Abstract

Peran penting Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas Keuangan Desa Melalui Sistem Keuangan Desa (Siskeudes) dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan desa di Indonesia. Siskeudes adalah inovasi teknologi informasi yang diperkenalkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan transaksi keuangan desa secara elektronik dan memungkinkan pelaporan real-time kepada instansi terkait. Melalui Siskeudes, masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi tentang penggunaan dana desa dan lebih aktif terlibat dalam pengawasan dan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Implementasi Siskeudes diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa, serta membantu mengurangi risiko penyalahgunaan atau pelanggaran dalam penggunaan dana desa. Meskipun masih ada tantangan dalam implementasi dan penggunaan Siskeudes di berbagai daerah, upaya pemerintah dalam mempromosikan penggunaan Siskeudes sebagai instrumen untuk meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan desa merupakan langkah yang positif dalam memperkuat tata kelola yang baik di tingkat lokal. Dengan dukungan yang tepat, Siskeudes memiliki potensi besar untuk memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di tingkat desa di Indonesia.

Abstract

The availability of information and easy access to information related to the village can provide opportunities for outsiders to get to know Bergas village, thus opening up opportunities for creating collaboration between the village and outside parties. One effort that can be made to provide access to information about villages is by digitalizing villages. Village digitalization is a priority program for the Ministry of Villages in 2021. Village digitalization can help prepare a database that is useful for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating village development. Digitalization of villages in the era of disruption also supports the development of superior village potential through data collection and e-commerce, acceleration of village public services to the community, and financial transparency and village development activities. With village digitalization, it is hoped that it can raise the local potential of villages, especially the potential for tourism, MSMEs, and superior products, as well as the local food potential of Bergas village. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Concluding is carried out using a deductive method from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing Digital Villages in Public Services in the Era of Technological Disruption. Case Study of Bergas Village, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. This research produced findings. Creating a digital village itself has several conditions that must be met. Digital villages require the availability of adequate information and communication networks, whereas digital villages must have good communication networks because this is a factor that is used to use online-based systems. Second, to create a digital village, quite large funding is needed. Currently, digital villages are the result of collaboration between regional governments and the central government through the Communications and Information Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency (BAKTI) and other parties. Third, the availability of human resources (HR) who manage various online information technology-based services. The implementation of a digital village has a broad nature and concerns the interests of society, so it must be implemented in an integrated and directed manner by the government, business entities, and the community. The community has a very large role in implementing the undertaking of digital villages to realize equal distribution of welfare with the support of providing telecommunications and information infrastructure in the form of public services.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, business operators must adeptly understand and evaluate information, particularly in digital formats. Within the realm of social media, digital literacy is indispensable, enabling individuals and organizations not only to utilize these platforms but also to harness them strategically and securely. Proficiency in digital literacy, which includes a comprehensive understanding of various social media features, is crucial for SMEs striving to achieve their business objectives through social media. The impact of digital literacy on social media utilization by SMEs is profound. With robust digital literacy skills, SMEs can refine their marketing strategies, produce compelling content, manage customer interactions efficiently, and safeguard their enterprises from digital threats. Conversely, insufficient digital literacy can hinder SMEs' ability to capitalize on social media opportunities and fully realize their potential. Consequently, advancing digital literacy is vital for SMEs to remain competitive and thrive in today's digital marketplace.

Abstract

It is hoped that the community's creativity in managing Tumpi Snack Food Products MSMEs in Lerep Village, Semarang Regency will be able to become an independent and capable community in order to improve the community's economy to address the problem of poverty. According to researchers' opinions and observations, village community empowerment is closely related to community participation in implementing the work program. The roles carried out in mutual cooperation with the village government in order to empower the community through MSMEs include participatory cooperation with plans carried out according to existing regional potential, utilizing all village potential to maintain the sustainability of development areas and developing village potential so that the village community has power or empowerment of its population. This type of research is descriptive research. The approach used is a qualitative approach and a conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. Conclusions were drawn using a deductive method, namely drawing conclusions from general to specific, especially those related to the research topic, namely Optimizing MSME Product Marketing Through the Use of Digital Marketing on Tumpi Snack Food Products in Lerep Village, Semarang Regency. This research resulted in findings that since it was declared as the souvenir center of the Lerep Tourism Village, Karang Bolo is synonymous with Tumpi and Tempe Kripik. Tumpi and tempe kripik are very attached to Karang Bolo village because Tumpi and tempeh kripik are snack foods produced by most of the residents. this hamlet. The process of making tempeh chips and various other chips in Karang Bolo village, from the initial stage to the final stage, is still done traditionally, including the frying method which still uses a wood-fired stove. Abstract

Client is an application that is used to send and receive e-mails through your computer without a browser. Simply by running the e-mail client application, the e-mail will automatically be downloaded to your computer. The more varied operating systems used by Users also sometimes make Users have to change email clients when moving operating systems, for example Windows Users who are used to Outlook have to use evolution on Linux, whereas when using Mac OS they have to use the Mail program. This is of course inconvenient for the User. Not to mention the security of the clinet email itself. In this research, software has been created to reduce existing problems. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering (Grapple) method. This software was created using Netbeans 7.0. This multi-platform email client application program with base64 encoding on a desktop base can run on three operating systems, namely Windows, Linux and Macinthos. This application can also encode with the base64 algorithm the contents of the message so as to maintain the confidentiality of the contents of the message in the email client itself.

