Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar lempar lembing melalui modifikasi pembelajaran bola berekor pada siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian “Classroom Action Research“ (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subyek penelitian adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau sebanyak 30 siswa. Pembelajaran lempar lembing dengan bola berekor pada sisiwa kelas IV sangat memberikan suasanan yang baru yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, dampak positif seperti siswa tidak mengalami ketakutan, merasa senang dan tepat sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa , pada pengambilan nilai yang di mulai prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan secara sistematis.Kata Kunci: Lempar Lembing, Modifikasi Bola BerekorAbstract: This study aims to determine the learning outcome javelin through ball tailed modification and learning in the fourth grade students of SDN 08 Trans Merbang Sekadau . This research uses Classroom Action Research. Subjects were teachers collaborate with fourth grade students of State Elementary School 08 Trans Merbang Kabupaten Sekadau as many as 30 students . Learning javelin with a ball -tailed at sisiwa class IV give suasanan new that has never been done before , the positive impact of such students do not experience fear , feel good and appropriate to the capabilities of the students , the decision value at start prasiklus the first cycle and the second cycle increased systematically .Keywords: Javelin, Modified Tailed Ball

Abstract

Dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan antar hotel di Jakarta, Horison Hotel Ciledug memperhatikan minat beli pelanggan untuk mempertahankan hunian kamar mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas (Kualitas Layanan dan Harga)terhadap variabel terikat (Niat Membeli). 100 kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan Analisis Regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Niat Membeli.

Abstract

Revisit intention is a very important factor in the sustainability of a business. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the revisit intention to Pantjoran PIK, North Jakarta. The exogenous variables in this study were environment, culture, and food safety & hygiene. This research is explanatory research that seeks to explain the relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables. The research instrument used was online questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The research method used is quantitative analysis with individual analysis units and the PLS-SEM approach using SMARTPLS 4 software. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 160 samples. The measurement model analysis meets the requirements of convergent validity, reliability and discriminant validity. However, in the structural model analysis, only Food Safety & Hygiene had significant influence on Revisit Intention. These findings are in line with similar research during the Covid-19 pandemic although different sampling technique are suggested with longitudinal data to improve accuracy. Food Court and restaurant owners are suggested to maintain the food safety and hygiene to improve revisit intention during Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly reshaped various industries, with tourism being one of the most affected sectors. This study explores the transformation of tourist villages in the digital era, focusing on innovative strategies aimed at enhancing the appeal of tech-based tourism. By integrating digital tools such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mobile applications, and social media, tourist villages are increasingly able to attract tech-savvy travelers and offer immersive experiences. This paper examines the role of these digital innovations in revitalizing traditional tourist villages, improving visitor engagement, and creating new revenue streams. Additionally, it highlights how these technologies help preserve cultural heritage while offering modern solutions for marketing and customer service. The findings suggest that the digital transformation of tourist villages not only enhances their competitiveness in the global tourism market but also facilitates sustainable tourism practices. Ultimately, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the key strategies that can be adopted by local stakeholders to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of tourist villages in the digital age.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for tourism services in Lawangsewu, Semarang. This research employed quantitative methods with regression analysis. The author used primary data and purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 95 respondents. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was used for this research. The data analysis revealed that promotion and price significantly influence purchasing decisions for tourism services in Lawangsewu, Semarang. Future researchers investigating related issues can use this study's findings as a guide. This study can also be used as assessment data to help business managers focus more on promotions to facilitate marketing campaigns with a wider audience.

Abstract

This research explores legendary Jakarta culinary delights reflecting local traditions, global influences, and the city's cultural identity. The study aims to identify and analyse iconic restaurants such as Ragusa Es Italia and Nasi Goreng Kebon Sirih. The methods include semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document collection to understand culinary delights' experience, history, and social impact. The results identified eight legendary restaurants, each significantly contributing to Jakarta's culinary culture. The culinary experience at these places is not just about the food but also strengthens social interactions between diners, creating connected communities. Analysis shows that the restaurant is a custodian of cultural and historical values, connecting different generations. The conclusion is that the culinary legend not only serves delicious food but also builds the city's identity. Means for preserving culinary heritage include collaboration between government, communities, and entrepreneurs and training programs for the younger generation to maintain traditional cooking techniques. Hopefully, this research will become a reference in developing culinary studies and preserving cultural heritage in Jakarta. Abstract

This research aims to find out which tourists use public transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta Government. Public transportation is used to avoid traffic jams to get to tourist destinations comfortably and quickly. This research is qualitative research. The objects of this research are all public transportation places in the city of Jakarta and the seven tourist destinations most visited by tourists in Jakarta. The research was conducted by interviews and observations with the DKI Jakarta Transportation and Transportation Department and domestic and foreign tourists who use public transportation. The research results show that traveling to Jakarta using public transportation is a practical, efficient and often economical choice. Jakarta has various types of public transportation, including KRL, MRT, LRT, TransJakarta, Jaklingko, and online motorbike taxis, which can make it easier for tourists to explore various tourist attractions in this city. Jakarta has high safety standards in the field of public transportation, and passengers are expected to comply with applicable regulations and etiquette. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat wisatawan berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau, dengan menggunakan teori perilaku terencana sebagai kerangka penelitian utama dan ditambah persepsi resiko. Dalam penelitian ini, masyarakat yang pernah berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau menjadi objek penelitian. Sebanyak 115 kuesioner disebar di internet dengan metode purposive sampling. Semua data diverifikasi dengan statistik deskriptif dan analisis Partial Least Square dengan alat SmartPLS4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, sikap dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap niat berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau yang terlihat dari nilai p-value lebih kecil dari alfa 1%. Norma Subjektif tidak signifikan secara langsng mempengaruhi niat berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau yang terlihat dari nilai p-value lebih besar dari alfa 1%. Jika melihat hubungan tidak langsung, Persepsi Resiko signifikan secara langsung mempengaruhi sikap dan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap niat berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau, tetapi tidak signifikan secara langsung terhadap Norma Subjektif dan tidak langsung terhadap Niat berkunjung ke Objek Wisata Lembah Harau.
