Abstract

Cukuplah berat beban dan tanggung jawab dinas kesehatan Surabaya, mengingat keadaan yang genting sekarang ini, kita ketahui bersama bahwa Indonesia mengalami bencana non alam yang kita sebut merupakan wabah penyakit yaitu Virus Disease 19 (Covid 19). Hal tersebut berakibat terhadap pelayanan masyarakat tidak optimal baik dari segi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang terpapar Covid 19 maupun penyakit lainnya. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya harus lebih meningkatkan pelayanannya dari berbagai aspek terutama Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Jenis penetian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah bersifat explanatory study. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui perolehan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan yakni berupa kuisioner kemudian data tersebut di kelola menggunakan aplikasi smartpls untuk mengetahui outer model dan inner model. Sehingga dapat menemukan jawaban dari hipotesis yang akan di teliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkontribusi baik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi berkontribusi baik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan, motivasi kerja tidak berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a critical factor in determining a company’s success. Two key aspects that play a significant role in enhancing productivity are training and motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and motivation on employee productivity at PT Garam Kalianget. The research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between training, motivation, and work productivity variables. The findings reveal that effective training has a positive and significant impact on work productivity. Similarly, high levels of motivation significantly enhance employee performance. The study concludes that companies must improve the quality of training and provide optimal motivational support to boost employee productivity.
