Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village websites in enhancing community participation in Batur Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency. With a total population of 7,600, the research employed a simple random sampling method to select 100 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included questions regarding the level of access and use of the village website and participation in village activities. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests, including Pearson Correlation Test and T-Test, to determine the relationship between website usage and community participation. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the frequency of accessing the village website and the level of community participation, where respondents who actively used the website tended to be more involved in village activities, such as consultations and development programs. Comparative analysis also revealed significant differences between active users and non-active users of the website. Although the village website has significant potential to enhance participation, challenges such as a lack of community awareness and technological accessibility hinder its utilization. The study recommends that village officials be more proactive in educating the community about the importance of the website and providing relevant information to increase participation. Thus, the village website can serve as an effective means to enhance transparency and community engagement in the village development process.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan digitalisasi telah mengubah lanskap bisnis secara signifikan, termasuk bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literasi digital sebagai pendampingan dalam proses digitalisasi pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Tingkir masih menghadapi tantangan dalam literasi digital. Kendala tersebut melibatkan keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi, aksesibilitas terhadap perangkat dan jaringan, serta kekhawatiran terkait keamanan digital. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan publik dan program pelatihan yang lebih baik dalam mendukung UMKM menghadapi era digitalisasi. Implementasi literasi digital yang efektif diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM di Kecamatan Tingkir dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang sesuai dengan standar bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Sistem pencatatan keuangan yang baik sangat penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan UMKM untuk mendukung kelangsungan usaha serta memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana UMKM di Kecamatan Tingkir mengimplementasikan pencatatan keuangan harian, penyusunan laporan laba rugi, dan neraca sederhana, serta bagaimana sistem pencatatan tersebut disesuaikan dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM dalam menerapkan sistem pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana dan memberikan solusi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memahami dan menerapkan pencatatan keuangan yang sesuai standar, namun pelatihan dan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi penggunaan perangkat lunak akuntansi yang terjangkau dan pelatihan intensif dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan yang sederhana.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, human resources (HR) is an important asset for every company to gain competitive advantage. For the organization to continue to exist on a national and international scale, human resource development (PSDM) is a decisive factor in achieving goals and objectives. The research is included in the type of qualitative research, namely research with descriptive methods. This study intends to provide an in-depth description related to the research object, namely the development of human resource capacity (HR). To achieve the company's performance and goals, it is very important to implement an HR capacity-building program on an ongoing basis. Organizational human resource development has a direct impact on talent development, employee resilience, and career development. It also offers companies a new paradigm to develop their human capital. The fundamental components that determine the existence of an organization in a cruel corporate environment include aspects of competence, talent, and resilience. Companies that implement competence must pay attention to management levels and HRM stages. Potential employees who perform well under pressure contribute to organizational consistency and competition. By considering the two strategic options of matching people to roles and matching roles to people, talent-based HRM needs to be contextualized. produce workers who have the knowledge, skills, money, affluence, talents, attitudes, and dispositions necessary to inspire others. It is important to create AQ-based human resources who can deal with any problem, act responsibly, set boundaries for problems, and refuse to give up quickly. With the aspect of resilience, employees can calm their intentions, smother, and catch problems to take advantage for the sake of organizational effectiveness to achieve success and exist in a competitive world.

Abstract

The Implementation of e-government in Village Governments can be the main intervention in driving villages towards progress. This type of research is Descriptive Research. The approaches used are qualitative and conceptual approaches. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis is carried out descriptively and qualitatively. Conclusions are drawn using deductive methods, which means drawing conclusions from general to specific, especially related to the research topic, namely the Development Strategy of Creative Economy-Based Tourism Villages. This research yields findings that the implementation of social media and digitalization in Kandri tourism village has been very effective. Visitors can easily obtain information about the tourism village and directly fill out online reservation forms, complete with available tour packages. Emphasizing the concept of "from the community, for the community," the management of tourism digitalization in Kandri tourism village starts with the planning process, creating social media accounts and a website for promotional purposes. The presence of ideas from the community to introduce something new in their village is considered a success for the community. The community's skills in managing existing natural resources can be considered proficient. The community empowerment process carried out in Kandri Tourism Village is in line with the potential held by the community, taking into account the social, cultural, and economic aspects of the community. Throughout this process, the community has become the actors and determinants of the development and growth of Kandri Tourism Village. Through consultative forums conducted by the village government with the community, opportunities are given for the community to propose development programs and collectively make decisions to build Kandri Tourism Village.

