Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location and promotion on interest in visiting the Uptown Brew coffee shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis methods. Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The population in the study were all visitors who came to Uptown Brew Coffee Shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 100 people. Partial research results show that location and promotion have a significant effect on visiting interest. A strategic location that is easy to find is the most important thing in opening a business. Promotions carried out by Uptown Brew Coffee Shop include promotions on social media and conventional word of mouth which can provide potential visitors with information and experiences.

Abstract

The restaurant industry is an important sector in the world of tourism and consumption, including in Indonesia. A successful restaurant depends not only on the quality of its food, but also customer satisfaction which encourages repeat visits. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting the Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, as well as testing the role of visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative research with path analysis techniques involving 100 respondents who are visitors who have visited more than once. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on visitor satisfaction and interest in visiting, both directly and indirectly through satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between product quality and visiting interest. Therefore, restaurants need to continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of products and services to create a sustainable positive experience. The advice for restaurant managers is to maintain consistent product quality and provide friendly service, while visitors are advised to provide constructive input to improve their dining experience.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for tourism services in Lawangsewu, Semarang. This research employed quantitative methods with regression analysis. The author used primary data and purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 95 respondents. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was used for this research. The data analysis revealed that promotion and price significantly influence purchasing decisions for tourism services in Lawangsewu, Semarang. Future researchers investigating related issues can use this study's findings as a guide. This study can also be used as assessment data to help business managers focus more on promotions to facilitate marketing campaigns with a wider audience.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work morale on employee performance at the Surabi 74 Larangan Restaurant, Tangerang City, Banten Province. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach with multiple analysis methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where the population and sample were the same, namely 34 employees of Rumah Makan Surabi 74 Larangan. Partial research results: work environment and work spirit influence employee performance at Rumah Makan Surabi 74 Larangan. The work environment at Rumah Makan Surabi 74 Prohibitions affect employee performance, including physical factors such as the condition of the work space, lighting, temperature, noise, cleanliness and comfort, but also include non-physical factors such as organizational culture, dynamics of interactions between colleagues, and implementation of management systems. Then work enthusiasm plays a role in improving performance by encouraging active employee participation, initiative, and improving the quality of services and products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on visiting decisions through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Surabi 74 Larangan Restaurant, Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method (path analysis) processed using SmartPLS software. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were Surabi 74 customers who had visited in the last six months. Data collection was conducted through distributing questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and has a direct and indirect significant effect on visiting decisions. Customer satisfaction is proven to be a mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and visiting decisions, meaning that the higher the customer satisfaction, the more likely they are to return. This finding emphasizes the importance of improving service quality that includes aspects of accommodation, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty. Based on these results, it is recommended that restaurant managers improve service standards through employee training, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a varied menu to maintain customer satisfaction and interest in visiting in the future.
