Abstract

People have long been aware of the role of trainees because they are able to give birth to reliable cadres who not only have potential but also know how to exploit the potential of their skills. In this global era, the role of science, culture and training must be given greater priority. It has a reputation as a unique Islamic religious institution, especially an educational institution. Nowadays, one of the problems of the training cottage is effective and efficient development management. Therefore, there is a need for a good management and development by a well-experienced and well-informed training hut leader. The internship curriculum is also the most important reviewed entity of academic success. Even though we know that trainees don't have an official government curriculum, it's a policy of every traineeships manager. Therefore, there is a need for the development of the curriculum applied to adapt to current developments. It appears that management and development is a very important strategy for the trainees, namely as the main means of the institution to develop and optimize human resources and curriculum to the desired goals.

Abstract

Buya Hamka is an Indonesian scholar who has an earthly thinking and a vision of the future, many works and fruits of Hamka's thoughts that color the world, especially Islam. Hamka's involvement in various aspects of science shows that he is an intelligent, inspiring figure and there are many other things that we can adopt to impress future generations like Hamka. Thus, the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) revealed to the people that he is the God of all things. There have been 118 works by Buya Hamka since 1925.

Abstract

Personnel administration is one of the important aspects of education management, especially in an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of educators (teachers) and education personnel (employees). Teachers and school employees are the main assets in carrying out the teaching and learning process and administrative services in the school environment. Therefore, the management of personnel administration, which includes workforce needs planning, recruitment, placement, coaching, performance appraisal, promotion, and dismissal, must be carried out systematically and continuously. Thus, it is important to continuously improve the quality of teacher and staff personnel administration through appropriate policies. The main objective is to ensure that every employee, both educative and non-educative, can work according to their abilities and responsibilities for the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Measuring attitudes, opinions, and perceptions is an important component in social sciences, psychology, and education. This article discusses various types of attitude scales used in quantitative research, such as the Likert Scale, Guttman, Thurstone, and Semantic Differential. Each scale is analyzed based on its advantages, disadvantages, and the context of its application. This study uses a literature study approach and aims to help researchers choose a scale that suits their research objectives. The results of the discussion show that the choice of scale greatly affects the validity and reliability of the data obtained. This study also provides practical guidance in choosing the right scale for various types of social studies.

Abstract

Character education is a form of effort to change the nature, morals, character of a person to become a better person based on religious rules. Character cultivation needs to be instilled early, one of which is through daily habituation. Character planting aims to form the next generation of the nation that has a good personality, and form a generation that is ready to face the times. This journal will discuss the theory of the implementation of the Qur'an tahfidz program in improving students' religious character. There are three phases of implementation, namely, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program is a memorization activity with strong memorization of the lafadz or its meaning so that the Al-Qur'an lives in the heart at all times making it easier to practice it. This research uses the literature review method to produce theories and conclusions from relevant articles and scientific journals. There are three phases of implementation, namely, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Religious character is behavior and morals in accordance with what is taught in education. Religious character has several indicators, namely honesty, discipline, and social care.