Abstract

This research aims to design a decision support system for poor families, which can determine the priority of social assistance in Rw 05, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. Using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method to produce accurate and fast decisions. Using the java programming language and MySQL database, and developing a decision support system in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data collection methods used are interviews and observations. From this research, it can be concluded that the application of the Decision Support System for Identifying Priorities for Social Assistance for the Poor in Residents of Rw 05 Kramat Jati, East Jakarta with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of determining recipients of social assistance carried out by the head of Rw 05 in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to enchane employee productivity using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on Java. The system is designed to criteria such as age, attendance, performance, and targets. The research method used in the development of this system include data collection through observation and interviews with employess, followed by analysis using the SAW method. The SAW method was chosen for its ability to provide accurate and easily understandable results by summing the weights of each normalized criterion. The system implementation is carried out using Java Netbeans, known for its advantages in designing a system tha is easy to understand. The result of this research show that the system can accurately provide information related to the citeria used within the company through the specified calculations. The SAW method can consider four main criteria: age, attendance, performance, and targets, thus allowing the employee selection process at PT. XYZ Karawang to be performed with higher accuracy and precision. Additionaly, the data related to these criteria can be well summarized and neatly organized within the application database.

Abstract

This research develops a decision support system for managing tenant work orders at MidPlaza Building using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on Java Netbeans. This system is designed to assist building management in prioritizing and evaluating repair and maintenance requests from various tenants effectively and efficiently. By utilizing the AHP method, the system can analyze various criteria such as urgency, complexity and impact of each work order, thereby producing an objective priority ranking. Netbeans' Java-based implementation enables a user-friendly interface and ease of system maintenance. The research results show that this system can increase the efficiency of work order management, speed up response times, and increase tenant satisfaction at MidPlaza Building. This system integrates historical work order data, tenant information, and available resources to provide accurate and contextual recommendations. Key features include a real-time dashboard for monitoring work order status, an automatic notification system, and comprehensive analytical reports. The use of the AHP method allows flexibility in adjusting criteria weights in accordance with building management policies. Evaluation of system performance shows significant improvements in operational efficiency, with reduced work order completion times and increased levels of tenant satisfaction. This system also facilitates more optimal resource allocation and more effective budget management, helping building management make better decisions and be responsive to tenant needs.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a website based expert system application that can diagnose respiratory diseases in humans. This research was conducted at the Tegal Parang sub-district health center using the forward chaining method. The forward chaining method is used to monitor the process of drawing conclusions in the expert system being built. The research stages carried out included an interview process with doctors and then analyzed using the forward chaining method. The forward chaining method was chosen because of its ability to provide accurate and easy to understand results by starting from existing facts and applying rules to reach conclusions. This method is very effective in expert systems for diagnosing respiratory diseases because it allows the process of drawing logical and systematic conclusions based on the initial data provided. This application was developed using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap as programming languages, and MySQL for database management. The research results show that this application increases efficiency in data collection and reporting, makes it easier for medical personnel to manage patient data with a user-friendly interface, and manages diagnosis data in a computerized manner, thereby reducing human error and increasing efficiency. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution in simplifying the process of diagnosing respiratory diseases and improving the quality of health services at the Tegal Parang sub-district health center.

Abstract

This system is designed to create a Decision Support System (DSS) that effectively and efficiently aids in the employee selection and recruitment process at PT. XYZ using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, implemented in Java. The system supports the company in selecting and hiring employees based on specific criteria. The research involves collecting data through surveys and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The collected data is analyzed using the SAW method, which is chosen for its ability to deliver accurate and easy- to-understand decision-making outcomes by aggregating the weights of each normalized criterion. The system is developed using Java NetBeans, which simplifies the design process of this decision support system. The research findings indicate that the system is capable of providing effective and accurate recommendations for employee selection at PT. XYZ. It evaluates candidates based on relevant criteria, such as skills, experience, and other qualifications aligned with the company's requirements. Additionally, the system organizes and securely stores data related to these criteria in its database.
