Abstract

Untuk memberikan pemahaman atas tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya diperlukan adanya pemberian materi serta arahan yang tepat dan baik kepada peserta didik. Melalui penyampaian edukasi hukum mengenai tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya kepada peserta didik menjadi salah satu bentuk asa yang dilakukan penyusun untuk memberikan edukasi kepada peserta didik khususnya di SMA Negeri 66 Jakarta. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, penyuluhan, dan diskusi yang berjudul Hentikan Bullying Sekarang Juga, Sekolah Terasa Indah Tanpa Bullying. Target khusus pengabdian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas yang sudah memiliki pemahaman atas tindakan perundungan dan memahami hukum. Adapun tujuan utama dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada objek pengabdian terkait dengan tindakan perundungan dan larangan-larangannya untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman dan kondusif dari tindakan perundungan. Peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan dapat dilihat dari hasil posttest yang membuktikan siswa dan siswa sangat memahami materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

As a country governed by the rule of law, Indonesia is certainly not exempt from legal policy in the process of formulating legislation. The concept of legal policy refers to the policies and procedures that the government can employ to establish a legal system. Based on this, the problem formulation arises regarding the nature of the political aspects of legislation in the Job Creation Law (Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja) and the development and participation of the society in the creation of the Job Creation Law. The research method used is normative juridical, with a statute and conceptual approach. The results of the discussion show that the political aspects determine the objectives of what will be formulated in the legislation. In Indonesia, the formulation must be based on Pancasila, which serves as the fundamental norm of the state. The increasing critical and wise development of society must be taken into account to involve them in the formulation of legislation. The involvement of society aims to ensure that the resulting regulations will be beneficial for the people.

Abstract

This study analyzes the president’s narrative through Habermas’ deliberative democracy framework and assesses the communication relations between the elite and the public within the IKN policy as a reflection of the quality of participatory democracy in Indonesia. The article aims to examine whether elite political communication can serve as an indicator of the overall quality of democracy itself. The research method employed is qualitative content analysis, examining Mata Najwa as a representation of democracy and an alternative media platform. Data were gathered from various media sources and academic references, and analyzed comprehensively to produce findings that are relevant, applicable, and contributive to the development of media and democracy discourse in Indonesia. Mata Najwa, hosted by Najwa Shihab, has become one of the most notable highlights within Indonesia’s media landscape. With a track record as an independent journalist, the program consistently discusses political, social, cultural, and societal issues through a critical, reflective, and credible approach. Each broadcast presents competent speakers and multiple perspectives, creating a comprehensive dialogic space. This approach not only provides information but also education, while enhancing public satisfaction and awareness. The Mata Najwa podcast plays a strategic role in fostering an open political discussion space in Indonesia. Through the episode “[Exclusive] Jokowi on IKN, Gibran, and ‘Put Jokowi on Trial’,” the program invited President Jokowi to respond to political issues, public criticisms, and national policies. This broadcast reflects values of national defense, ethical leadership, and political courage in facing contemporary challenges.
