Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) sebagai landasan untuk menyusun analisis bibliometrik terhadap penelitian-penelitian yang berfokus pada meditasi mindfulness dalam konteks Buddhisme. Dengan memadukan kerangka kerja PRISMA untuk mereview sistematik dan meta-analisis dengan pendekatan bibliometrik metadata VOSviewer. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran holistik tentang perkembangan dan tren penelitian dalam domain meditasi mindfulness Buddhist. Melalui analisis yang komprehensif terhadap literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini tidak hanya mencermati metode dan hasil penelitian, tetapi juga mengidentifikasi kontribusi signifikan, kolaborasi institusional, dan kesenjangan pengetahuan yang dapat menjadi pijakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil dari integrasi PRISMA dan analisis bibliometrik diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan yang mendalam terkait evolusi penelitian meditasi mindfulness Buddhist, sekaligus memberikan arahan bagi pengembangan masa depan dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah memberikan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Buddha. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penerapan nilai-nilai Dharma dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan Buddha di era digital. Melalui kajian pustaka dan analisis bibliometrik terhadap studi dari tahun 2016 hingga 2024, ditemukan bahwa nilai-nilai Dharma seperti keadilan, integritas, dan empati dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja inklusif dan produktif. Implementasi nilai-nilai Dharma mencakup rekrutmen berbasis nilai, pengembangan berkelanjutan, manajemen kinerja, dan program kesejahteraan holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara teknologi dan spiritualitas memperkuat budaya organisasi, keberlanjutan, dan reputasi lembaga. Integrasi nilai-nilai Dharma dalam manajemen SDM tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi tetapi juga kesejahteraan dan keterlibatan karyawan, menjadikannya penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan mendukung pertumbuhan pribadi serta spiritual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis pola asuh orang tua dalam konteks perkembangan anak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengevaluasi teori-teori terbaru dan temuan empiris yang relevan dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang peran pola asuh dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku anak. Artikel ini mengikuti struktur penelitian ilmiah yang meliputi pendahuluan, desain penelitian, partisipan, instrumen penelitian, prosedur penelitian, proses pencarian, hasil penelitian, dan daftar pustaka.

Abstract

The Noble Eightfold Path is the core teaching of Buddhism that aims to guide individuals to nibbana. Indian philosophies, such as dharma and moksha, have a major influence on shaping Buddhist core values, creating a rich spiritual and ethical foundation. However, the integration of the two requires a deeper understanding to meet the challenges in the modern context. This study aims to explain the integration of Indian cultural philosophies with Buddhism in the context of the Noble Eightfold Path, and explore its impact on contemporary Buddhist practice. It uses a historical and philosophical approach through desk research to examine the influence of Veda values, including dharma, karma, and meditation practices, on the evolution of the essential elements of the Eightfold Path. The findings show that the integration of Indian cultural values ​​enriches the Noble Eightfold Path in terms of ethics, spirituality, and wisdom. Its relevance extends to cross-cultural contexts and addresses modern ethical challenges. The study concludes that the integration of Indian philosophies and Buddhism not only strengthens the foundation of Buddhist teachings but also creates a moral framework that is relevant to modern life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of mindfulness and emotional intelligence as predictors of high school students' self-efficacy in the context of education and psychology. Self-efficacy is an important factor that influences students' motivation, perseverance and academic achievement. The research subjects consisted of various studies analyzed using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, with the method of searching for articles from internationally reputable databases covering open journals from 2020 to 2024. The results showed that mindfulness contributed to increasing self-efficacy through improving students' emotion regulation, stress management, and focus of attention. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence plays a role in strengthening students' self-efficacy in facing academic and social challenges through more adaptive emotion management. The combination of these two factors creates a synergistic effect that increases self-efficacy more optimally than if only one of the factors is strengthened. The findings provide practical implications for the development of a more holistic educational curriculum by incorporating mindfulness and emotional intelligence-based programs as strategies to improve students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential of mindfulness and emotional intelligence as predictors of self-efficacy among high school students. A quantitative approach using a correlational design was employed, with 68 grade XI students at Bodhicitta Buddhist High School in Medan selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Emotional Intelligence Scale, and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). Multiple regression analysis revealed that emotional intelligence significantly influenced self-efficacy (p = 0.000), while mindfulness showed no significant effect (p = 0.067), although it exhibited a strong correlation (r = 0.659). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.628) indicates that mindfulness and emotional intelligence collectively explain 62.8% of the variability in self-efficacy, while other factors account for 37.2%. The findings highlight that emotional intelligence is the dominant predictor of self-efficacy, whereas mindfulness is supportive. Given these results, emotional intelligence training is recommended as a key strategy for enhancing students' self-efficacy, while structured and long-term mindfulness interventions may further complement this development. The findings provide valuable insights for emphasizing the necessity of a holistic educational approach, blending emotional intelligence training with mindfulness-based strategies to enhance students' psychological resilience and academic success.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the understanding of meditation, which is useful for achieving a state of perfect mental health, peace and tranquility. This is because not all have a complete understanding of meditation, on the contrary, the diversity of types of meditation has resulted in many perspectives on meditation, some of which are contrary to Buddhist teachings, such as meditation to gain wealth, attractive appearance, or supernatural powers. This research uses literature and literature review methods. Literature review with reference review, review of literature publications by previous researchers related to the topic to be researched. The author not only collects theories but various reference sources including journals, Buddhist scriptures and books. From the literature search, the discussion includes: types of meditation to train the mind, conditions that support meditation, the benefits of meditation, samatha bhavana and vipassana bhavana meditation practice, and also current meditation practices, as well as the implications of meditation practice for householders in everyday life as more and more the urgent need to be able to organize oneself better in facing various roles in the family, work and environment.

Abstract

Artikel ini menginvestigasi penelitian penerapan meditasi Buddhis dan mindfulness dalam konteks pendidikan di era teknologi digital dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Dengan pergeseran lanskap pendidikan menuju era teknologi digital yang semakin berkembang pesat, kebutuhan akan strategi yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan konsentrasi semakin penting. Meditasi Buddhis dan mindfulness menawarkan kerangka kerja yang unik dan efektif untuk mengembangkan kedua aspek ini. Kesimpulannya, penerapan meditasi Buddhis dan mindfulness dalam konteks pendidikan di era teknologi digital membawa banyak manfaat dalam meningkatkan fokus siswa, mengelola stres, dan meningkatkan kapasitas belajar dalam lingkungan yang penuh tuntutan dan persaingan yang tinggi dalam akademik. Era teknologi digital telah secara signifikan mempermudah akses remaja dalam penerapan aplikasi meditasi dan mindfulness sebagai alat yang bermanfaat serta efektif dalam mengurangi stress, meningkatkan kesadaran, self-compassion serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan remaja di era teknologi digital saat ini. Selain itu, artikel ini mengulas tantangan dan permasalahan yang terkait dengan penerapan meditasi Buddhis dan mindfulness di institusi pendidikan pada era teknologi digital.
