Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga terhadap stabilitas keuangan rumah tangga pada pelaku wirausaha di obyek wisata Danau Cipondoh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 7. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dimana populasi sama dengan sampel yaitu berjumlah 31 orang dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pelaku wirausaha yang ada di Obyek Wisata Danau Cipondoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel stabilitas keuangan rumah tangga. Sementara nilai Adjusted R2 yang didapat sebesar 83,41%, yang menunjukan bahwa kemampuan variabel bahwa variabel pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga dalam menjelaskan variabel stabilitas keuangan dalam rumah tangga adalah sebesar 83,41%, sisanya sebesar 16,59%, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.  Kata Kunci:        Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga, Stabilitas Keuangan Dalam Rumah Tangga ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine household income and household expenditure on financial stability in the household of entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh tourism objects. The sample in this study amounted to 31 people by distributing questionnaires to entrepreneurs in Cipondoh Lake Tourism Object. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews 7 program. The results of the multiple regression equation research show that the variables of household income and household expenditure partially have a significant effect on the variable of household financial stability. Meanwhile, the adjusted R2 value is 83.41%, which indicates that the variable ability of household income and household expenses in explaining household financial stability variables is 83.41%, the remaining 16.59% is explained by other variables outside of this study.Keywords: Household Income, Household Expenditures and Financial Stability in Households

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of yield/revenue with RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis method in this study uses the trend analysis method. Data sources were obtained from Hotel X & Conventions in the form of daily hotel reports, revenue management forecast reports and pattern reports from January to December 2018. The results show that Yield/Revenue Management has been implemented well at Hotel X & Conventions Kelapa Gading in 2018 by making a RevPAR estimate that is close to the actual, with the difference between the estimated data and the actual data being only 5.34% to 17%. The highest RevPAR was in August 2018 which was Rp. 585,690,- and the lowest was in February 2018 which was Rp. 474,114. The conclusion of this study is that Hotel X & Conventions Kelapa Gading has implemented yield/revenue management well in 2018 by carrying out RevPAR estimates which are almost in accordance with the actual, with the difference between the estimated data and the actual data.Keywords: Yield/Revenue Management, RevPar(Revenue Per Available Room)

Abstract

This community service aims to provide socialization on how to get loans from banks for entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh who have businesses in these tourist attractions. Through this activity, entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh are motivated to borrow funds from financial institutions, namely banks, not moneylenders. This activity involved 27 entrepreneurs, this activity was carried out using counseling, training and consultation methods. This activity includes how entrepreneurs can easily borrow bank credit, easy steps for entrepreneurs to get business capital from banks and how to make proposals. The results of the training activities show that entrepreneurs know more about how to get credit loans from banks so that by seeking business capital from banks, they will get an injection of fresh funds, which can make businesses develop faster and faster.

Abstract

The hotel industry is an industry that can support the tourism sector, including one-star to five-star hotels. This study aims to determine the development of receivables collection at Hotel Z Jakarta, where there are many variations of bad debts after 30 days. The research analysis method used is Accounts Receivable Turnover, Average Billing Period, Arrears Ratio, and Billing Ratio. The data obtained from this study uses the observation method of financial data, especially receivables data to analyze receivables in the 2019-2021 annual period to determine the level of receivables turnover on cash receipts. Based on the results of research conducted; The average billing period rate at the Hotel Z Jakarta hotel is still in good condition with an average of 18 days in paying off receivables. There is an increase of 13.48% in receivables collection from 2019-2021.

Abstract

Kebanyakan dari mahasiswa kurang memahami tentang pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik di lingkungan mahasiswa, maka pengetahuan dan praktek pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat bagi mahasiswa harus diterapkan meliputi displin menabung, memanfaat sumber penerimaan, mengatur pengeluaran keuangan, membuat rencana anggaran keuangan, membuat pos dana cadangan, belajar untuk berinvestasi dan dapat mengendalikan diri. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa cara mengelola keuangan sehingga mereka mengerti dan memahami perencanaan keuangan pribadi dan bijak dalam mengurus finansialnya. Metode pelaksanaannya dengan cara penyuluhan dan konsultasi melalui zoom online dengan 24 mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi ILmu Ekonomi Bisnis Indonesi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan materi yang akan disampaikan yang sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa saat-saat ini. Hasil dari pengabdian ini para mahasiswa sangat merespon positif kegiatan pengabdian ini karena banyak sekali mahasiswa yang bertanya tentang permasalahan keuangan yang sedang dihadapi, kami sebagai pemberi penyuluhan dan konsultasi, sangat antusias dan lancar menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan para mahasiswa memulai dengan displin menabung, memanfaatkan pemasukan, mengatur pengeluaran keuangan, membuat renacan anggaran keuangan, membuat pos dana cadangan, belajar investasi dan mengatur keinginan atau mengendalikan diri.

Abstract

Pesatnya pertumbuhan usaha kuliner menghasilkan tingkat persaingan usaha. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan investasi dari aspek keuangan. Pendekatan kelayakaninvestasi diaplikasikan melalui Payback Period, Net Present Value dan Profitability Index.Berdasarkan olah data diperoleh Payback Periode, Net Prsent Value dan Profitability Indextermasuk ke dalam kriteria layak yaitu 11 bulan, bernilai positif dan 2,5 kali. Hal tersebutmengindikasikan bahwa investasi terhadap kedai seafood dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality on business success. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS. The location of this research was conducted at the tourist destination of Lake Cipondoh. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling because the total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 entrepreneurs in the Lake Cipondoh tourist destination. The results of the study partially show that entrepreneurship education, family environment and personality have a significant effect on business success. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on business success, because in entrepreneurship education there is provision of skills in the form of self-development which can be understood as an effort to apply an entrepreneurial spirit and mentality. The family environment has a significant effect on business success, because from the family environment, entrepreneurs are inspired and receive support for entrepreneurship. namely high fighting power, courage and self-confidence, overcoming fear and anxiety, controlling every decision yourself, having an independent nature not depending on others. The value of the coefficient of determination of business success is 69.8%, the variable of business success is influenced by the variables of entrepreneurial education, family environment and personality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine salary, incentives and work motivation on employee performance. Quantitative descriptive is this type of research, using several analytical methods. The unit of analysis is hotel 88 employees consisting of Hotel 88 Mangga Besar 120 employees, Hotel 88 Mangga Besar VIII employees and Hotel 88 Fatmawati employees using accidental sampling. The population in this study were all employees at Hotel 88. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the study show that salary, incentives and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Salary is useful for employees to meet their daily needs. Employee incentives can increase employee work productivity as a reward for Hotel 88 work performance. Work motivation provides comfort for employees to continue working at Hotel 88 because the work environment is comfortable and safe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Babeh Sadeli Typical Betawi Restaurant. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis method which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors who had come to the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant. At the same time, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results showed that the quality of service and facilities significantly affected the variable of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction. This indicates that the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant provides quality consisting of security, security, and supervision.

Abstract

This study explores Sabana Fried Chicken, an Indonesian MSME specialising in halal fried chicken. Examining its inception in 2008, vision, mission, and SWOT analysis, the research highlights key factors contributing to its success: unique taste, high-quality ingredients, and effective customer service. Despite strengths, challenges include location limitations and supply dependence. Opportunities for expansion, menu diversification, and delivery services are identified, while threats stem from strong competitors, changing consumer preferences, regulations, and economic conditions. The marketing mix analysis reveals an affordable pricing strategy, strategic outlet locations, limited yet effective promotional activities, and a product focus on halal, delicious, and nutritious offerings. This case study offers insights for MSMEs navigating the dynamic landscape of the fast-food industry.