Abstract

Export activities in the long term can provide foreign exchange income for the country concerned, which will later be used to increase the growth of the country's economy, finance import needs and domestic development. A study by Kusuma and Twin (2012) concluded that exports had a positive and significant effect on national foreign exchange reserves. Exports are therefore one of the important benchmarks to know how much economic growth is in a country. The fluctuating state of exports in Indonesia is a very important thing to pay attention to. Especially in the face of the era of free trade in the Southeast Asia region or the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), Indonesia is expected to improve its export performance, so that it can compete with other countries. Then it is necessary to know what factors affect the increase and decrease in the value of Indonesia's exports. From the data processing it is known that interest rates and exchange rates together have a significant effect on total exports with α = 0.00390 < from α = 0.05. Parasially, the Bungan tribe had a negative and significant effect on total exports with a significance value of α = 0.0003 < of α = 0.05, and the exchange rate against the US dollar had a positive and significant effect on total exports with a significance value α = 0.0130 < of α = 0.05.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop a digital platform to market local products and tourism potential in Senjoyo Village, Semarang Regency. The program was implemented using a participatory action research approach involving 30 MSME actors and tourism managers. Implementation methods include assessment, training, platform development, and intensive mentoring. The program results show an increase in digital understanding by 75%, an increase in MSME turnover by 35%, and a 45% increase in tourist visits. The Senjoyo Digital Market platform has successfully integrated 45 MSME products and 5 tour packages with a conversion rate of 8.5%. The formation of the Senjoyo Digital Community is the key to program sustainability. The main challenge in the form of digital gaps between generations can be overcome through adaptive learning approaches and mentoring systems.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi seperti halnya sekolah sangat membutuhkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi secara akurat, cepat dan efisien. Sistem monitoring untuk guru di sekolah merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting dilakukan untuk memastikan kehadiran guru di lingkungan belajar mengajar. Dalam menerapkan monitoring terhadap guru, SMK YAPURA 1 masih menerapkan sistem guru piket. Namun, monitoring dengan guru piket secara manual tidak terlalu efektif dan memerlukan banyak waktu, terutama jika jumlah guru dan kelas yang dipantau cukup banyak dan memiliki jarak yang jauh. Selain itu, sistem manual ini memiliki resiko seperti manipulasi data dan keterlambatan dalam laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring guru berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan menggunakan metode pengenalan wajah (face recognition) SMK Yapura 1 Tenjolaya. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memonitoring kehadiran guru saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, sekaligus memastikan bahwa guru hadir sesuai dengan jadwal pelajarannya. Sistem ini menggunakan perangkat keras pendukung seperti ESP32-CAM, yang dipasang di setiap kelas untuk melakukan proses identifikasi wajah secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan proses identifikasi wajah dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai dan memberikan laporan kehadiran guru secara real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dan mendukung efisiensi manajemen sekolah dalam memonitoring kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Based on social, economic, and environmental factors, this study attempts to investigate Plumutan Village in Semarang Regency's viability as a tourist destination. The study employs a qualitative methodology, gathering data via documentation studies, interviews, and observation. The findings indicate that Plumutan Village has significant potential as a tourism village with advantages in natural beauty, traditional cultural diversity, and distinctive agricultural products. From a social perspective, local communities show a high level of acceptance towards the idea of a tourism village. Economic diversification brought about by the growth of a tourism town can raise local incomes. Environmentally speaking, this community boasts a distinctive ecosystem that can serve as a draw while preserving conservation elements. However, the establishment of suitable marketing tactics, community capacity building, and supporting infrastructure all require improvement. The growth of a tourist community in Plumutan must consider the balance between social, economic, and environmental aspects to realize sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

Arti Wedding Service merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menyewakan perlengkapan pernikahan, dari busana pengantin, tata rias hingga dekorasi. Arti wedding service bertempat didaerah Kota Bekasi, tepatnya di Kecamatan Bekasi barat. Dalam pelayanannya masih terbilang sangat sederhana proses pendaftaran danpemesanan yang masih manual membuat proses bisnis ini kurang efektif dan efesien. Terutama dalam pencatatan pemesanan data pelanggan, pemilihan paket pernikahan dan paket katering, data pembayaran yang masuk ke kasir serta pembuatan laporannya belum terkomputerisasi dan masih menggunakan penulisan tangan.Maka dilakukanlah sebuah penelitian tentang perancangan sistem informasi penyewaan jasa Wedding Organizer untuk mengefesienkan dan mengefektifkan proses pemesanan, menjadi peluang baru serta mendukung kesuksesan bisnis perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Grounded Research ,wawancara, kepustakaan dan langkah pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfallProgram Sistem yang peneliti buat yaitu Sistem informasi dan transkasi penyewaan jasa wedding organizer. Sistem ini dapat memudahkan segala penyewaan dan lebih tertata rapih dalam penyimpanan datanya ,dan bermanfaat bagi pemilik perusahaan itu.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penyewaan, Perlengkapan Pernikahan.
