Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether brand image and promotion influence consumer purchasing decisions at Sehat Bakery Sibuluan Indah? The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of brand image and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at Sehat Bakery Sibuluan Indah. The hypothesis in this study is brand image and promotion have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Sehat Bakery Sibuluan Indah. population of 250 people. The sample is 63 people. Data sources come from primary and secondary data. The research results show that the coefficient of determination R Square is 56.4%. Simultaneous testing obtained Fcount (38.829) greater than Ftable (3.15) or (38.829 > 3.15) meaning that brand image and promotion together have a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions consumers where the t-count value is 2.738 > the t-table value is 1.999. Partially the promotion variable has the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, where the t-count value is 5.703 > ttable 1.999

Abstract

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is one of the innovative programs initiated by the Ministry of Home Affairs in order to digitize population administration services. This program aims to make it easier for the public to access population identity digitally, replacing or complementing the use of physical documents such as Electronic Population Cards (KTP-el) with technology-based applications. IKD is expected to increase service efficiency, provide convenience for the public, and create a more modern and integrated population administration. Based on the Sibolga City Population Administration Implementation Report for November 2024, it was recorded that as of November, 70,404 residents of Sibolga City had recorded their KTP-el and 4,777 people or 6.78% had activated IKD. This figure is still very small when compared to the national target of 25% which was then increased again to 30% or 21,121 people. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses a single case study method to provide an in-depth picture of the readiness of the Sibolga City community to activate IKD and can also provide detailed and contextual information about the phenomenon being studied. Based on interviews with informants who came to the Dukcapil Office, they had not received sufficient information about IKD, there was no socialization to the community even though the Dukcapil Office had conveyed information related to IKD to the Head of the Environment throughout Sibolga City, but the information was not forwarded to the community. Even so, the IKD application was not immediately accepted by many people. In fact, the IKD application was flooded with criticism from various parties. Overall, the IKD application still often experiences errors and fails to access many times. This was expressed by the community and officers, both in the service and officers in the field who had tried to use the IKD application.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Partnership Service (PKM) program is to provide the residents of Mela II Village with an understanding of the key aspects of a business feasibility study that should be considered before starting a business. This training also aims to increase the community's income through beach tourism businesses, so that the tourism sector in Mela II Village, Central Tapanuli Regency, can develop like other beaches in the area. The implementation of the training consists of 3 stages: (1) Training Preparation Stage, (2) Training Implementation Stage, (3) Final Evaluation Stage. The PKM community service partner is the people of Mela II Village, Tapian Nauli District, Central Tapanuli Regency. The main issue of the partner is how to convey to the community that Mela II Village also has the potential to develop like other areas, as long as the entire community has the intention and purpose to grow. In addition, the people of Mela II Village, Tapian Nauli District, Central Tapanuli Regency, are expected to further understand business opportunities by utilizing regional potential with limited capital, but which can provide substantial profits. It is anticipated that this program will proceed effectively, leading to an increase in the community's knowledge.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang telah dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan masyarakat Kelurahan Albion Prancis yang terletak di Kecamatan Pinangsori, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Sumatera Utara. yang terdiri dari Ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri sangat membutuhkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan keterampilan dalam bidang kuliner untuk meningkatkan minat mereka sebagai upaya mengembangkan sektor UMKM dari rumahtangga. untuk menggurangi pengganguran wanita di Kelurahan Albion Prancis. Solusi yang akan diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dengan memberikan pelatihan mengolah tahu menjadi nugget tahu kepada Ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri di Desa Albion sesuai dengan kondisi Kelurahan Albion Prancis sebagai salah satu penghasil tahu di Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Tahu yang dihasilkan oleh pabrik tahu biasanya hanya dijual kepada pengecer yang merupakan masyarakat sekitar yang akan menjualnya kembali ke pasar di Sibolga dan Tapanuli Tengah. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik pabrik, mereka tidak lagi mengirim tahu ke kota atau kabupaten lain, sehingga pendapatannya menurun. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan peluang bisnis baru. Metode dan materi yang akan diberikan saat pelatihan sebagai solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra sebagai berikut: a) Pelatihan mengolah tahu menjadi nugget tahu, b) Pelatihan mengemas atau packaging, c) Pelatihan pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian bagi masyarakat digunakan metode yang bervariasi yaitu: 1) Metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, 2) Metode demonstrasi dan praktek, 3) Bimbingan. Masyarakat Kelurahan Albion Kecamatan Pinangsori Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah memiliki keterampilan dalam berinovasi dalam mengolah tahu sebagai bahan utamanya. Masyarakat sangat berminat terhadap pelatihan ini karena optimis dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga.
