Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aturan permainan Monopoli Operasi Bilangan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Monopoli Operasi Bilangan digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan operasi hitung aljabar. Subjek penelitian dilakukan terhadap 47 siswa kelas XI SMK 28 Oktober. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar obsservasi, catatan lapangan, dan tes. Pembelajaran berbasis Monopoli Operasi Bilangan dimulai dengan menjelaskan materi dan membagi siswa dalam beberapa kelompok. Permainan dimulai dengan Pemain melemparkan dadu, melangkah di atas petak, kemudian meletakkan bidak sesuai tempat terakhir hitungan dadu pada petak. Setelah itu, pemain mengambil kartu bertanda positif dan negatif. Jika jawaban benar pemain mendapat poin, sedangkan jika jawaban salah maka pemain mendapat pengurangan poin. Pada akhir permainan, guru mengumumkan pemenang yaitu kelompok yang mendapatkan poin terbanyak selama permainan berlangsung. Hasil tes menunjukan bahwa siswa yang tuntas belajar pada tahap pretest sebanyak 25,5%, pada siklus I sebanyak 78%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemandirian belajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review, dengan analisis deskriftif dan data yang di peroleh dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat bebererapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam merealisasikan kemandirian belajar, seperti adanya motivasi dalam diri peserta didik terlebih dahulu, rasa ingin bisa belajar secara mandiri, tanggung jawab dan percaya diri bahwa bisa menyelesaikan permasalah dalam menghadapi materi pembelajaran. Kemandirian bisa dilakukan dengan didukung oleh fasilitas dan metode dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, perlu adanya pembiasaan mulai sejak dini dalam membiasakan memanfaatkan teknologi, gaya belajar dan belajar mandiri agar terbiasa dengan hal-hal baru. Agar peserta didik lebih terbiasa dengan belajar mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the initial reading challenges faced by first-grade students at SDN Kuin Utara 7. It does this by analyzing the challenges in initial reading, identifying the factors that contribute to these challenges, and identifying the steps that teachers can take to help their students become better readers. Three methods of gathering data were used in this qualitative study: student interviews, instructor interviews, and observation. Five first-graders were among the study's participants. Five first-graders at SDN Kuin Utara 7 were categorized as poor in the first reading ability group, according to the study's results. Poor letter identification, halting or less fluent reading, and speech issues including stuttering were among the challenges encountered. Both internal and external factors contribute to these challenges.

Abstract

Background:  The marketing mix is a solution for patient problems, in obtaining pleasant, comfortable service and good communication from the hospital to customers. Loyalty level that displays the need to have a high sense of loyalty, as well as having a beneficial effect on the healthcare organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the marketing mix and patient loyalty in the outpatient installation polyclinic at the Nyi Ageng Serang Kulon Progo Regional General Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative research approach cross-sectional. The sample in this study was 110 outpatient polyclinic patients selected by purposive sampling. There search was conducted in June-July 2023 at Nyi Ageng Serang Hospital, Kulon Progo. Data analysis univariate, bivariate and multivariate with Chi Square statistical tests and Multiple Linear Regression statistical tests. Results: The study showed that marketing mix in this hospital could be classified sufficient for product and physical dimension, good for price and promotion, and bad for location, human resource, and process. Conclusion:  This study concludes that the marketing mix of hospitals in RSUD Nyi Ageng Serang, Kulon Progo for product and physical dimensions is quite sufficient, price and promotion dimensions are good, while for place, people, and process are not good. Therefore, the Hospital, especially the Public Relations and Marketing unit, can optimize various marketing innovations to patients, families, and the community.
