Abstract

Background: Borax can result in oxidative stress and cause the onset of gastrointestinal ulcerations that will dampen the duodenal villi to become shorter and can even disappear. Cell damage due to oxidative stress can be prevented by administering antioxidants. Antioxidants will inhibit the onset of chain reactions in the formation of free radicals by complementing the existing electron deficiency. Honey is one of the natural ingredients that is rich in antioxidants and part of thibbun Nabawi as one of the inhibitors of the toxic effects of borax. Objective : The purpose of this study is to to analyze the effect of honey administration on the histopathological description of submucosa and epithelial mucosa of duodenal wistar rats as an inhibitor of the toxic effects of borax (Sodium tetraborate). Methods: This study used the true experimental method with Post Test Only Control Group Design using 25 mice which will be divided into five groups, namely K (negative control), P (positive control), M1 (borax and honey dose 1), M2 (borax and honey dose 2), M3 (borax and honey dose 3). This study was conducted for 22 days then. Took the duodenal organ on all samples and then made histological preparations with HE staining. Observations were made with an Olympus microscope to see submucosal edema and damage to the epithelium of the duodenal mucosa. Results: The results of the study found that borax 26 mg / head / day had an influence on the histopathological picture of duodenal borax. In addition, the administration of honey dose 75 mg / Kg BB provides a toxic inhibitory effect of borax in the duodenum best among other treatment groups. However, statistically there was no effect of honey administration on the histopathological picture of the duodenum of wistar rats as an inhibitor of the toxic effect of borax (Sodium Tetraborate) with p˃0.05. Conclusion: Statistically it can be concluded that there is no effect of  the administration of honey on the histopathology picture of the duodenum of wistar rats as an inhibitor of the toxic effects of borax (Sodium tetraborate).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact the digital economy which includes gadget ownership, internet use, marketing through E-commerce, and advertising through social media on MSME turnover in the Kasongan Craft Industry Center. The data used are cross- sectional data, the independent variables are: possession of gadgets; and internet usage Internet use consists of: marketing through E-commerce and advertising through social media; while the dependent variable used is MSME turnover. This study uses primary data obtained from 30 samples of MSMEs at the Kasongan Handicraft Industry Center, Bantul Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression using the EVIEWS 10 application. All independent variabel affect dependen variabel. Aspects of the digital economy that affect MSME turnover in the Kasongan Industrial Center, Bantul Regency, namely: gadget ownership, internet use, and advertising through social media. Product marketing through E-commerce has no effect on turnover. This influence indicates that the majority of MSMEs in these centers have implemented the digital economy as a means to market their products. As a result, the marketing of these products increases turnover so that market penetration efforts also increase.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the development and feasibility of audiovisual learning videos based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, as well as to assess the students' response to the audiovisual learning videos on the topic of food technology. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) from Borg & Gall. This development only used 6 steps out of 10 steps, this is because researchers only conduct research at one educational institution (school) and see the limited time, effort, and costs of researchers. Product assessment for the feasibility test of contextual teaching and learning based audiovisual learning videos was carried out by 3 experts, namely a media expert, language expert, and subject matter expert with the target of limited-scale product trials, that are students of class IIIB MIN 1 Tangerang City, totaling 30 people. The results of the feasibility assessment after validation by the experts are as follows: (a) media validation scored 80%; (b) language validation scored 82%; and (c) subject matter validation scored 76.5%. Consequently, the overall feasibility score for the audiovisual learning videos was 79.5%, indicating that the videos are considered "Feasible." Thus, these learning videos can be utilized by students to enhance the learning process by involving illustrations from the surrounding environment in the topic of food production technology. Furthermore, the students' response to the audiovisual learning videos based on CTL, as assessed through the product trial in Grade III B at MIN 1 Kota Tangerang, obtained a questionnaire response percentage of 90.6%, falling into the category of "Excellent." The survey results demonstrate that the students are enthusiastic about the learning process using the contextual video learning media.
