Abstract

With regard to the learning achievement of class VI students at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar, the aim of the research is to determine the potential influence of teacher creativity and the use of technology as a science learning medium. Questionnaires were used in this study to measure how much technology is used as a science education tool and to evaluate the creativity of teachers. To determine the effect of a treatment on the dependent variable, this research method uses quantitative research in the form of experiments. By being given the opportunity to become a sample, each member of the population is given the opportunity to be selected using random sampling techniques. Three hundred and fifty students, seventeen males and eighteen females, comprised the VIG class sample. In this research, student learning achievement (Y) is the dependent variable and two independent variables are used, namely teacher creativity (X2) and use of technology as a science learning medium (X1). This research uses two types of data, namely the average daily science assessment score and primary data in the form of a questionnaire with 35 respondents. Regression analysis and correlation tests are used in the data analysis process to assess the relationship between variables. At ϼ= 0.05, the research produces Tcount = 0.745 and Ttable = 0.444. Tcount > Ttable shows that Hₒ is rejected and H₁ is accepted based on standard criteria. Thus, the learning achievement of class VI MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar students is influenced by the use of technology as a science learning medium and teacher creativity.

Abstract

Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan menjadi hal yang penting yang bisa mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar dan sistem pada suatu lembaga sekolah, dimana manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang baik dapat akan memastikan bahwasanya dana yang tersedia dipergunakan secara efektif serta efisien, sehingga bisa mengoptimalkan kualitas pendidikan. Manajemen keuangan juga memungkinkan lembaga pendidikan agar mengelola risiko keuangan, seperti biaya yang tidak terduga ataupun kekurangan dana. Peran penting manajemen keuangan dalam konteks pendidikan juga terwujud saat memastikan akses yang adil serta merata terhadap pendidikan bagi seluruh peserta didik. Dengan penerapan manajemen keuangan yang efektif, sekolah bisa memberikan peluang yang setara bagi semua peserta didik agar memperoleh pendidikan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi signifikansi manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, menggunakan literatur berupa jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen terkait yang mendukung penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang manjemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik dan diharapkan untuk memberikan manfaat dalam evaluasi dan perbaikan dan mengoptimalkan transparansi serta akuntabilitas penggunaan dana pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe various leadership strategies implemented by the principal of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 67 Sragen in achieving effective learning. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is ensured through data source triangulation. The results indicate that TK Kemala Bhayangkari 67 Sragen has shown a high commitment to enhancing educational quality by implementing effective leadership strategies. The principal plays a significant role in fostering synergy among the foundation, teachers, and parents to create an excellent learning environment. These strategies include regular supervision and evaluation, distributing leadership to coordinators with specific experience and expertise, and actively involving parents in decision-making. Periodic evaluation and leadership rotation have proven effective in improving communication, cooperation, and overall school performance to achieve effective learning.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the competency needs of school principals in managing the administration of early childhood education at Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 67 Sragen. Early childhood education has an important role in shaping children's early development, and the role of school principals in ensuring effective educational administration is crucial. The research method used was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals from various early childhood education institutions. The results of the analysis identified a number of key competencies needed by school principals, including leadership that is sensitive to children's needs, management of human, financial and material resources, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, creativity and community involvement. Child-oriented leadership at Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten 67 Sragen emphasizes the interests and needs of children as the main priority, with a focus on the optimal growth and development of each child. Leaders at this institution understand the characteristics and developmental needs of early childhood, encourage an exploratory learning approach, focus on developing social and emotional skills, and ensure parent and community involvement. Through this approach, Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 67 Sragen ensures the best educational experience for children, forms a strong foundation for further development, and helps them grow into talented individuals who contribute positively to society.
