Abstract

The digital era has introduced new challenges for parents in educating their children, as information technology and social media have a significant influence on children's daily lives. Furthermore, the development of digital technology has had a significant impact on parenting and child-rearing practices. The purpose of this article is to help parents, prospective parents, and educators understand the concept of parenting, with a specific focus on the principles of positive parenting, to address the challenges of parenting in the digital age and ensure that children are shielded from the negative effects of technology. The method used in this study involves a literature review that discusses similar topics under the title. The findings reveal positive principles in parenting that help parents understand appropriate parenting methods for children born in the digital era, thus minimizing the negative impact of technology on children.

Abstract

Providing parental guidance and counseling services to the younger generation or their children is so that they can develop their abilities, adapt to the social environment, educational environment and future profession, prepare strategic plans for study, career development and future life. future. . parents are very important. It is important for children because it is parents who look after and guide their children by providing good examples in everyday life, and parents introduce their children to things that exist in this world and answer questions about things that children do not do. his son. understand. . Abstract

AbstractThe Guidance and Counseling (BK) profession has a crucial role in helping students develop their potential. This research aims to explore and describe the role played by counselors in supporting students' personal and academic growth. Qualitative research methods were used by conducting in-depth interviews with a number of school counselors. Findings show that the counselor's role includes providing individual and group counseling services, identifying student needs, providing emotional support, and providing career guidance. Apart from that, counselors also act as a liaison between students, parents and schools. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening the role and support of the guidance and counseling profession in the education system to ensure the holistic development of students' potential.Key word: The role of the guidance and counseling profession in students' professional development

Abstract

Dalam konteks ini, dukungan ayah didefinisikan sebagai partisipasi aktif ayah dalam pendidikan, kesejahteraan emosional, dan kegiatan sehari-hari anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan dampak dukungan ayah terhadap perkembangan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya terkait topik ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Ayah cenderung memberikan stimulasi fisik dan bermain, sementara ibu lebih fokus pada perawatan. Ayah juga lebih berorientasi pada gerakan, sedangkan ibu lebih memberikan dukungan emosional. Keterlibatan ayah dalam perkembangan anak mencakup peran sebagai pencari nafkah, teman bermain, pengasuh, guru, dan pendukung kegiatan anak. Dukungan ayah memberikan dampak positif pada berbagai aspek perkembangan anak, seperti perkembangan emosi, kognitif, sosial, dan moral. Anak-anak yang mendapat dukungan ayah yang hangat, sensitif, dan responsif cenderung memiliki kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih baik, kemampuan akademik yang lebih tinggi, kompetensi sosial yang lebih baik, serta perkembangan moral dan perilaku prososial yang lebih matang. Untuk meningkatkan dukungan ayah, diperlukan upaya-upaya seperti mencurahkan kasih sayang, mengajarkan akhlak, mendoakan kebaikan, bersikap sabar, menghadirkan cinta, bermain bersama, Menjadi penengah yang adil.

Abstract

Pendidikan bertujuan tidak hanya untuk mentransfer pengetahuan tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan potensi setiap individu. Mengembangkan minat dan bakat anak memberikan dampak positif, seperti membangun identitas diri, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan emosional anak. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya peran guru dan orang tua dalam mengidentifikasi serta memfasilitasi pengembangan minat dan bakat anak, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Guru berfungsi sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran yang relevan dan menarik, sementara orang tua berperan dalam mengamati dan mendukung eksplorasi minat dan bakat anak sejak dini. Kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan holistik anak.
