quality of basic services, and optimizing the role of local governments so that PKH can have a more sustainable impact on community welfare.

Abstract

Satu langkah di bawah presiden di cabang eksekutif adalah wakil presiden. Wakil presiden membantu presiden dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, sesuai dengan Pasal 4 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Meskipun ada perubahan sebelumnya pada Konstitusi, struktur konstitusional Republik Indonesia tidak secara tegas mendefinisikan tanggung jawab dan wewenang wakil presiden. Akibatnya, tidak jelas apa tanggung jawab wakil presiden. Wakil presiden masih dianggap sebagai individu yang terpisah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif, jenis penyelidikan hukum yang mencakup proses pengumpulan data menyeluruh yang melibatkan pencarian perpustakaan untuk literatur yang relevan atau sumber sekunder. Ketika presiden meninggalkan jabatannya karena pengunduran diri, hambatan untuk melakukan tanggung jawabnya, seperti ketika dia meninggal saat menjabat, atau ketika dia memindahkan kepresidenan, Wakil Presiden memiliki tanggung jawab dan kekuasaan untuk melakukannya.

Abstract

Bullying in the school environment is a problem that has a serious impact on students' emotional, social and academic development. This research aims to analyze efforts to prevent bullying behavior through a collaborative-based Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning approach for students at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were PPKn teachers and students in grades VII and VIII of SMP Negeri 35 Medan. The research results show that collaborative-based Civics learning is effective in increasing students' awareness about the impact of bullying and strengthening positive social relationships between them. Supporting factors for implementing this method include teacher support, student enthusiasm, and school policies, while inhibiting factors include time constraints and students' lack of initial understanding about collaboration. The results of this research show that the collaborative learning approach in Civics is able to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, while preventing bullying behavior. This research recommends further development of collaborative methods involving learning technology to strengthen the results achieved.
