Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever or DHF is a disease spread through mosquitoes, often occurring in tropical and subtropical areas throughout the world. The common symptoms of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are high fever and other flu-like symptoms. One of the four types of dengue virus is the cause of dengue fever. We can get infected not because we are around people who are infected, but because this disease is transmitted through mosquito bites. Two mosquitoes that can transmit this virus are Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. These two types of mosquitoes are often found around residential areas. Until now, dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is still a problem in society. This research aims to find new forms of efforts or ideas related to community empowerment in efforts to prevent and control the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). This research uses a literature study that examines various references that are closely related to dengue fever, with Google Scholar as a source for searching for articles that the author uses in this research. The articles that the author uses are articles from at least 2018, both articles and journals. We used 10 journals identified from Google Scholar. This literature review can provide recommendations regarding the role of the community in improving the implementation of every dengue control program in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country known for its cultural diversity, more than that Indonesia also has a very wide water area. Most of Indonesia's territory consists of oceans and has considerable marine potential. With the potential it has, it should be able to prosper the community, fishermen who depend on this marine (maritime) potential. But in reality, the life of fishing communities is always poverty stricken, even the life of fishermen is often identified with poverty. Fishermen (especially labor fishermen and traditional fishermen) are part of a community group that can be classified as the poorest social layer among coastal community groups. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all fishermen in the coastal area of ​​Pantai Labu, Palu Sibaji District. Sampling of this study by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in research by way of interviews using prepared questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 people who work as fishermen. The findings from this study, most of the fishermen still catch fish using traditional tools, besides that the fishermen also make efforts to protect aquatic ecosystems such as making fish houses and strictly prohibiting the occurrence of sea bombings. Abstract

Beban kerja ialah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesuksesan Anda. Kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja merupakan suatu hal yang saling berkaitan, karena beban kerja harus dipastikan terlebih dahulu sebelum menempatkan seorang pegawai pada posisi yang tepat dalam suatu organisasi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan karyawan berkinerja lebih baik, merasa nyaman dalam bekerja, dan mencapai visi misi perusahaan dengan cara yang efektif dan efisien. Adanya penelitian mengatakan bahwa beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan oleh karena itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara beban kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pekerja di kantor pencarian dan pertolongan kelas A medan (BASARNAS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling atau sampel sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan melalui wawancara seputar hubungan beban kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil Penelitian menungjukkan adanya hubungan beban kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada pekerja di Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Medan (BASARNAS). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki beban kerja yang tinggi cenderung mengalami penurunan dalam kinerja mereka, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen dalam mengelola beban kerja agar tidak melebihi kapasitas karyawan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, seperti kondisi pekerjaan dan penggunaan waktu, sangat penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil kerja.
